My family visited El Cozumel recently for a family event. They quickly accommodated a large group (9 people) without special reservations. The decorations are really interesting with the chairs and booths carved with colorful designs. I was able to play a game of I Spy with my nephew because there was so much to see with the decorations. The menu had a wide array of options and everyone seemed pretty happy with their choices. My uncle particularly liked his arroz con pollo. I ordered the shrimp tacos, which were filled with plump shrimp. Several people ordered margaritas and these were huge! Though ai don't think they ordered large drinks particularly. The waiter really pushed the drinks and second rounds, which I didn't appreciate. This ended up being a nice option for a group lunch, and it appears the restaurant is humongous so it can accommodate multiple large groups.

Azul Margarita! Remember this Ok, so my brother and I stopped by here yesterday for lunch. He told me how good their tacos were. Since I liken myself to a taco connoisseur, I figured I would be the judge. First, this is located at the Courtland Center Mall. Upon entrance, we were greeted and sat. The decor is that typical of most Mexican restaurants. Very colorful and beautiful! We ordered the Azul Margaritas and our tacos......don't forget the Margarita. He brought our Margaritas out and whewwww! The first two sips and I think my face went numb. Lol, I'm joking but this thing was perfectly made. It had the perfect amount of Tequila. I got the sugar rim and my brother got salt. It was delicious. By the time I finished it (cause I damn sure finished it), I felt real good. The tacos were very good...great even! The beans and rice were damn near delectable. I honestly could've just eaten those and wouldn't have been mad, lol! Please check them out if you are in the area. You will not be disappointed. The staff is really cool and attentive!

This would've gotten five stars except for the waiter because our service was pretty iffy. As soon as we sat down the waiter asked us what we wanted to drink and said "are you ready to order do you need some time". Since this was the first time we've ever been to this restaurant we obviously were not ready and they have quite a large extensive menu. Once we were ready to order the waiter was nowhere to be found and after about 10 minutes we finally flagged him down and got our order placed. Then randomly while we were waiting for our food he came over and asked if there was anything else we needed which was so strange because we were just sitting there with our chips and salsa and drinks. Someone else delivered our food and then we never saw the waiter again until he brought the bill and we actually had to flag him down for that too Now for the food which is the real reason this place got four stars. I got the Camerones a la Diabla which is basically shrimp with onions green peppers grilled and with a brown spicy sauce. It was absolutely delicious and it comes with some flour tortillas on the side plus rice and beans. The portions are huge and all the food was absolutely delicious. My friend ordered the enchilada dinner and it was also huge and he said it was one of the best enchilada dinners he's ever had. He ended up taking quite a bit of his home in a carry out box also.

Food was delicious and came out hot and fast. Service was excellent. Server was attentive and nice. Casual ambiance. Restroom was clean. I highly recommend.

My food was really good. Thee suiza sauce on my enchiladas is one of the best I've ever had. I enjoyed every bit of my meal overall. The food came out in a timely manner on a hot plate. I wish they served horchata but they don't. The restaurant was nicely decorated and big. There's definitely enough room to host a large table or party. The service could have been better. I asked for more chips and salsa which never came. I had to ask for a check and a carry out box.

The menu appears to be small, but that's one of its strengths. By keeping the menu small, they focus on what they do well while being a little creative with other menu items. They do well in not replicating what other Mexican restaurants in the area are doing but also having some of the staples in typical Mexican cuisine. I tried the birria taco and the queso birria... and I enjoyed their take on it. Instead of corn tortillas, they used flour and they used a different type of cheese that I wasn't used to. However, the meat itself was absolutely delicious. I also had one of their tortas with Al pastor. It's a little different than what I'm used to, but it comes close because the sauce they use to marinate it was savory while not being too spicy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they didn't take too long with my order. Overall, I had a m enjoyable experience at Sabor and I looked forward to see them grow.

Yevette's location was only 5 minutes away from the restaurant we went to but it was unannouncingly closed, so we gave her a shot after seeing her 5-star reviews. Her trick was open, and her menu is very basic but we were pleasantly surprised with how good her food is. My wife got soft shell, I got hard shell and we loved her taco's and will be back. Options were beef, turkey, or collared greens vegetarian taco's. If you are in the mood for food truck taco's you will not be disappointed. I added just a touch of salt to mine but we both thought her meat was wonderfully seasoned, and her hard and soft home made shells were delicious. Try her! You won't be disappointed!

Uh oh, there's a new taco truck in town…read more I knew there was another food truck roaming around town, but hadn't had a chance to try it out until recently. I was downtown and spotted Yevette's parked downtown on Saginaw Street and decided to gamble and give it a chance. Ultimately, the gamble was worth it. When I walked up to the truck, the line seemed kinda long, but it moved pretty quickly. The owner (Yevette, no doubt), was friendly and polite. I ordered the loaded nachos without meat and before I could think twice about it, I had a takeout box featuring some very tasty nachos, piled high with sour cream, cheese, guacamole, zesty salsa, and fresh veggies. I might add, the tortilla chips were incredible. I don't know what they're doing to get those babies to taste like that, but whatever it is, I'd say it's working. In other words, don't stop doing what you're doing! They were slightly oily, salty and baked to perfection. I think I might have found the Holy Grail of tortilla chips. Hands down, those chips were a winner. Aside from tacos, nachos and other Mexican staples, they sell treats like elephant ears, sodas and the like, too. Prices were a tad higher than I would've thought, but not bad. The nachos came in a variety of sizes and the smallest order was $6, according to the menu board. Still, the quality is there, so paying a but extra wasn't much of a problem. I could see how some people might take issue with some of the prices, but I thought the food was reasonably priced for the market. The big gimmick surrounding this taco truck is the truck itself. Yevette's is housed in a restored Titan motor home from the seventies. Yep, those old RVs of yesteryear. At the very least, it's a conversation piece. I asked Yevette how old the RV dated back to, she replied that it was around 1973. Wow, kudos to her and her staff for keeping that thing roadworthy. There's always room for another food truck downtown. Variety is the spice of life, anyway. So, if you see an old Titan motor home tooling around downtown Flint, chances are that some delicious tacos will be close behind.
