Jumbo mango margarita

National margaritas day, buy a jumbo and get one for a $1! This one is mango and very very good!

The food that we had was generally pretty good. The Molcajete is huge and enough to share for two, just ask for more tortillas. The Mushroom quesadilla was excellent. Prices are on the higher side for Mexican food. The restaurant was very clean and service was excellent.

Enchiladas Potosi

Very fast service and fresh, delicious food! I went out on a limb and ordered something different because I saw that they had nopales on the menu. Enchiladas Potosi (with roast pork tomatillo sauce, and nopales) is pictured below. My family went with their usual Combo dinners that they get everywhere else and were very happy.

Salsa was spicy.

The place was very clean, including the bathrooms. The staff were friendly and the service was fast, and we were checked on often. I just felt like my food lacked taste. It was okay, just kinda bland. It's an okay place to eat. It's tucked away and a little difficult to find. They did screw up my check charging me $64, they voided that and charged the $33 check. I'll have to make sure it works. They provided me a copy of the voided charge.

Third time I have been here. First time the steak enchiladas were burnt. Second time the enchilada and the plate were cold. So I still decided we would still take a chance for a third time since it's close. Today my daughter and friends ordered the peach daiquiri (virgin) pitcher. The ice was so big it would not suck through the straw. The waitress tried to help, but Emilio (Manager) came by and said he could not help us. I politely said ok and told my daughter to drink from the glass. Waiters was apologetic. Then it came time to pay...they charged more money for the virgin daiquiri than one with alcohol. See pic. So I asked the waitress if that was right. But she said she did not see that and went back to fix it. Emilio came out again and asked if I had a question/problem. I explained I would like the alcohol that I just paid for. He said he would give me a shot of rum. But instead he gave me a shot of a weak liquor kind of like amaretto but more like a mixer. Bottom line...three strikes you're out! Don't go there. There are three other places (Mexican food) within two miles that have way better service, food, and managers!

Great deal !

We stopped here for dinner when we were visiting the area and were truly glad we did. The food is wonderful and the drinks were tasty and huge. the service was really good and the entire staff was very attentive to our needs. Our food was served hot and fresh and the quality was excellent. The restaurant was very clean and well laid out. They have some really cool artwork throughout the place. The restrooms were well attended and clean. They do take coupons from their competitors as well which is a really cool feature.

It's very modern with an upbeat vibe to it. Our server came over right away and brought chips and salsa and took our drink order. We both ordered unsweetened tea which was brewed fresh. The menu is extensive! We ordered from the lunch menu. I had the chimichanga and my husband had Speedy Gonzales. Our meals were delicious and we couldn't eat it all! Even the ladies restroom was really nice, with flowers hanging from the ceiling. We would both recommend this great restaurant!

Added bonus, every other weekend they have a guy that comes in and makes balloon animals, and I don't mean little balloon animals that anyone can make, I mean big balloon animals. Our server did a great job and she was very attentive to our needs. The food was very flavorful and delicious. My daughter had the El Trampo bowl and said it was big and perfect. I had the Burrito Ramon and wow, that was amazing! Everything that we tried was great and I can't wait to try something new next time. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this location! Between the atmosphere, food, and price, you can't go wrong.

I had thought about this place before but we went somewhere else to eat. On the day we decided to…read morestop, we were hesitant but we were glad we did. The decor wasn't over the top and the music wasn't loud. I decided on the shrimp tacos with black beans and rice. Very tasty. The sauce on the side is way too spicy for me. I didn't need it. My wife ordered the Fiesta sampler appetizer, they were shredded chicken. The chicken could have been seasoned a little better but not bad. She said she thought the beef might have been a better choice for her. Chips and salsa were good. Our server was very attentive and friendly. This place was closer than our usual restaurant, will be back

Bowling Soup wrote a song about my life titled, "come back to Texas" with the infamous line- "come…read moreback to Texas, besides the Mexican food sucks north of here anyway." This is hilarious and not always true. We come to Ohio to visit my husbands family and okay- I'll admit I don't trust Mexican food in states that don't border the beautiful country of Mexico. But this was a delightful surprise. I ordered a steak quesadilla and could have done without the extra cheese sauce poured over it. But the flavor overall was good. Rice and beans were also flavorful. I would have like a salsa that had a bit more spice and bite to it. Throw some habaneros, Serranos and tomato's together. Please!!! My husband ordered enchiladas and said they were good. The staff was super friendly and attentive.

The meat definitely needed more flavor. But they were filling. But the enchilada platter was amazing. The steak on the platter had fantastic flavor, the enchiladas were absolutely perfect and the flavor just melted in your mouth. The guacamole was very fresh and I haven't had some that tasty in a long time. The service was great. She made sure that we were doing good and would ask if anything was needed. My spouse is fluent in Spanish so that was a plus. The vibe was definitely more relaxing and welcoming because it wasn't a huge place. But the lengua taco was one of the best I've ever had. The salsas are good, hot enough for flavor without to much burn. I got an Al pastor torta, I was not impressed with the bread, it's not from a Mexican bakery, it from Walmart according to the person working there that day. I was told they use the buns from Walmart, because the patrons like it better than a traditional mexican bun because it doesn't fall apart. Overall, it was just ok. It's a nice, little place, a bit of a hole in the wall. I really liked the cooler of traditional Mexican drinks.
