Gary met the inspector on Sunday afternoon without question. Inspection of the RV was about $400 and came to be not necessary. Few little items Gary had taken care of prior to him arriving. the condition from inspector was even better than what Gary advertised "Good Condition" the camper as described by inspector was impeccable, better than new! Even with that my wife and I still hadn't seen it and we decided to take road trip and pick it up instead of hiring a delivery company. -we departed Dallas Monday and Arrived late Wednesday. Gary and his staff was waiting with open arms with smile and a hug! After inspecting and walking thru RV and little paper work we were off for our first adventure on our new RV. I should also mention that Gary Emailed and called to follow up on us while we were driving back home. What class act my friend! In closing if your in the market for pre-owned RV you need to call Gary, he is by far number one in the industry. Highly recommend for your RV purchase! Thanks again for going above and beyond the sale! George and Paula Martin Forney, Texas

We'd been looking online for a long time, but didn't like anything we saw. Gary came out, introduced himself and showed us a 2017 Dynamax Isata 3 (with a Mercedes Sprinter chassis). We loved it! He took the time to walk us though all the features, but it was late, so he invited us to come back the next day for a test drive. Gary is super friendly, personable, professional and no a 'pressure sales' kinda guy, who also got our jokes... He had it all ready for us, and it felt 'right'. After a few days dealing with the bank, we came back to make the purchase, and after Gary went thru a checklist to make sure every function worked, were excited to drive away in our new (pre-owned) RV. Great experience, highly recommended!

They were willing to negotiate, patient when I picked it up and took time to explain all the systems to me. In addition, they gave me the peace of mind knowing they'd help if I had any troubles (which I did not). When I was ready to move on to another camper, they took my used camper on consignment and sold it in weeks. This is a locally owned, zero hassle shop. I highly recommend this team.

The quality of the build, smart and thoughtful design and the corresponding retention of value resulted in our scheduling a trip to the nearest Lance dealer, Galaxy Campers in Ontario. We had heard great things about David, the owner and Miguel, the sales manager. From an initial phone call to David and two subsequent visits where we met David and Miguel we experienced friendly, professional assistance without any pushiness. We ended up placing an offer to buy a new 2024 1875 model at an outstanding price. We negotiated some upgrades, an extra solar panel, two 300 amp hr lithium batteries and an E2 weight distribution anti sway hitch. They were able to complete the upgrades and we closed the sale today. Miguel went over every aspect of the trailer's design, controls having us interact to see firsthand how the controls and options worked. Thorough not rushed and addressing all our rookie questions. David dialed in the rear view camera and corresponding monitor so we had a perfect rear view as well as explaining all the steps in hitching and unhitching the trailer. Again I participated instead of just watching the steps involved. It's the little things replacing a tiny cotter pin with a larger one for ease of use, Paper work was efficient, both David and Miguel made sure I had their cell numbers for any later questions. Great product, great service and value and supporting a second generation family business just puts the icing on the cake. Our first trip, back to Oceanside, went flawlessly. David answered a call from us when we questioned the battery disconnect off setting after arriving home. Great people to work with!

I'm updating my original review to reflect the current situation…read more After posting my review, I was contacted by the service department regarding my missing key. They informed me that the key has been located and is being sent to me. This review is specifically regarding the poor communication and lack of follow-up from the service department, rather than the quality of the warranty work itself. I scheduled my vehicle pickup well in advance after having warranty work completed. However, upon arrival, I was informed that my service advisor was no longer with the company. Due to this transition, I experienced a much longer wait time than expected. The primary issue occurred once my travel trailer was finally pulled up: the service team could not locate my keys. I was told that the manager was currently in a meeting but would call me later that day to resolve the issue. Because I have a spare set at home, I was understanding and willing to give them time to follow up. Unfortunately, the day has passed, and I never received the promised phone call. Furthermore, because I was not provided with the manager's name or direct contact information, the burden is now on me to spend my own time tracking down someone who can help. The service work may have been completed, but the lack of internal communication, accountability, and basic follow-through turned a routine pickup into a frustrating experience. I hope management reaches out promptly to return my keys.

