I ordered my quesabiria and my partner ordered the suadero tacos. We paired our orders with a coca mexicana and tastyyy. Our food was out in no more than 5 minutes and super fresh. The tortillas were ON POINT- and quite honestly MADE this meal. SUADERO tacos for the WIN. By far the most flavor packed taco from a truck you will have. I want to tell everyone and no one about Tacos La Catrina. The quesabirria was good but the suadero outshined it by a landslide. And I'm a birria kinda girl. Service was 100% and genuine.
