The F-I-L had the El Classico with sausage. The Mrs enjoyed hers and they cooked the bacon to a crispy state. Both the F-I-L and I were ambivalent about our experience. His comment was "couldn't taste any meat" and "he wouldn't be heart broken if he didn't have it again". For me, the biggest thing missing was ANY level of spice. I kinda feel I turned three shades whiter after eating it, but must admit the ingredients were fresh. If I need to come back, I will be sure to bring my own serranos. Absolutely perfect place for those that want a burrito, but no spice and those that understand that "avo" means avocado and "pina" means pineapple.

The menu seems over-engineered lacking some basic options without one ingredient that tries to justify the outrageous price tag of their tacos. Overall if you like taking a second mortgage on your house to leave hungry and unsatisfied, while learning about the next tables life because they are nearly sitting on your lap, you may like Dos Santos.

It's incredibly dark in there and it took a really long time for my eyes to adjust to the very dim decorative lighting before I could 'take care of business'. The Hubs had the same issue. Since there's only one restroom designated for women and one for men, it might be prudent to add a smidge more light so people don't need to be in there any longer than necessary if other people are waiting.
