The bed wasn't clean and the floor mats were stacked up and not cleaned. I paid 120 which included the floormats and tire treatment and I didn't get good service on either, and again, the bed had debri in it. I asked for these things to be corrected and a half A#@ effort was done and I just gave up and left with a partially clean truck and 120.00 less out of my pocket.

Owner Regina Howerton was rude and yelled at me. I had a very bad experience at this car wash. The quality of the cleaning is poor--my car was still dirty even after it was supposedly cleaned. After this experience, I looked at their reviews and it's clear why so many customers complain about the same issue. What made things worse was the way I was treated. I was disrespected by both the manager and the owner for simply requesting a service. The situation escalated unnecessarily, to the point where the police were called, even though I did nothing wrong. This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. My husband even asked the owner's sister, who was present, to check the car, and she could clearly see it was still dirty after the service. Instead of addressing the problem, they chose to defend their employees and dismiss the customer. This business is poorly managed, the staff is incompetent, and the owner shows no concern for customer satisfaction. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service or respectful treatment. please keep away from this place We are family of 5 and several frends!!
