After having my lovely Toyota for over a few years, I decided to purchase a new one from another dealership. While updating my Dmv paperwork today, I found out that, About New Auto made a HUGE mistake on my registration. Instead of my Tags costing $150.00, I've been charged $500.00 every year since I bought it!! A major typo that was made by the dealership has cost me every year. Carefully read your registration. Especially the " VLF CLASS", area. The Vehicle type was incorrect, and it cost me dearly every year. Please be cognizant of all dealership paperwork. No matter where you buy from. It'll save you hundreds!!

An engine for a Toyota Tundra costs over 30k. The biggest stress was brought upon us with a newborn baby and a truck that turned out to be garbage was brought upon us at a pretty hard time in our life. My…read morebrother and I bought a used Silverado truck with less than 100,000 miles on it for a little under $10,000 at the end of August. We thought the Auto Mall's connection as owned by a much larger car dealership in Sacramento would make the purchase a sound one from not only a financial perspective, but from a quality of vehicle perspective....that the assurance to us would be that this car had been checked out from top to bottom by qualified, trained mechanics before sale. Well, this was not to be as the transmission is completely broken down only a month later and now has to be fixed at a cost of over $3,300. A transmission in excellent condition shouldn't have this happen, especially a V8 Silverado. Unfortunately, there is no lemon law that can save us from the exorbitant repair bill. I hope to contact the dealer directly this week, but I would STRONGLY caution anyone considering going to this dealer or its afilliated larger dealership.
