I had an excellent experience at Kreative Audio & Tint. I walked in without an appointment to get the brand-new rear window glass on my 1995 YJ tinted, and they took care of me right away. Angel was the guy I worked with, and he was professional, friendly, and clearly knows what he's doing. The whole job was done in about an hour while I waited -- quick, clean, and high-quality work. The tint looks perfect and really finished off the Jeep nicely. It's hard to find places that will handle a walk-in that efficiently and still deliver great results. Carlos was awesome! He took the time to answer all my questions and even hooked me up with a great deal on ceramic tint. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process super easy. Great deals compared to other tint spots. The full tint (all windows) took about an hour and a half super quick and efficient! It's been a week since the service and the tint looks flawless. absolutely worst place ive ever gotten tint at they did a horrible job they left a bunch of bubble spots after doing my windshield and they lied about putting ceramic tint when i went to get it fixed at another tint shop they showed me how they lied about the quality of the tint. dont go here! theres other tint places that actually care and do a good job read more

I contacted Carlos and he was very helpful through the process over the phone answering questions about installing a unit, they do walk in service, this was during the weekend the service was prompt. He reassured me that they could complete the job within several hours same day which is convenient without needing to book an appointment. After reviewing the equipment I had he mentioned that they could get started on the installation shortly. He was able to answer questions and concerns about installation and it went through a smooth process. I would recommend going earlier in the day if possible if you're expecting to do other things or to get it done sooner potentially. If you're waiting in the shop they do have tv and AC. Overall it was a good experience thus far. read more

Messy! Installer left the windshield dirty. A wire was left hanging out in the open by the brake pedal. Trash: a piece of electrical tape was left on the passenger side floor mat. They need to do better. Suggestion: check and make sure there is no trash and no dirty spots on the windshield before you release a vehicle to the owner. It will take only a minute to do so. read more

Had to get my tint redone 3 times because it was peeling, bubbling or had dust all underneath it. They scratched the sht out of my windshield , and it's only been a year or so and my back windows are all peeling and bubbling. I also got a camera installed and it's already dead. The adhesive for my dash camera was also falling off day 2 I'm not tryna tear the business down but this is unprofessional work at its best. Usually I support local businesses but 100% I'm taking my business elsewhere. Dropped 2k at the shop on one day and receive a subpar quality of work. Ive had my other cars tinted at a different shop "pro tint" for 6+ years no issues at all whatsoever , from tint to my dash cam. You get what you pay for. read more

I took my 2012 Honda Civic and a brand new 4 Channel Sonny Amp to be installed. I have Rockford speakers. The front sounds great, but the rear sounds bad. I took it back and they said it's the Amp. I took it to another place and they told me the wiring might be wrong because the rear shouldn't sound like that. So if I want it fixed I have to pay someone else to fix it. read more

I got my front windshield tint replaced. I could tell that the tint wasn't luman air right away. The tint was placed poorly. Dust specs can be seen on windshield because they tint vehicles outdoors. There were 2 nudges where they placed the tint incorrectly and ripped the tint. When I asked for the pamphlet for luman air for life time warranty. I was given a receipt only stating that the visor was 5% and windshield was 80%. I paid for premium tint and got Johnson tint instead. Plus what's up with all the dust particles? read more

I had a subwoofer installed here, and overall, they did a good job! The wiring to the subwoofer and the fuse near the battery looked neat and properly done. One concerning thing was how the remote wire was installed. Long story short, an issue caught my attention when I was later hardwiring a dash cam. I noticed the remote wire was installed in an unconventional way. The copper from the remote wire was simply twisted around exposed metal on a fuse. No fuse tap, just bare wire to a fuse terminal. It was not a big gripe and while it wasn't how I expected a remote wire to be done, it looked secure enough. I redid it with a proper fuse tap though. Everything else was great! They did an impeccable job with my audio system. After seeing the positive reviews I decided to go to Kreative. I already had some car audio gear laying around for a couple years collecting dust and figured it would be worth going somewhere professional to have it installed. Im of the opinion that car audio and car wiring in general isn't really something you wanna mess around with unless you really know what you are doing. Because If the install is not done correctly, the consequences can be unforgiving to your car. First, looking at the amp install, the team at Kreative did a solid job with the wiring, ground, and fuses. This is very important. The fitting of the new head unit into my center console is clean, snug, and sturdy. The mounting of the amp, the way they ran the wires, and cut into the carpet, is very neatly done. The amp and head unit custom eq settings that Carlos setup sound great. The extra wire from my provided Japan Denso tweeter speakers was nicely braided. Also trimmed to proper length. And Carlos even recommended a kreative way to mount them, on the sub box. Awesome way to place them. All this attention to great detail within a time window of just 2 hours. Impressive. Mediocre Mickey Mouse tint job ...at the top corners of window ,tint coming off. I knew It was a Mickey Mouse job when they didn't even clean up after themselves water and adhesive still on dashboard. I do not recommend this place you will pay double in the long run. I was sold a lousy alarm system. The first two weeks it kept draining my battery,asked them to check it please and solve the problem and they supposedly warned me if they saw nothing wrong with it that I would have to be charged extra. I wasn't going g to pay again so I decided to get it uninstalled but he said if I do that I'll be charged $85.00 for uninstallation fee. This place is a scam . People working here are useless lazy losers pretending they know what their doing just to take you're money . Stay away from this place . read more

