After getting a few suggestions and advice from my wonderful waiter, I went with Roussanne and Orange Muscat as white, Malbec, Carignon and Cabernet Sauvignon as red for my wine flight. Let's not forget to mention. Balistreri's wines are all natural Colorado wines with no sulfites, no additives and are not filtered or fined. What's not to like about all that criteria that they can offer. For food, I got the cheese board ($18 as of May 2026.) I looked at other menu items and the prices for them were quite reasonable despite the fact that this place emits very high-end restaurant feel. After all, this is a family-run business that cares about serving people in the community. I feel that this is their way to say thank you to those who support them. In a neighborhood where three different interstates intertwine, unless someone told you about it, you wouldn't think such a place existed in this North Washington neighborhood. I discovered this place while ago. I am not sure why I had waited this long to visit and see it for myself. Better late than never. Palisade is a gem in the western Colorado but it's at least 4-hour drive from Denver.
