Best food in Colquitt. Friendly service. Not many cars in parking lot but don't let that discourage you. Food was fresh and fast!

This place is an unrealistically amazing find for Albany, but it is real and it is Amazing!…read more It's located on the edge of the east side of Albany. The location ls not the best. Just be aware of your surroundings, which is the case for anywhere you go. Upon entry, the decor is so fun and inviting. It's not a very big restaurant, but seating is laid out perfectly. Saturday night, packed, but we were seated immediately in a clean and cozy booth. All the employees there knocked customer service outta the park. Our server: Angel, was THE BEST! Very attentive, quick, and so friendly. I've visited most of the Mexican restaurants in Albany, and they have the best chicken chimichangas I've had so far. No complaints on prices. Two chimichangas, rice&beans, guac, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes for like $11. Of course free chips and salsa which was amazing. This is my new go to for Mexican cuisine. And I live across town within a half mile of many others. With that said; My only complaint is they're not located on my side of town. This place is a win for Albany and I hope they stay just as they are.

My fiance has a thing about a restaurants attached to a gas station(even though they are separate businesses). I assured her that the good reviews would overcome her bias. We were not disappointed! Our server, Alvero, was one of the most gregarious and accommodating servers ever. I asked for hot sauce and he had the kitchen whip up this oil and chili based sauce that really added what I needed. We ordered the texana fajitas and they were sizzling for awhile after they arrived. They were the perfect mix of proteins and veggies cooked beautifully. Everything tasted great and we were really glad we stopped in for dinner! If you're in town and in the mood for Mexican, you need to try this place!

We saw a billboard off the highway for this restaurant, so we decided to give it a try. Location is a little unsuspecting because it is dark and next to a dollar tree, but the interior is quite large and well decorated. We were seated right away, and the server gave us chips and salsa immediately. The chips were nice and fresh and warm, and the salsa was fantastic. ServerO is great. He gave us good recommendations and said that everything that has a hat on the menu is usually their most popular. As for the food, we ordered the fajitas mix. I had chicken, beef, and shrimp for two. It is about $27 and came with a lot of food. Definitely not for two, maybe even three. The rice plate came with rice, beans, avocado, as well as two sets of tortillas, which is about three each. It came in a serving plate and was overall pretty good. Would recommend getting again for the amount of food and the taste. We also ordered the torta. Unfortunately, for this one, it wasn't that great. The torta is just a sandwich, pretty much, with whatever kind of meat you have inside and some tomatoes and lettuce. We got the carne asada, but it was super dry and chewy. Would not recommend the carne asada and the torta. This one was about $13, I believe. In total, it was around 55 with tax and tip for a party of 4, so it was actually pretty well priced. We left pretty full, so I would recommend, but wouldn't say it was the best food we have had but good enough for us on the road drive back.
