The man from El Monte says that you should just ride the Greyhound into El Monte for the hell of it. Even though most people terminate (like Arnie) at the downtown location, and then ride local transit here. In East Los Angeles is an extremely fancy and beautiful and modern facility where they've done a great job of creating a futuristic space age centre that would be at home in any of the fancy rich areas of Los Angeles. I love LA, and governing bodies are nice like that, giving the parts of the area that really use a lot of buses some of the better facilities and some of the better lines. So East LA, as poor as it is, gets one of the best bus terminals ever, because they use buses more than most Los Angelenos. Bravo. I appreciate that about them, and the residents of El Monte surely appreciate that too. It's definitely a much better bus stop than you would expect, and the Greyhounds as well as all the regional transit stop here and so they should. I used Greyhound/Busfreighter shipping to facilitate a coast-to-coast move. In short, I do not recommend this service if you want your items to be received on the other side at all. First, it took a month for the boxes to arrive. Out of 5 boxes, 3 were obviously tampered with, with cuts made with knives on the sides and missing items galore. Other items were haphazardly rearranged between boxes and it was obvious that boxes were searched for items of higher value. I have never had a similar experience with any other shipment method. In total, whoever opened the boxes to steal items did a pretty good job identifying higher value items with a total loss in the thousands. Do not recommend in the slightest. read more

The other day I went to the El Monte Greyhound station to return a ticket. Before I got there I was looking for the return policy in back of the ticket not knowing it was on the front in small letters until Sylvia the rude desk clerk told me. Anyway i approached the front counter and told Sylvia that I wanted to return a ticket for my mother which is elderly. Like I stated earlier she pointed out in front of the ticket that it's nonrefundable then just walked away. She was more concerned about labeling some boxes instead providing me with customer service. From a distance and not making eye contact she stated that I could pay an extra $20 to change the date, I said I don't know the date. She said well you have until tomorrow. I said ok could you tell me if my mom got the senior citizen's discount yesterday. She replied from a distance whatever price is on there should be your senior citizen's discount. I asked do you know the price that's on the ticket I'm holding, she said it's in front of you, I said yes but I'm not sure if this is a discount or not. She said that's the price! I asked, can you see that from way over there where you're standing and not even making eye contact. She said yes I'm sure she got the discount, I asked how do you know. She said let me finish with labeling these boxes and i'll help you. I said no need to do that because I was here as a customer before you began to label those boxes. You should have addressed my situation appropriately and with respect then went on to other duties. I asked her name, she hesitated so I asked again, she said Sylvia but she would not give me her last name. I asked if there was another employee named Sylvia working at this location, she ignored me then said you only see one right. I said ok you are rude, unprofessional and do not possess customer service skills. I will be filing a complaint. This is how an employee, a representative of Greyhound treats their customers? I'm sure the company may not approve of her attitude.This behavior is unacceptable and can cost the company loss in revenue. She was also rude and unattentive the day before to my elderly mother. She is just there to collect a paycheck and does not care about anything else. Greyhound has the worst service EVER!! I was going to take this bus from El Monte to Los Angeles and then to San Diego, but guess what? THE BUS NEVER SHOWED UP! The bus was suppose to arrive at 7:50am, so I arrived there around 7:30am to wait at the Greyhound Stop. At 8am the bus didn't show up yet, so I asked the lady who was also taking the same bus and she said that the busses usually come about 15-20 minutes late. So I kept waiting and waiting. I discovered that there was a online tracking of the busses to see approximately where the bus is. At 8:28am the online tracking says that the bus had arrived at the stop, but I see no Greyhound bus anywhere. By 8:30am the tracking said that the bus already left. How is that even possible?! Ten other passengers were also waiting for the bus! HOW CAN TEN PEOPLE NOT SEE ONE BUS PASSBY?! THATS BECAUSE IT NEVER SHOWED UP!! We got very angry since we waited about an hour and no bus came, so we went to the front desk to ask what happened. The lady in the office told us that the bus left already. She told us that the bus driver was probably new and did not know where the bus stop was (excuses!) She said that she could change our tickets to catch the next bus at 10:40am, but our next bus was at 9am at LA and I missed it already so what's the point. And of course after a bad experience with this, I could not deal with this company anymore. She offered me a refund, but would be charged $20 for the refund if I want the money right away. Or I could get the full refund if I filled out a form and would take about 2-3 weeks for the money to go back to my bank account, so I did that instead. One month later, I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK! This review is for Greyhound PackageXpress. I shipped my stuff from Eugene, Oregon to El Monte, California. I have no idea how I accumulated so much junk in the span of 3 years while I was in school, but I did and I needed a way to move it all. Packing/moving always sucks. Unless you hire someone to do it all for you, but that costs an arm and a leg. I searched different ways, the cheapest, the fastest, the safest, and well, the least work on my part. I decided on Greyhound PackageXpress because it was cheap and I had a lot of stuff! I shipped 4 boxes, maybe close to 300lbs total, but the guy at the Eugene station was super nice and rounded the weight down. SUPER COOL! I was paranoid that my stuff would get lost, some of it would go missing, or it wouldn't hold up in the boxes. The Greyhound station in Eugene, Oregon was super shady with all sorts of questionable characters hanging around. But really, why was I worried? That the bums would steal all my culinary utensils or wear my size jeans and lame solid tshirts in every color?! No way. I wasn't too worried because my wardrobe isn't worth stealing. If anything, they would probably be doing me a favor by taking all my junk, then I wouldn't have to pay a recycling fee. But all-in-all, I had a really good experience with Greyhound PackageXpress! Though, I wouldn't recommend shipping anything super valuable like blocks of gold or expensive cameras. Also, there's no way to track the shipment really unless you want to call the station and ask which bus your packages are on. I've only had one experience with this place, and that was back in 2001. It was kind of surreal getting of a random bus and seeing this strange hub of activity in the middle of El Monte. El Monte's the kind of place that I never really go to. I don't even drive through it very often. Anyway, the buses all come and arrive at little gate-type things, although it's not at all like a Greyhound station. I was a little confused when I was here and ended up on the wrong bus. But that was my fault. It's a long story that I don't want to elaborate on, strangely enough (for me at least). I like the fact that it's so close to the freeway and that they seemed to have a large park-and-ride lot. I like the new layout of the place and things can get some what over whelming at the sight of everything. But they have so many maps to tell you where to go, also people working can also assist you, and also there are the light up signs that also tell you were and which bus stops there. Another good thing is that clocks are everywhere, so no worries.The El Monte Station is new and neat. There is parking and a places for your bikes, and no need to worry there are security present. There is tap cards that can come in handy if your planning to travel mostly on public transportation, you could buy one up in front in one of the buildings, they cost $2 dollars. There are special tap cards for the elderly and handy cap as well. So the station has two levels, to get to the top level, you have to go through the bottom. The place is handy cap accessible with escalators and elevators, the stairs also have a rail to make it easier for you if your planning on taking your bike along. Most of the buses are that are on the bottom level are street buses, while the ones on top are freeway buses. read more

