The ribs were meaty, tender, juicy, and NOT overcooked. They had an aromatic smoky flavor too! There were at least 5 BBQ sauces to choose from, I liked the Sweet and Spicey myself. If you want Texas style BBQ Ribs you can't go wrong at Brad's Pit BBQ. Of course, they offer brisket, sausages, pulled pork and more. I had two sides w/my meal, the BBQ beans were delicious, coleslaw was okay. BTW Brad's is next door to Locavore Beer Works so if you don't want to take your BBQ home you can go next door, order any of a multitude of craft beers and they will deliver your food to your table. I had tacos here that might simply be the best street tacos I've ever had. The taco and quesadillas shells were coated in something that closely resembles a Doritos taco but is considerably better. The tacos and quesadillas were absolutely stuffed with food. Stuffed in a way a franchise chain restaurant would never do. I just ate and my mouth is watering just thinking about my tacos. The woman that took my order was as nice as a person could be. She was thrilled I was making an order and was all smiles. It took her about ten minutes to make my food and she packed it all carefully and securely. It came with a cup of soup that I have no idea what was but it was incredible. It was like a Mexican version of pho broth. Fantastic. The Denver, Hispanic owned, food trucks are a gem I'm only recently discovering. What a treasure these people are to the culinary community in Denver and Colorado.

This truck did not disappoint for sure. I ordered a Hawaiian Torta that was likely the best torta I've ever had. I have never had anything like and I highly recommend you give it a try. I also ordered carne asada tacos to take home to the family as well some cinnamon churros. The tacos were fresh, world class and absolutely amazing. The burrito came filled with Mexican rice, beans, cheese, and crema, and it was pretty hefty for the price compared to similar spots. The carnitas had good seasoning and roasted flavor, though they were more moist than the traditional slightly dry carnitas I'm used to. My first bite was a little salty, and unfortunately the burrito wasn't very hot and the soda wasn't very cold. They did include salsa cups. The red salsa had real heat (ears itching), while the green tomatillo salsa was tangy but mild. Solid flavor and good portion size, but a hotter burrito and an ice cold drink would make the meal much better. I will join my coworkers again, this time with special instructions to make the burrito hot and to grab a cold drink from the back.

It was a bit small for the price, but the flavor was good! We tried the birria tacos and pastor with the consome on the side. Good flavor - but odd that you have to get the consome with an additional taco separately. Would go back when craving a birria fix.
