I only have two complaints about this place but they're not worth taking a star away for. The limes are usually dry and the line is typically long. It doesn't help that they're in a small parking lot shared with a gas station, due to social distancing the line can appear longer than it is. The turn around time isn't too bad, even on a bush day you'll get your food in about 10-15 minutes. The tacos are great here, especially the trompo ones. I saw some negative reviews regarding the diversity of the menu, but what do you expect? If you're looking for breakfast style tacos, this place is not for you. You'll get good quality trompo and fajita here, add some grilled onions and salsa and you're set. We recently moved to the area and have been very happy that we found this place, but we do hold our taco cravings for the week days since it gets packed on weekends. The meat was chewy, my tortillas were dry and falling apart, and there was a bit too much oil for my taste. I had driven past this taco stand several times and noticed long lines of people. Finally decided to stop by and try it. They have a pretty limited menu of Tacos, Baked Potatoes with Taco Meat, and quesadillas. We actually tried all 3. The taco meat we had was trompo meat. It was delicious, however the tortillas were undercooked. The baked potato was fabulous. It was pretty much a twice baked potato where everything was blended into the potato, plus it was topped with lots of chicken. The quesadilla tasted great, but wasn't worth $8. The menue is very limited and not posted on the truck, but they offer the basics: tacos, tostadas, quesadillas...ext. and also stuffed potatoes! I was a little disappointed on thier meat options (pork, chicken, and beef - no barbracoa :/) and they didnt honor the check-in deal of a free drink, which was also disappointing! I got some beef and chicken tacos and a quesadilla- all edible but nothing special. And they also forgot one of my tacos. The beef looked like ground beef, the chicken was dry, and the quesadilla was only 10% cheese. After covering everything in thier green salsa and pretending the quesadilla was just a giant taco, I was able to eat (but not really enjoy) the food. Final thoughts: skip this place (even though the line looks tempting) and hop over to the better cart across the street - Dos Amigos. read more