Who designed this new layout?! As someone who strictly uses this hub for the Silver Line, I liked the old layout wayyy better. In the summer months you're practically baking on the platform like an ant under a magnifying glass. And there's really no escape because of the way the overhangs are angled and how high above they are. I can only imagine what it's like when it rains...the old layout at least had a small tent that everyone could crowd under. Not that it rains too often here in Cali but still... I'm with the other Yelper who was wondering what the point of having us go down an escalator only to go up again. Why not build some type of overpass? To sum it up: Aesthetically pleasing but lacking functionality. (One positive note is that I feel the parking lot is well-patrolled. I see the popo often and they have a security guard to watch over the parking lot. I've left my car there pretty late and it's been fine.) read more

I just started using the station to catch the Silver Line. The El Monte bus station is in the middle of a huge upgrade project, so a temporary facility is in use. It's fine, there is adequate parking, and there are multiple bus bays to catch the Metro, Greyhound, or Foothill bus you're going to ride. The guy who directs traffic and pedestrians is friendly and helpful. The BIG annoyance is that there are no Metro ticket machines. I need a daily pass each day I ride because I take the Green Line and a local bus after the Silver Line. There is a Metro ticket office....which opens 10 minutes after I have to leave. Therefore, I have to go to a check cashing place to add a daily pass to my TAP card or buy it on the bus and slow everyone down. Lame. Edit: the ticket office is actually for Foothill Transit, so I don't know if they even sell Metro passes. Anyway, their hours suck. read more

