Our order: Dominican hotdog- all the way Small order of fritura ( carne, longaniza, and chicharron ) with totones yaroa de chicharron Chimi- regular 1. The hotdog was amazing. It tasted just as if we were in the "patio", Dominican Republic. It had sautéed cabbage meat sauce cheese ketchup and mayo. 2. The fritura or the fried meats was also very well seasoned especially the carne/ steak. The tostones were a bit soft but I'm sure they would've been crispy had we had our food there. 3. Chicharron Yaroa- this was okay, nothing really stood out 4. Chimi- this was not my favorite at all. When I look for a Chimi I am looking for the works, nice meat size to fit bread ratio and fillings like cabbage, onions tomatoes etc. here, the Chimi is very pressed like a panini with just mayo ketchup and light cabbage Overall what really stood out to me was their Dominican hotdog and fritura. I have worked in fast food before and when something like this would happen to me I would make it right and ask the customer how could I fix it in order to make them come back.. but no they just say we didn't charge you sorry. I went back 2 more times hoping they would change and make sure they were charging for everything or making it right by my but both times it was the same. I'm Never going back there again.

They also come with a side of cabbage and salsa verde which tops the whole meal off. They also serve as a panadería and feature Central American pastries and desserts as well. The conchas looked so good!! The service was fast and friendly. Definitely felt like family here. I would love to go back and try more combinations of their tacopusas!! We also got a handful of different pastries to go. The very nice older woman who was taking our orders was able to patiently, and kindly answer my questions regarding what some of the pastries were, and what some of them were filled with. When we took our order home of approximately 9 papusas total we were able to make a meal for myself, my girlfriend, my girlfriend's sister, and we still had delicious food leftover to eat, for the next day! We will continue returning to this great community bakery, and takeout restaurant as long as they are around.

I saw other tables with glasses of water so I'm not sure why I had to get a $5 bottle; maybe the server didn't understand what I wanted when I asked for a glass of water, it's possible she thought I wanted a glass bottle of water. The hookah was charged separately and was $45 with the tip already added and then the guy who brought it over told me not to miss the screen where I could leave an additional tip. We ordered guava and got strawberry. We could never find the guy again to tell him we didn't get the flavor we ordered and our server was MIA for so long that we just smoked a little and then left the majority. Cool vibes outside, but the whole experience was a miss and I wouldn't recommend this place, nor will I be likely to return.
