The line was out the door when we arrived, and they burned through it fast -- thanks to a small but mighty team of four working hard in the back, cranking out fresh homemade tortillas like pros. I had the large bacon, egg, and cheese taco -- the bacon was perfectly crisp, not greasy, and full of flavor. Their spicy tomatillo salsa was a standout -- bright, bold, and just the right kick. My husband got the fajita beef taco and was seriously impressed with the flavor and portion size. Quick service, real ingredients, and food that hits the spot. I ordered their Tex-Mex enchiladas. These are 3 large enchiladas. I ordered one of each chicken, beef, and cheese. They arrived stuffed to the gills and covered with awesome queso. The dish comes with a generous portion of beans and Mexican rice. Taqueria Guadalajara is the real deal, and we will definitely be returning on our next road trip.
