The trailer had a lot of issues I didn't notice at first (leaky shower,leaky sink) not a big deal easily fixable. I was told this trailer was inspected which clearly it wasn't. Two months after owning this trailer and it's second trip out the whole side of the trailer ripped off exposing the wood behind the siding which was totally rotted out. I called my insurance and brought it to have inspected to file a claim, well because it was dry rot due to a leak it will no be covered by insurance! The repair shop wrote up in there report that this has been an ongoing issues that was a problem before I owned the trailer and went on to say that if this was inspected it would of been been noticed. Long story short I now own a trailer that has about $6,000 in damage with out the means to fix it at this time. I am now stuck making payments of a useless trailer that will be trapped up sitting until I can come up with the money to repaired. If you do decide to buy with this company I HIGHLY recommend having a 3rd party inspection done. Don't get screwed like I did.

Business is astonishingly dishonest, saddled with debt, and grossly incompetent. It is the least professional business (no exaggeration) I have come across in my lifetime. I will be surprised if they are not shut down in ongoing DMV investigation, which would mercifully prevent people from falling into this situation. I purchased a vehicle at Sundance in January, assured I would receive registration within 90 days. Five months later, nothing. Calling DMV I find they did not finish all paperwork to transfer the title. Numerous calls to James at Sundance and he told me the title had been "misplaced" and to hold tight, he has a "DMV Girl" working to resolve it. Two months go by where I occasionally get him on the phone - always when I called, never because they returned a phone call. Always "working on it." Finally, told resolution is imminent in next week. That day comes, no call, no resolution, unable to connect by phone. I drove 2.5 hours to meet James face to face, and he finally admitted the issue with the floor plan company after I asked why he couldn't just apply for replacement title. Dealer refused to provide contact information for the floor plan company. To finally gain access to my title I needed to file a DMV complaint, contact the DMV investigator, and then the floor plan company. Finally I needed to submit a signed, notarized statement that I had truly purchased the car. This took days of work to complete on my part, and we thought we might not be able to keep our car. In addition, I needed to extend the registration temporarily with an additional trip to the DMV while resolving the issue. Long story short - avoid Sundance Motors!

First time using Affordable RV. We live just eight minutes away so it was a no-brainer choice for…read morethe 2022 camper van we have. Staff is very nice and we did bring it in just before Memorial Day so we knew we would probably have a wait. All we needed was generator oil change, checking the water pump and battery load, looking at the tires sensors, checking the roof and a wash.They said we needed new tape on top to keep the solar panels in place and couldn't find anything wrong with the pump. We got it back after three weeks and on the walk-through were actually told that the guys took all the old tape off and cleaned it up when they didn't even need to do that but they thought it was a water repellent issue which it wasn't. So who knows how much extra time went to that at $175 an hour or so. We also noticed later that we didn't get the tire valve caps back and I went to turn on the air conditioner unit in the 96° heat in downtown Saceamento and they had not turned the switch back on for that in the generator.That meant that after consulting with AI during a work event, I I was crawling under the RV in downtown Sacramento on the street to open the generator cover and flip the switch. The work overall cost $1100. Obviously, we did not think it was particularly affordable, convenient and we're not pleased with the handling of the relatively simple items on our list. There's another place not too far from us and a highly rated mobile technician as well that maybe we'll try next time. ARV business model involves multiple different technicians working on the van, which is why it takes so long, but in addition to the inconvenience we just got pretty mixed results on the work.

Horrible used car dealership. I bought an RV from them and we have in the contract some repairs…read morethat needed to be completed as part of the sale (like replacing the windshield). Here it is 2 months later and they still haven't completed the repair. Luckily I withheld some of the money until they complete the work. On top of that they are horrible about follow-up and communication. I call them a few times a week to see if they have ordered the glass and they almost never call me back. I usually have to go down there to find out what is going on. Also, half (possibly) all the staff is stoned, I walked into the office on one of them rolling a joint and the mechanic was showing me some of the work he had completed and just wreaked of pot. Nicely done folks! You are everything people hate about used car dealerships.

I am now approaching 40 days since the sale. My trailer has already been sold to a third party, yet I have still not received payment or a clear accounting of the transaction. Despite providing the payoff quote on July 22, my credit union has confirmed they still have not received the payoff. Because of this delay, interest on my loan began accruing again on August 1, costing me additional money every single day. To make matters worse, I still have not been told what my final proceeds will be or what deductions were taken, including the cost of the replacement tires. I've repeatedly had to follow up for basic information that should have been provided proactively. I was also told that a manager would be contacting me, but that never happened. Outside of the initial sales team, virtually all of my communication has been through text messages. For a transaction of this size, I expected much better communication, transparency, and customer service. I have the names of the individuals involved, but I'm choosing not to publicly identify anyone. Instead, I'm simply sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision. I have retained hard evidence documenting the entire timeline, including the signed agreement, emails, text messages, payoff documentation, and communications with my credit union. Looking back, I genuinely wish I had sold my fifth wheel to Camping World instead. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with this company until they improve their communication, accountability, transparency, and timeliness.
