Totally feed up with this store! I've gone several times around 8:30pm and it's always closed!! This time I went on July 28,2022 at 8:25pm and went and it was closed! The two lady's in the back prepping saw me and made gestures saying it's closed. Then I point to the business hour sign that says it closes it at 9pm, and it was only 8:25pm and they didn't bother and just stayed in the back. The owner or manager should be aware, and make sure the employees start cleaning up at closing time. Have left the review on Google, Facebook, and Yelp. Awesome! This place has lines going out the door. Plenty of choices of ice cream to iced drinks. The service is stellar with excellent customer service with the kids working behind the counter. The owner is very friendly and the workers are all helpful when it comes to trying to decide with flavors you want to purchase. When you enter this place and your not sure what you want, you can ask for a sample just like 31 flavors but I believe they have well over 100 flavors! I will return in the future. read more

Not what I was expecting, the agua de pepino con limon was nasty, it looked like sewer water. No strawberry one wasn't even good. They out NO ICE in any of the waters. I called them to tell them about the waters not being good. The gal told me to bring in my waters so they can give me new ones, when I clearly told her that the agua de pepino was no good. I come here at least once a week for a mangoneada, and different ice cream. The employees are super sweet. It is busy at times but they always greet you and apologize for the wait. The ice cream is delicious and reminds me of what I used to eat in Mexico as a little girl. They have so many flavors, dome very unusual but I suggest you ask for a taste, you never know what you'll like! There is this Queso creamy one that is soooooo good...it's mexican cheese in ice cream! I know what you're thinking, "eww" but trust me, just taste it! It's sweet, creamy, thick and oh so yumny!! They really give you big portions unlike another Michoacana near by work in Riverside. I would recommend this place to anyone! They have various Mexican treats and the paletas???? The ice cream is great. The águas are Good as well. Corn on a stick has a lot flavor, it's great and not too spicy. I really like guava água but the seem to be out every time I happen to go, watermelon water usually is my top choice. The Ferrero ice cream is my favorite, ha sito isso great as well. read more

Very bad customer service, my daughter asked an employee for more sauce on her tostilocos and the employee was very rude to her saying that she was on her break instead of getting an employee that was on the clock. I take that back because not all of the ladies are rude.. there's this one specific lady who stands out more... she ALWAYS has an attitude and complains about how she's tired.. today, I went in 15 minutes before closing and that same lady had an attitude and told me they were closed.
