And so it is, at least by my standards anyways and I'm sure the authenticity is up for debate. Well either way the staples that I've had included the following: Pupusa Revualeta? Altol, a rich creamy milk based drink made with corn meal and I'm not sure what else similar to a Horchata. Both very, very rich and delish! The clientele is 90% El Salvadorian and central American and this usually means good, the decor and location simple.
