Gary was great!! I am from Salt Lake City searched for this RV on multiple listing sites, looking at everything west of the Mississippi. I looker for a few weeks to find the exact one I wanted and I found it in CA at LA RV center! Gary showed me everything I wanted to see on a video walk-through. he was very knowledgeable about all of the features and how to operate them. We liked this RV and the price so much that we wanted to buy it right away, but couldn't come to LA for 10 days. Gary easily managed a deposit and turned away multiple buyers holding it for us until I was able to fly out there. RV was very clean and as promised. My wife and I had been looking for a nice clean used 5th wheel, and noticed an ad for a 2019 Keystone Montana, 20th. Anniversary model from LA RV Center. We had never been there, and only had dealt with big chain dealerships, which can leave you with a bad taste in your mouth. Upon arrival, the owner "Gary" greeted us and showed us in detail the Montana we were interested in. Gary was super friendly and we learned from him he deals in low volume, but HIGH QUALITY rigs. At first, we were apprehensive to buy a RV without seeing it in nothing but pictures. Gary did everything he could to help us out. He even did a face time with us. He went over the whole trailer explaining everything. We ended up getting the fifth wheel we have been looking for. We have researched and looked for at least 3 years, getting ready for our retirement. Gary gave us a great deal on having it delivered from Burbank to Monticello Utah. I just purchased a 2016 Heartland Big Horn 3575 Elite from Gary at LA RV Center. A GREAT experience. The unit was completely detailed, I mean spotless inside and out. I searched for two months and he had the best price. We did a complete walk thru and the unit is flawless. I drove 3100 miles round trip to pick up the unit, that's how good of a deal it was. Gary spent the whole day with me showing me all the functions/features. Then we went out to a big parking lot and he trained me on backing up, etc. I came from owning a 43 foot motor home so it took a little bit getting the hang of driving with a fifth wheel, and Gary was real patient with me. We had been looking for a Montana for several months when we saw one advertised by this dealer. We were very hesitant about making the drive because we were from Palm Springs and it was a long drive for us. The pictures looked amazing and the price was several thousand below what other dealers were advertising. We made an appointment and made the drive Friday morning. When we got there, the coach was plugged in, the refrigerator was cold, water heater already on and ready for us to check. There was a couple of minor things that we were concerned with and Mark fixed it on the spot. The coach was beautiful and we ended up purchasing it.
