McFall Tire & Auto Repair will leave your family stranded!!!!!!!! Be CAREFUL doing business with McFall, 9/30/25 got two new tires and an alignment; came out with a bent frame and no alignment and forced into a blame game. The damage to the frame is at the front passenger side frame; bare metal hit and scrapes. They tried blaming another shop did the damage but McFall Tire & Auto Repair has been the only people to lift my car for maintenance. They said "it looks like it was lifted wrong and slipped", crazy how accurate they are since they did it. Brought in my Rover because I had a slow leak in my rear driver side tire and was told by my mechanic (not McFall's) that my sensor was causing the leak. Not only did Rocky get my car in quickly but found the true cause of the slow leak which was a small bolt in my tire. They offered to fix it for me for $20ish bucks. Came in with a flat tire, they did not have the tire I needed, they said if you come back in the afternoon we will have it, so I asked if they could put on my spare so I can go and get a tire because I need it to go to work, and they charged me 20 dollars just to put on the spare, I agreed because I was in a hurry, have in mind there is no other customer, and they took their time, like they did not care, I asked is this going to take long?? Friday I had called every Jiffy Lube in Arizona &' Walmart asking if they did oil changes after so many turn downs and finally called one last Jiffy Lube they said they had the oil for the car but no filter. I was told I can go buy my own filter bring it to them and they can do everything. I bought filter but couldn't change the oil two today. So I called you all after dropping off my dog niece at the vet next door gave all the info on the CLA 250 Mercedes' and you all said you can do it. So I decided to get it done here. I took my daughter's car in to be looked at because another company said her air conditioner wires were loose. They checked it out there was nothing wrong with the wires, they also changed the cabin filter in the AC filter and they were half the price of the other company. Good honest company and they have a military discount. I will be taking all my car business to McFall. read more

ZZERO stars are in order. Took my wife G37 in for fuel system flush because it was sluggish in accelerating. Dropped it off, picked it up two hours later. On the way home it had the same issue. Thought I would drive it a day to see. Called back and they said they stand behind their work 100% and to bring it back. So I did. Same scenario pick up in two hours. Another day of driving and same thing. Instead of returning I bought some throttle body cleaner to do it myself. Pulled the intake tubes off and the throttle bodies were covered in black soot on both sides. Took me 45 minutes to clean both sides and reassemble. It is not even worth my time to call and complain. Hopefully others will see this and think twice before allowing them to fix their automobile. I WILL NEVER RETURN. I spent $129 for them to absolutely nothing. read more

I believe there is some kind of disconnect here about my previous review of McFall tire. These people do try very hard to meet or exceed the customer's expectations. Yes, we did encounter some problems during and after the repair, but they were very accommodating and corrected the problems. My 96 Camry is running better than ever!!! Oh and by the way the Camry has over 200,000 miles on it and has no leaks! Yay! read more