My windshield was hit by a rock and cracked. The guy who replaced it told me to come here for a tint job. I noticed the area where the tinting took place was outside in the open. When I picked up the car I noticed the tint they installed was full of dust. I spoke with them about it. They removed the tint and did the job over. This time there was more dust and larger dust particles! I requested a refund since they couldnt do the job correctly. Refund denied. Dont waste your time and money here. Go elsewhere. read more

Great place and even better people. Jaime installed 15% tints on my vehicle, a double-din kit with an aftermarket stereo, and a rear view camera, all for an affordable price. Definitely coming back if I need more audio installations in the future or tints for other vehicles. I have to go back though because I have a few air bubbles on my rear windshield, but I'm not worried because they have a lifetime warranty for tints as long as you keep your receipt. read more

This place is superb. I purchased a radio with touchscreen and Bluetooth to install in my 2012 Accord. I spoke with Carlos over the phone and then dropped by his shop so he could take a look at the specs in my car for the installation. I needed to run a backup camera on Maserati gran turismo. I saw the great reviews this shop had. I decided to come here. They ended of fixing some wiring I had did wrong on my head unit. They were able to run the difficult job of running the back up camera wire and completely hide it and make it look factory. Not only did they run the camera for me I also had broken my seat adjuster knobs on the side. It was completely hanging down and asked if it was a possibility for them to fix it. They also fixed that completely. Their work is amazing and no matter what the job is they take care of your car like it is their own. I liked their job so much I got my tint re filmed with them as my previous installer did a horrible job. They did an outstanding job with the high end ceramic tint. I had also brought my Audi here to get tinted right after. I will only be using this shop from now on. A++++ shop. I highly recommend you don't make the same mistake and go to a bad shop like I did. Found Kreative audio and tint on Yelp and usually when there is a 4.5 star rating, I am in. Came in to have a pair of Windows tinted. Walked in and was informed that it would be a short wait and they would be able to get my car done within 30 minutes. Sure enough, 30 minutes later my car was taken to the back and work started on my car immediately. The waiting area has a TV mounted on the wall and speakers are mounted on the ceiling. Chairs are comfortable and just in case you are hungry. Food options are a plenty within a short walk. You even have a batting cage across the street. They offer 3 types of Johnson window films, from dark to light, and they all come with a 10 year warranty. Quick fast and friendly service. Going to bring all my cars to Kreative in the future. The person who helped me seemed nice and was transparent about removing the stickers I had so they could place the film. On the other hand, I looked in the backseat and saw there were scuff marks/ black marks left on my seats---and since the seats are made of cloth, I don't know how easily they'll get out. I don't know why they didn't use film or paper to cover the seats while they worked on the back window. They never called or texted me to tell me that my car was done. I was waiting for a few hours, and it was only after I called them first that they told me the car was ready. They had my number too. Overall the film was quality, but they should keep in mind that customers need to know when their cars are ready, and that we don't have time to clean our own seats that they dirtied up in the first place.

I also requested, if possible, quick turnaround times on responses, while making it clear that I understood if that wasn't feasible. Both companies were responsive, professional, and pleasant to work with. Jackie at Irwindale Windows, in particular, was extremely thorough and detailed in answering my questions. COMMITMENT TO MOVING QUICKLY WHILE NEVER OVER-PROMISING - Where Irwindale Windows distinguished itself was in its commitment to moving the project forward quickly while providing realistic timelines. They prioritized getting installers out to take final measurements asap, which was critical because the HOA required a city permit before work could begin. At the same time, Jackie was transparent about manufacturing and delivery schedules and set reasonable expectations. They never overpromised just to win the job. BY MY SIDE DURING CITY PERMITTING PROCESS - Jackie went above and beyond by accompanying me to the City Planning and Building Departments to help ensure all the necessary information was available for the permit application process. Her presence at the Building Department made a critical difference in getting the permit approved on a Friday afternoon rather than having the process delayed until the following week. OUTSTANDING, PROFESSIONAL INSTALLERS - When it came time for installation, Daniel and Alex were outstanding. They completed the work professionally and with attention to detail. Rather than making assumptions, they checked with me whenever questions arose, which resulted in installation details being handled exactly the way I wanted. They took excellent care in protecting furniture and surrounding areas, cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day, and were always friendly and easy to communicate with. UNDER-COMMITTED AND OVER-DELIVERED WITH A REASONABLE PRICE PROINT - I especially appreciate small local businesses that under-commit and over-deliver. That's exactly what Irwindale Windows did throughout this entire project. Their pricing wasn't the lowest or the highest, but it felt fair given the level of service, support, and quality they delivered. From customer service and permitting support to installation quality and follow-through, they exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Irwindale Windows.
