Owner Regina Howerton was rude and yelled at me. I had a very bad experience at this car wash. The quality of the cleaning is poor--my car was still dirty even after it was supposedly cleaned. After this experience, I looked at their reviews and it's clear why so many customers complain about the same issue. What made things worse was the way I was treated. I was disrespected by both the manager and the owner for simply requesting a service. The situation escalated unnecessarily, to the point where the police were called, even though I did nothing wrong. This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. My husband even asked the owner's sister, who was present, to check the car, and she could clearly see it was still dirty after the service. Instead of addressing the problem, they chose to defend their employees and dismiss the customer. This business is poorly managed, the staff is incompetent, and the owner shows no concern for customer satisfaction.