I went to McFall Tire to avoid the crowds at the big discount chains. I've had a slow leak in a tire that I've needed to take care of for a while. It was a very slow leak, only requiring air once every three or four weeks, so I was concerned about them being able to find such a small leak. I called ahead on Friday and was told that it wasn't too busy and they would be able to take me that day with no appointment. That was pretty great! When I entered the showroom, I was comforted that the place wasn't packed. I was immediately greeted by a representative who took my key and asked me what I needed. I told him that I needed to have a flat fixed, so he immediately walked back into the shop. It was surprising that they did not take my customer info. My vehicle was immediately pulled into the shop. In about 15 minutes they brought my key back and said my vehicle was ready. The guy handed me my key, and began to walk away. I stopped him and asked, "what do I owe you?" He replied "Nothing, tire repair is free." Really? Who does that??? That's the first time ever for me. I felt bad about the free repair, but how nice... How great was that! Great Service Will Keep Me Coming Back. As I was driving I noticed that my tire had low air pressure. I wasn't sure if my tire had a leak or just needed some air. I was close to McFall Tire & Auto Service Center and decided to stop and have my tire checked. It was close to closing time, so I wasn't sure what kind of service I would receive. For the last five years off and on everytime something has happens with any six of my cars they have bEen honest, helpful, and very reasonable. I bought a used merrcedes this year and I started smelling gas. The dealership said it wasn't covered. I called rocky and he said drop it off and let's look at it. I dropped my car off because it had some sort of leak. I get a call back after waiting a week and the manager told me that the leak is a lot more complex and they can't work on my car unfortunately. They had dropped the entire engine to work on this and put in a lot of labor so I was fearful of the cost. They told me I could pick it up totally free of charge and were very apologetic of the mix up and having to take my car elsewhere and even provided me info to a dealership that could help. Hello, I am writing you regarding the service I received from your Mcfall Tire and Auto Repair Indian School location. I brought my vehicle a 2002 Lexus ES300 in on Monday for a brake pad replacement and to have the check engine light checked out which I already knew was a Cat Converter issue. When I dropped the car off I was told that I would get a call with quotes. In a couple of hours. I had to call back several hours later and Sean said the rear brakes were good, the front brakes were at 3% but the rotors were good no replacement needed. So I gave the authorization for BRAKE PAD REPLACEMENT no ROTORS because he said the rotors were good. He quoted an amt which I thought was a little high but I ok'd the work again understanding it was pad replacement. My issue is that you guys performed work that was not authorized in changing the rotors and then charged me for it. From what I understand in speaking with Mike today $260 is what I should've been charged for a front break pad replacement for that veh. So from the work I authorized I should be charged only $260. Your garage took it upon themselves to do work that was NOT authorized and then charge me for it and I don't think it is fair that I pay what I was charged. I also got a bad diagnosis regarding my Cat Converters. I understand that I was not charged for the diagnosis but I was told by Sean that both Cat Converters were bad and needed to be replaced. So I am immediately trying to call around find parts and whatnot. So when Sean called me back he had no explanation as to what was wrong with it. He just said it needed to be replaced. So feeling untrusting about the non explanation and the fact there was no change in the ride of the vehicle since the light came on I told him hold off just do the pads only. I was coming from Scottsdale trying to make it to pick up my vehicle before closing and was more worried about the Converter issue rather then the brakes. So I was asking Sean about the Cat Converter issues and still never got an explanation as to what was wrong with the converter. So I took it to get a second opinion and come to find out it was an O2 sensor NOT that BOTH Cat Converters had to be replaced. When I called back today to speak with a manager Mike said he was the manager I explained the above situation and he said he would speak with Sean and call me back. 5mins later Sean calls back and is basically saying I authorized it. I tried to explain that if I was only charged for what I authorized it would be a billing error but, you guys did work that was unauthorized and that is not my fault and I'm being charged for it. So I asked to speak with a manger/owner/ anyone besides him. He places Mike back on the line and him and Sean both are on the line going back and forth with me about the service and all they kept saying is I agreed to it. I didn't agree to have work done that I didn't need or authorize regardless of the price I was quoted. The amount could've always been discussed and corrected if the appropriate work was completed when I picked the veh up. But I never authorized Rotor replacement. So they basically said there was nothing they were going to do. Also, IF I decided to leave my veh for the Cat Converter repairs you guys would've over charged and completed unnecessary work which is very untrusting to know. read more

This is the worst experience I've had got called they said my truck was ready I show up and the caps to my rims are not even on my truck then I noticed that my driver side tire was barely even on the lug nuts where not even hand tight so I told the guy and he sent the guy out to get my truck as he drives off in my truck the tire was so lose it started wobbling and making a thumping noise messing up my lugs and rims and who knows what else and it cost 425$ for me to tell them how to do there job I asked for a manager and how convenient not one on site called the next day for a manager how convenient not one on site save your money and go to a different shop now I got to pay an other mechanic to check and make sure everything is right and safe for me and my family read more

This is an incredible place with elite customer service and awesome prices. I had to replace the heater core in my truck. I had originally taken it to Goodyear auto and they quoted me $1,229.00 with 9.3 hours of labor. McFall quoted me $773 with 6 hours of labor. I got my truck back the next day as opposed to the 3 days Goodyear was going to take. The guys at McFall were incredibly nice and explained everything in a way I understood. They even let me know I had a cost effective alternative to bypass the heater core If I wasn't able to afford the replacement immediately. I am now a customer for life, this place is amazing! Not having any personal references for a decent place to get an oil change, I Yelped to see what I could find. With an overall 4.5 rating, I figured I'd give McFalls a go & scheduled a same-day appointment. My mom is on 'snowbird' status and was needing her oil changed before she headed out of town. I'd made the appt for 4pm; they were friendly and the store was clean ~ two pluses right off the bat. Took 28 minutes to get my mom's Jeep into a bay which was a bit disappointing, but not a deal-breaker. They finished shortly thereafter & while they made me aware of things that should be done (older rigs need maintenance), they didn't try to upsell or grandstand. Price was very reasonable.
