It seems that the latest fad in car washes is building do-it -yourself tunnel car washes. I can understand both the pros and the cons in building this type of system from a business perspective. One of the major pros for the business owner has to be the number of employees. The number of employees with a DIY tunnel system is much fewer than a full-service system. Allow me to explain the process. First, you pull up to the gate and use a touchscreen to choose the package that you want. The packages vary in add-ons and price. The more add-ons you get, the higher the price. They also have unlimited use packages where you can go to the car wash on a monthly basis as often as you want. Those automatically renew on your credit card every month until you give them notice that you want to discontinue. After you go through the car wash, you pull around to the left and use the "free" vacuums. They also have a device that washes your carpeted floor mats. It does a pretty good job. You can walk inside the office and they will provide towels that you can use to dry your vehicle. The blowers in the tunnel do a pretty good job of getting your car dry but as the typical tunnel systems go, it will leave water spots behind on your glass, chrome, and mirrors. They also sell automotive cleaning products inside. I did not look at them so I do not know if the prices are competitive to a local auto parts or Wal-Mart. As you can see, much of the system is DIY. Therefore, the number of employees you see working or fewer than a full-service system. Another pro is the amount of time you spend there. Even though you are doing it yourself, It is faster than going to a place and standing around waiting for employees to dry your vehicle. Personally, I would rather save the time and do it this way. One of the cons is simply the fact that tunnel system brushes never get all the dirt off your car. If you are drying your vehicle, You will notice that there are some places the brushes simply do not reach. You will need to clean those with elbow grease. However, I still prefer to do this over a full-service system simply because I don't think they pay that close of attention to the missed spots either. It is still cheaper to wash your car in your own driveway. However, you may not have all the amenities that you need to do a complete job. This is a more affordable option than going to a full-service business. Bottom line - This is a DIY tunnel system car wash that allows you to clean your car on an as-needed basis (or if you choose, as many times as you want on a monthly basis). You can vacuum your car and wash your floor mats yourself if you wish. All in all, I am happy with the process and price. I will be back. read more

Ever since it changed to White Waters the service has gone downhill. Last time I went, half of the wash wasn't working, when going inside to check what was going on and requesting to cancel my monthly membership since this wasn't the first time the lady working was extremely rude. She stated she doesn't care if I cancelled and reeked of smoke (not cigarettes) very unfortunate as I used to enjoy this car wash spot. Would not recommend. read more

First off, it washes your car really well, but what I like best about this car wash is, at the end, it has free vacuums and, best of all, free cleaners, glass cleaners, Armor-All, etc.; different fragrances to make your car smell nice as well. During October, they have a haunted car wash which I've never been to because it's always so crazy busy. I guess it must be a good attraction with how many people that come. read more

Used to be good, but now not so good. They used to have two people do the prewash, and now it is only one. Plus after the wash I find some dirt on the passenger side of the body which I end up cleaning later. Not sure I will continue unless this gets better read more

Never again, they don't fix the nozzles and definitely don't change the brushes... the other car washes change theirs regularly. I've been with them since they opened. They claim to have bug wash but the truck always still has spots. Compare to others in area this place is more worried about their pockets then their employees and customers... Went today to vacuum I got told their closed but there was others using vacuums. You can tell they run the place with out the product they promote to have and charge for a complete rip off..... Just look at the foam and the nozzle heads nothing comes out.... Don't come here.... they should use the money off there rip off Halloween Tunnel to fix the place and buy soap and products they promote but don't use.... read more

Go somewhere else water residue was left behind and ripped a hard antenna off the car. One of the vacuum nozzle was what appeared to ripped off and unusable. The towels are okay other places do better, but they do have spray bottles for glass and interior. Wish water was filtered more if I'm going to pay for the top tier service. read more

I have used this carwash ever since it has opened. I recently cancelled by monthly memberships for 2 of my cars. Today, my husband took his truck up there to wash it. Paid for the top tier. The scrubber on the hood and front did not even come down. One half of the water did not work. The person working at the front told him they knew it was broken yesterday but were told to still charge full price and not tell anyone about it not working properly and that they had a maintenance guy coming later today. I had to subtract a couple of because of a very important factor at least to me and that's the simple fact that the attendant waiting by the automated machine where you put your money in and say what you want wasn't wearing a mask and wasn't that far away from my window I don't like anybody handling my phone and he took it and scanned the code I had on there for my free car wash so that's like a double no no for me as far as I'm concerned I'm not going back there again simply because the guy wasn't wearing a mask and he took a lot of liberties with my phone I was going to give a worse rating but I did like the way the car came out read more

Normally when I see posts about people's cars getting messed up in car washes, I think they are a bit dramatic, but not anymore. I've never been to this car wash, it's new and on the way home so figured I'd try it out. I was concerned driving through the wash, their scrubbers seem to slap the back of my car pretty hard and they did not tape my rear wiper down as most places do. After driving through the wash, I went to vacuum and check to make sure the wiper was fine. It was, but then I looked up and saw the whole top of my break light was snapped off. I went up to the friendly staff and showed them, they apologized (although that doesn't pay for the broken piece). They even looked in the car wash and said they didn't see anything but that the piece could of fallen under the machine, and stated they could look at the video tape and see where it flew off at. I said okay that'd be great, expecting them to go and look but they just went back to talking to the other lady working. I waited a bit before leaving to see if they would go look at the tape and they just continued to check people into the wash. I've tried calling and leaving a voicemail for a manager or someone to call me back and they haven't. What was a $10 car wash has turned into a hassle to find the part for my car and an extra $100 at that..... one expensive car wash if you ask me. Thought I would try out the new local car wash... unfortunately, I won't be going back. I got a basic wash and it did the job fine enough, but during the wash I thought I heard some rather loud bumping on the back of my car (Honda CRV). After the wash, I pulled over in their parking lot to see if maybe the wiper got loose and it turns out the back of my bumper got chewed up a bit during the wash! One of the attendants came over to see if I was okay, and I told him I was disappointed to see the damage. He asked if I got it during the wash, I said yes and that I had heard some loud bumping while in there. He seemed hesitant to offer a refund, and of course how could I prove that it happened at the car wash (my car is older and a little dinged up as it is) but these were fresh scrapes and I just inspected the car yesterday where there were no scrapes on the back. I wasn't gonna push it and be that person over some scrapes on an old car, but if you have a nice new car I wouldn't suggest you test your luck. Seems like they need to adjust the automatic washing arms or something so they don't ride up on the car. I'll be going back to the Valero car wash across the street. Same price for a basic wash and it was a more thorough one at that... without the damage! read more