I'm going to be the 1st one this time. Me and my BF was planning to go to Vegas but we don't wanna drive this time, so we found a deal online and bought 2 tickets for 8:00am on Sat. from greyhound. At 8:30am People lining up in the office to find out what happened to our bus. And the employee there just told us that the bus got delayed and should be here in any min. At 9:00am Still no bus. We went back to the office and asked him again,he told us that he can not find the bus now. He lost contact with the driver who is leaving from Union Station earlier (I guess that is the 1st stop). However, he insisted that the bus will be here soon.Then we asked him for the refund or credit because we would rather drive there now, he told us that since we bought the tickets online, for sure is not refundable (however, we didn't see any disclaimer or detail message online states that) but if we want the credit, we have to call back on Monday and double check the manager. Otherwise, we can just wait there for the next available bus schedule. At 10:00 am Since we already waited for 2 hours, we argued with him that is not our fault and we were there on time, but the bus never came. Can you give me a good reason that why I can't get my refund? He answered the same thing as above and he still can not find the driver. At 11:00am After more than 3 hours wait, another bus came. But lots of people don't wanna wait and left already so thank God that they have seats for us. Until the min that before we got on the bus, he still can not find the other one. So according to him, the whole freaking bus was gone, no one can find the bus nor the driver, so they don't need to take the responsibility for that. I have called several times and left detailed voice messages and no one seems to call back. I have sent various emails and when I tried contacting BBB, guess what, this company is not even a BBB company! No surprise. Being that it was my first time ever traveling with Greyhound, I must say that it was far from what I had initially expected. We took a bus from the El Monte station to Texas because it was our only option of travel due to work and other commitments. Purchasing tickets was no big deal; I booked them about two weeks in advance online, printed them out, and picked them up at the station prior to our travel date. When we arrived, to the station on the morning of out departure, check in was fast and easy. However, when the bus arrived, it was packed! My boyfriend and I were split, riders were taking up empty seats with luggage, and no one was of any help. There needs to be a better system in place that will ensure all riders are safe and have a seat BEFORE driving along. The bus driver literally came right back in knowing that we were still looking for empty seats, and drove off while we were still standing! No warning or anything! The AC was extremely low for a 110 degree day. It was very hot! Despite the minor dilemmas, which I completely understand and would not complain otherwise, our disastrous travel had not even started yet. A few hours into our trip (about 3) in Blythe, California, our bus breaks down in the middle of no where, with no AC, no water, no nothing in 113 degree weather!! Since I had sat in the front, I could hear the bus driver cursing and using profanity (NOT professional at all). People started getting out of the bus and standing around trying to capture some shade under thin stems and branches. The driver told us he called for another bus and did not have an estimate of time as to when they will arrive. We had a funeral to attend and we're depending on making every connection and stop in time! Of course this set us back a few hours and when a bus finally arrived, they only had room for 15 passengers! Luckily we got a seat and were on our way; however, when we arrived in El Paso, they almost did not let us back on the bus because even though we had our re-board passes, we did not have the original ticket because the driver of the first bus took it before it broke down! The employees were all unorganized, unprofessional, rude, and useless. It was about 3am and the station was packed with people. With only one person working bother the lines and the desk, it was impossible to get any assistance. The bus, which we were suppose to re-board with our re-board passes, had all out luggage and belongings, yet they told is we could not get on because we needed a new ticket! Again, we waited several hours before anyone could help. As a result, we missed our last connecting bus to Marfa, Texas. In addition to that, the new bus we finally boarded also broke down TWO times! The AC, once again, did not work in this bus as well. It was horrible!!!!!! We had a funeral to get to and your company ruined such a tragic time in our lives. This review is only telling our travel to texas and not back. Our travel back was just as bad, if not worse, than getting there! The driver was late to our connecting bus and we missed it. Had to stay an additional 7 hours waiting for the next bus to come around in the middle of nowhere!!! I WILL NEVER RIDE A GREYHOUND BUS EVER AGAIN. Walking in the station there is one desk with a lazy incompetent moron sitting and drawing on a paper attached to a clip board. I explain that after calling 3 times and being hung up on I would drive clear across 626 to print the tickets because I couldn't get someone to speak to. He just laughed at my frustration about the failed attempts to reach them. I have left out of Los Angeles before and had no problems printing my tickets from a Kiosk. I asked if he'd print them for me and provided confirmation. He refused. Upon my frustration he carelessly did nothing to offer suggestions or help. I regret planning to leave from that station. Greyhound Bus Lines - Station Entrance... - Buses Near Me - El Monte, California

