Beyond Helpful! We had found a camper in Arizona, we were planning on driving out to pick it up when we found the same thing at Sierra RV. I emailed Steve and he gave me a ton of information, answered all my newbie questions without blowing me off, like all of the other (many, many, many other dealerships) had done. They also had a better price, we drove the 1.5 hour drive and put down a deposit (Feb 2021). We wanted to pick a camper before we bought a truck, which we told Steve, and we had planned on having a truck within a week or so. We worked with Sonora Ram (don't make that mistake) and we ordered the truck that would work according to Ram. The delivery was about 8 weeks, I updated Steve & he said they would store the camper for us, which was great so we could get our storage spot ready & frankly our Jeep Wrangler wouldn't be able to haul it. Fast forward to Easter & we find out the truck won't work, we scramble to find a truck and we end up having to get a DRW. We weren't getting a lot of help from the Ram dealership, so Steve got me in touch with the Artic Fox engineer & he gave me a few requirements to help me find a new truck, which ended up being a DRW. We let Steve know and he had to order all the equipment for a DRW instead of the SRW. Finally the delivery window is here, and for what ever reason our truck was a week late. We update Steve, and he checks in as well, then on Steve's day off our truck arrives. So we drop off the truck at Sierra RV, they installed all the equipment and schedule a pick up date (next week). The process was seamless, everyone at Sierra RV Center are so helpful and their purchasing group at Winner Chevy, the purchasing was super easy & no pressure. Nope, not a fan! I'm glad see a bulk of RV consumers have had a great experience. For me, not so much. Things started off good.. ie , no pressure sales, "they throughly safety inspect all RV's ect... blah blah blah.... bunch of whooie! Once you take it off the their lot your SOL! Went here today for the first time. We had purchased an Arctic Fox Camper a couple weeks before at Cordelia RV, In Fairfield. After having all the air bags and suspension done on our truck, we still felt it was too heavy and very awkward to drive. Came here after Cordelia was unwilling to work with us on another camper on their lot. Steve at Sierra was great, got us out of the camper into a light weight model and beat the price by quite an amount. Our bad we lost all the money on our trade in, but at least we have a great camper that we will be happy with. We had to come over two hours to get here, but so worth the drive. My husband and I spent about 5 months researching trailers. We had finally narrowed down our search to a northwood product. We headed to Sierra to look at 3 models they had on the lot. When we arrived, Dean was welcoming and helpful and let us look without feeling pressured. We went in and out of the 3 trailers about 50 times but still felt like they weren't quite right for us. We ended up finding the perfect floor plan for us at a different dealer but we wish we could have bought from Sierra. Our experience at the other dealer was not great. The walkthrough was subpar and led us back to Sierra to ask questions of them which they gladly helped us with even though we didn't buy from them. Ok, so update number two... now three reviews. We LOVE this place. Steve is who we bought our new 2017 Fifth wheel from. We got it in April 2017, and he still knows our names and who we are to this day. Leah, she is the wonderful lady that makes sure any service or part needs are handled. She returns your call (amazing) and is always super helpful. As fulltimers she knows we need to stop in for any repairs and get on our way. Then the repair staff, Lonnie and JD. They were looking at a few issues we had, minor but stuff that bugged us. In short order the two figured it out and we were on our way. If ever considering an Arctic Fox, go here. In this world of high-pressure sales, internet virtual relationships, and fast turnaround, it was so refreshing to work with Steve and Dean. They worked with me for months while I made up my mind. We had been shopping around for a new trailer and have found that most RV sales companies have salesmen that are just that salesmen and are trying to sell anything and do not know their product at all. Winner's Sierra RV Center - Colfax, California My wife and I purchased a 2019 Arctic Fox 865 from Winner's Sierra RV Center in Colfax, California. We were experienced tag along RV trailers, but decided to downsize to an excellent truck camper. That we prefer camping on BLM Land, and remote campsites, the truck camper gave us more freedom to do so. It's an excellent dealership and the staff is superb! When you call, you speak directly with a staff member, Steve, Lee, Dean, Lonnie and JD. They really do listen to your