The same great Romo's tacos in a FUN NEW LOCATION! Come on, Castle Rock, we need to SHOW UP and show ROMO's some love! What a fun space, with a Bar area, seating and a lounge area, and even a pool table! Pro tip - Go now before the masses catch on and the lines are out the door!

I can't recommend Romo's Street Tacos enough! Their largest nachos ($19) are a steal--they're absolutely loaded and easily enough to feed three adults. The staff here is super friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be back!

Really cool space with a great vibe. Food was fantastic and we had PLENTY. Not pictured is the burrito that was as big as someone's face. Highly recommend. They have board games you could play while you hangout.

We kept seeing this truck at Walmart parking wondering why we haven't tried it, Let me tell you this food and service was fantastic I highly recommend

Best Mexican food in castle rock. They used to be in Ecclesia food hall downtown but recently moved to the west side of town. You order at the food truck and they have a nice dining room to eat and play pool. Their chips and salsa are delicious and made in-house. This is our new go-to spot!

I posted a review recently expressing my disappointment in my order of their Tacoritos. I gave them another try last night, and wasn't disappointed! The meal I received was absolutely delicious with a slice of fresh, green avocado. Had to post the update as this is the quality I'd been used to from Romos before my negative experience.

PLEASE LOOK FOR HONEST REVIEW. I just went in about an hour ago. And man. Can I say what a great experience. Love to eat Mexican food that feel like the person behind it cares. 5/5. And the Jamaica was great. Best Mexican food in town

These might be my favorite tacos ever! I bought from their food truck parked not too far from the hospital in Castle Rock across Founders from a trailhead....that's the best I can do on location since I don't live in Castle Rock. I would definitely drive for these tacos again. I brought one back to my husband and we are eager to try their restaurant location downtown across from the barn. I had a taco with carnitas that were super juicy and flavorful. They were inside a corn quesadilla (cheesy). Wow! Delicious! Friendly service, made to order. I will find you guys again!

Definitely the best street tacos in the area. The green salsa was amazing and lived their pastor and asada tacos. Happy to find them.

Interested in feedback on the $11 burritos ? Seems pricey but maybe they are special I some way. Are they huge or smothered to account for the food court price?

They are made with fresh high quality ingredients.

We were seated quickly, and this was a place where I would give a caution, the benches in the back along the wall are somewhat awkward and there is a place where you can it hurts your bottom when you sit if you sit quickly so sitter beware! Our server was amazing, kind and attentive. She took great care of us throughout the entire encounter. We ordered chips and salsa (the red salsa). My mother-in-law and myself ordered the chili relleno and my husband ordered the special, which was a philly cheese steak burrito. I ordered some chili rice as a side, and my mother in law got the borracha beans. The chips and salsa was perfect. The salsa was spicy and full of flavor. The spice did not overwhelm the flavor and was a delicious addition to the food as well. The chili relleno was absolute perfection. Crunchy coating, thick poblano peppers absolutely full of delicious, melty cheese. The addition of the green chili was a beautiful accompaniment. The borracha beans had a little too much cinnamon in them and it took away from the beans themselves. The chili rice was mediocre, the chili was not pronounced and there was not enough flavor to warrant ordering it as a side in the future. My husband's burrito was another place where there seemed to be an abundance of cinnamon that did not seem to belong. I think it had the same beans in the burrito which made the flavors not well-balanced and somewhat off-putting. The relleno was the star of the show and definitely something that we would come back for though! Overall, this was a good choice and a welcome addition to the Mexican food options in Castle Rock!
