I then looked over the menu and ended up ordering a Birria Torta I.e. a Birria sandwich. I couldn't finish it as these are big sandwiches, but it warmed up nicely the next day in my air fryer. Although I'm not drinking anymore they did have a whole boatload of Bourbons which in my younger days I probably would have tested quite a few of them so their name is true to the inventory.