preferences and questions. Because truck camping was a new experience for us, they recommended that I contact Doug Karr, the Factory Rep at Northwood Mfg. for recommendations, and any other specific questions that I had regarding the Arctic Fox. Doug's suggestions were very helpful. He is an experienced truck camper himself. We needed a few minor warranty adjustments. Lee set the schedule; she kept me informed and as did Lonnie in Service too. Lonnie's mechanical and electrical experience, and workmanship are absolutely choice, and his assistant JD was very helpful with his tips loading and unloading the Arctic Fox. They all treated us courteously and friendliness too. By example and action, they continue to help their customers both during and after their purchase. I would not recommend this RV dealership due to lack of support for mechanical problems. I purchased a new 2012 Forest River "Salem" 22 ft. Travel Trailer from them in September, 2011, I had a brake problem after 2 trips that they tried to fix more than once but was unsuccessful. On a trip in August, 2013 (about 5,000 miles on the RV) the brakes kept locking up while driving. I stopped at Brown's Valley RV Repair for help. Blane, the owner, looked at it and in 10 minutes determined that there was a short in the electric brakes. The manufacturer left off clips that control the movement of the wiring and the insulation wore through. He made a temporary fix that allowed me to continue with my trip. I stopped on the way home for a permanent fix that cost me over $900. Winner's Sierra RV and their suppliers would not take any responsibility for this and after several complaints and arguments they offered me $200 to keep me quiet. I accepted it thinking that this was the end and I would have no more dealings with them. In September 2014 I called complaining about a failed ladder part and abnormal tire wear. I was told that there is nothing that they can do since it was now out of warrantee. In October I took a trip to Moab, Utah and 1,000 miles from home I noticed that one of the tires that was wearing abnormally was showing the inner belt. I took it to a National Tire Company that told me that all 4 tires were bad and needed to be replaced. They said that the tires were most likely defective. After 9,000 miles there was still plenty of tread left in the middle of the tires but not on the outsides. That cost me over $400. I wrote to Winner's Sierra RV Center requesting that either they or their supplier take some responsibility for the defective tires. I was flatly told by Steve, the Sales Manager, that they would not do this as it was now my responsibility. read more

We bought a Artic Fox fifth wheel there yesterday. It was a great experience. Steve, Dean, and Lee know their product well, no pressure what so ever, and the best price I have found in 6 states. They have a great inventory, loaded with options, and they even install hitches on all their units. We purchased exactly what we wanted (loaded) and the out the door price, with a 7 year warrantee, and all the options, was less than the manufacturer MSRP. That's hard to beat ! We went for lunch while paperwork was being taken care of, came back, signed a few things, and done ! They have to prep ours for delivery, so we are picking it up next Friday. Steve, our sales person, was the greatest ! He went over our new trailer explaining how everything functions, and all the cool features. Steve is a Lab dog person, has horses, and basically a guy you'd want to go camping with. If you know you would have a good time camping with someone, that says a lot . After trying to purchase my 2018 Arctic Fox 29-5T fifth wheel locally here in So Cal, I called Sierra RV and talked with Dean. I e-mailed him the exact options that I wanted so he could price it out. Dean responded immediately with pricing. I was surprised not only by the quick response time but the pricing was excellent with all options included. Local dealers couldn't put the right pricing together. They kept leaving in factory equipment that was being replaced with options. Local dealers also wanted 10-20% nonrefundable down payment. I ordered the unit over the phone with small refundable deposit using a credit card. Dean and Steve kept me updated as to arrival date so we could plan a trip up to Colfax to check out unit. We traveled to check it out in early Dec. 2017, but weren't ready to bring it down to So. Cal at that time. After purchasing the unit Dean and Steve had no issue storing it until we could pick it up. We picked up our new fifth wheel in mid Feb 2018 during a snow storm. Sierra's staff patiently walked us thorough the operation of everything. They showed us how to hook up and with a short driving lesson we were on our way. Dean, Steve, and Lee went out of their way make sure every aspect of the purchase and delivery was perfect.
