I was told that after dropping off my bumper that the turn around time would be around 3 days. After speaking to Eddie as we discussed my truck's paint code, he went out of his way to educate me on the different shades of that paint code. I had no idea that there were different shades. We matched my truck's color the best we could. I dropped it off on a Wednesday and got it back by Friday. When I picked it up, I must say that they level of attention to detail and their workmanship really exceeded my expectations! They did a superb job and I am very happy.

Same computer system for all three. Cost for parts and labor for the first estimate was inflated by about 30%. The markups for the second estimate were not as much, but still high. I read the reviews for Sergio Lewis Body Shop, had three personal recommendations, and the repair cost was much lower than the first two estimates. Such as the car was damaged from the dealership, parts not being oem, and that's what the insurance requested to be put on. Had to take the car somewhere else to have it aligned properly.