I purchased a new RV from a different retailer earlier this year and had to have some warranty work completed. I took the trailer to Mike Thompson since they are a Grand Design dealer. The check in process was really smooth. The service representative was friendly and left me thinking this is going to be a positive experience. Boy was I wrong. I took my trailer in for warranty work on 4/24/26 and it is now 7/8/26. I have been very reasonable and understand that some things such as part delivery are out of their control. The main issue is the LACK OF COMMUNICATION on behalf of the service department over the past 2 months. I was repeatedly told by the service advisor that he would call me back and he never did. I finally spoke with the service rep and he said that there were 5 or 6 minor repairs that were complete and all that was pending was the countertop, so we agreed that I would pick the trailer up and bring it back when the countertop arrives. The day I went to pick it up, I was checking out and noticed that most of the items on my invoice were marked as not complete. We are talking as minor as replacing an exhaust vent on the outside of the trailer and a seal below the sink. How could the service advisor not have known that the work was not complete? How could he have not communicated this to me? All he could say was they sent the wrong seal. As frustrated as I was, the parts supervisor stepped in and said he would personally find out what is going on, specifically with the countertop, and gave me his card. I called and left him a message over a week later and he never called me back. The service manager (a different person) called me after I left the dealership that day and said she would personally get to the bottom of the "miscommunication" first thing Monday morning (June 29th) and get back to me. She never called me back. I was there on Friday, June 26th and it is now July 8th and no call from anyone. You would think with two supervisors involved that one of them would have called me in a week in a half. You would think that they would make it a priority to reach out with some news. It is no wonder the service rep treats customers like this if his supervisors could care less. They have had my trailer longer than I have since I owned it. So disappointing.

The one down side for me is I'm short under 5'2" and the toilet is way to high and the bed is also. Bring a couple step stools. Other things to bring are paper products like paper towels, cups, plates, TP, dish soap, sponge, and hand soap. Also bring plastic gloves if you're going to dump your black tank your self. Another thing I would recommend is a motion sensor light for the bathroom since the light is above the toilet and struggled to reach it without the step stool. More than enough storage. This rig has over 106k miles on it. There is some wear and tear on it, but the most notable was a broken couch which I didn't notice till we got to camp and sat on it. The middle is caved in so we didn't use it since it was only the 2 of us. The other downside was we picked it up with only 1/4 of the gas tank full. So we had to go fill up. But what went well is they do fill the water and propane was full. The fridge will go off during traveling so make sure you get level and turn it back on. The light should be green.

RV #2 was pulled out. It was filthy with animal hair everywhere. We helped clean. Front window was filthy. All items worked. The personal and kitchen kits are a joke. The personal kit has one sheet, so with two kits you can make a bed. The pillow is razor thin. The kitchen kit is overpriced for what you get. Recommend a trip to a local thrift store instead. They do not normally provide septic chemical and RV toilet paper. The folks found some septic chemical for us. We saw ants coming out of the hood. Opened the hood, appears to be an ant nest under chrome. They are moving white larvae. Folks sprayed with ant killer. We left two hours late. Here are more issues found as travelled: Went shopping, found refrigerator was gross. Discovered more dog hair in drawers and closet.. gross. Cannot lock compartments under RV. Wipers are awful. Found hair in kitchen sink trap. Found hair in shower drain.

He showed us everything -- Class B, Class C, trailers under 20 feet, 20-foot trailers, and even 23-foot options -- and had incredible patience throughout the entire process. We went back and forth for about three weeks because our family couldn't make up our mind. We were trying to find something that would fit both our lifestyle and our backyard space. Through it all, Carlos never pressured us and made everything feel easy and comfortable. Even with our daughter excited and running around, he never once seemed frustrated -- just patient, kind, and understanding. We finally decided on a 20-foot trailer and are so excited for the adventures ahead. Carlos is definitely our guy when we're ready to upgrade in the future. Dan gave us an amazing, extremely knowledgeable walkthrough.
