The hotel is situated just off of an access road as soon as you exit the highway, which is super convenient! There are also quite a few restaurants within a few minutes. The hotel was busy but we still found parking for both of our vehicles. The check in process was a breeze. Our room was modern and clean. The beds and pillows were perfect for a good nights rest after a long drive. They have a free continental breakfast which we enjoyed before getting on the road the next morning.

To maneuver your cart/luggage... whet in and out around a corner with people... it don't work. At all. Just take the stairs, or pleas knock out that wall. It's bad. There only so much #PIVOT you can do! (Friends reference!) Pivot, Dammit! The indoor pool and hot tub are nice! Hot tub is lukewarm tub and needs to be adjusted, and please add a cabinet for towels. We were not aware that there were not towels at the pool, so we looked a little silly. Not yay we minded the silly part, but we did mind freezing our unmentionables off. WiFi is great and walking distance to Target and good eats. Would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was good- the standard hotel fare of biscuits, cereal, oatmeal, etcetera. Good coffee. We were still eating at 10:25 and the breakfast stops at 10- the lady who was there to put everything away was SO nice and friendly, she even offered to make more for us. We were on third floor and I kept waking up to a smell that was like smoke but I'm not really sure where it was coming from, like someone was smoking meats, it was weird and very strong and was nauseating. I finally turned off the AC, thinking it was coming in that way but it was too late. The thermostat at least stopped making the clicky sound that was waking me up so I left it off and dealt with heat and smell. We had planned on sleeping in but with that smell I wanted out of there ASAP. In the hall on third floor it was even worse than in the room. But downstairs i didn't smell it at all. In the hotel's defense, I didn't say anything so it's not like I let them know and they didn't offer to move us, I was just too tired. And the breakfast, while fine, had an attendant that went to the back to get lotion apparently and proceeded to put it on (under his shirt) right next to food. It was odd but didn't really bother me, made me think of something my grandpa might do, but I know it would have offended some... so overall, it's a nice place and I think the staff was extra pleasant to everyone I saw them encounter, but that smoke smell..... wow. That would deter me from staying again for sure. No idea if it's the fault of the hotel or something they can control but that was rough.

This was the worst hotel I have stayed in. The price is cheap. The staff was willing to allow me to switch rooms for 2nd night of stay. 1st room was horrendous, 2nd room had apparent heavy pot smoker (non-smoking room), 3rd room was 200% better than 1st night room. I now know why the price was so cheap! First impression of room, awful. No hot water in shower (warm), no phone, no fridge, no microwave, no TV remote. I do not know how this room is allowed to be offered to paying guests. Did not feel safe, personal safety and hygiene safety.

I've called Wyndham and put a complaint in and when I went to the office and informed them that I had called Wyndham and put a formal complaint In and described the issues with the rooms conditions. There was a different employee this time his name is Kevin and I must say that this employee is probably the only good thing this place has going for them. He immediately offered to switch us rooms which was in the same condition. He then offered to show me a few other rooms but sadly they were in the same condition but he was able to see this with his own eyes. He was very apologetic and very helpful.. He went above and beyond to make sure that the rest of our stay in this nasty place was as comfortable as could be considering the conditions. So if at any point Wyndham reads this your employee at this location named Kevin deserves a raise or deserves to be working in a way nicer location his customer service is impeccable.