So, the "New" El Monte station opened this week. With all the money spent on this place, I must say that it is terribly disappointing, which is what prompted me to write this review. Whoever designed this place must never ride the bus or at least never at El Monte Station. The design is new and modern, and the good stuff just about ends there. I am a Silver Line rider to downtown, and where do they put the stop for the Silver Lane and Silver Streak, the lines that run downtown about every 5 to 10 minutes during rush hour? They put the stops at the end of the entire station on the top floor. These two lines are probably the most used bus lines in the entire station. To get to the stop, you have to go down the escalator then go back up another escalator to reach the second floor and then hike all the way to the end of platform. So, you have 50 to 75% of the all the station bus users having to do this on a daily basis. Then, when they drop you off, the bus has to go around almost the entire top floor before it drops everyone off. It doesn't take a brain surgeon to realize if you make the most popular buses do this, it increases traffic, pollution, and congestion. And, why on earth would you make everyone go down the escalator to come back up on another escalator??? You should just connect the top floor to the parking lot and then have an escalator in the middle or other end of platform for people on the less popular lines to go downstairs. Oh, and I noticed they put the Greyhound stop on that top floor too. So, guess what? You lucky Greyhound travelers are going to get to lug your baggages up and down two escalators or wait to go up and down on elevators to reach your stop. Genius, huh? And, also, as another reviewer mentioned, there is practically no covering on the top floor. So, if it rains and you are waiting, you are out of luck. 100 degrees? Out of luck again. Why they didn't create a bigger overhang that actually covers people waiting for the bus is crazy! I also read that they have 2 restrooms. That's for both men and women, two stalls. Two whole restrooms for a bus station of this size. Go figure. Also, parking fills up at the crack of dawn each day. Of course, they have a covered parking lot and Lot C in the back that they will NOT let us taxpayers use. It is apparently for "employees" only and then half of the lot and structure sits empty while the rest of us need to walk about 2 blocks from the lot to the bus stop. In short, the old station was WAY better. Even the temporary station was better. I am sure that whoever designed this place probably never rode on a bus before. What a rip off! read more

The El Monte Bus Station serves it's purpose... parking and bays for buses to pick up and drop off people. Try to get here early if you need to park... spaces run out at around 8:30am. The place is currently under construction, so it doesn't offer much else than bus stops. There is a Greyhound office and a Foothill Transit office so you can buy passes, tickets, etc. From what I hear, the station is being redesigned to include a host of different services (i.e. shopping, retail). We shall see! In the meantime, an overall useful and convenient station... it's a-ok! read more

Gloria (Manager) when your 18 year old daughter gets stranded late at night at a bus stop don't forget it's HER PROBLEM SHE IS AN ADULT. Not the best of all travel experiences but I left and I returned on the dates planned. I had to travel from Los Angeles to Phoenix for a family reunion over the Christmas weekend and decided to try the Greyhound Bus instead of renting a car and driving myself. I bought my ticket online, departing Fri Dec. 23rd and returning Mon Dec. 26th. Outgoing trip: I got to the El Monte Bus Station as instructed at 8 am, 30 minutes before departure time, found the Greyhound office housed in a trailer structure and picked up my ticket. I waited and waited, and the bus never arrived. Standing in 40-degree temperature outdoors is not the most comfortable thing in the world. Eventually, I walked back to the Greyhound structure and asked the clerk lady behind the counter. She called and then told me that the bus was still loading and would be another 45 minutes or so. I walked out and waited another hour, no bus ever came. By then, I had missed my connecting bus. The Greyhound clerk re-scheduled me for the next bus, at 12:20 pm. No apologies, no explanations... 4 hrs after my original departure time! The El Monte is just large area with bays for the constant stream of incoming and outgoing buses at different stopping bays. No place to sit or have refreshments. A couple of Port-A-Potties if you need a bathroom. I had to walk along the Santa Anita street, go under the I-10 overpass to find a small retail strip with a doughnut shop and a 7-Eleven store. Finally, bus arrived: it was relatively clean but the bus is practically full and only a few seats are available as passengers get off and free up their seats. Some decent leg room. Once the bus got on the road, the driver made its stops as scheduled and we ultimately arrived in Phoenix, at the Greyhound station near the Sky Harbor airport (24th and Buckeye Rd). Return Trip: I got to the station about 30 min before the scheduled departure time of 9:30 a.m. I find out that there are too many passengers in line ahead of me, so Greyhound has scheduled a second bus which will depart at about 10:30 am or so. So I had to wait. This bus was more cramped, not so much leg room, totally full as well, but driver was very professional, drove well and made good time across the desert until I had to change in Indio. From Indio, I caught the connecting bus which arrived half a hour later than its announced 2:25 pm time. Bus was crammed full of passengers, and the air conditioning did not work, so I got a bad headache from the stuffy air. Bus made its stops and dropped me off at the El Monte Bus Station around 5:30 pm. The only way I could stand the long hours of travel with my sanity intact was because I carried several novels and my own iPad. I entertained myself, checked email and text messages and knew where I was at any time by checking our position on a map. All I can say is that if you have to ride Greyhound, do not assume you will leave or arrive on time and may have to wait for hours. Seats are not always available even if the bus does arrive so people get bumped to the next bus arriving a few hours later... Etc. Once you do get on a bus going your way, you will get to your destination, but the comfort level may vary. Some seat mates are nicer than others: some smell, some snore, some eat strong-smelling foodstuffs. I controlled my fluid intake so I did not need to use the single bathroom at rear of the bus or any of the port-a-potties at various stops. I waited until Blythe (Colorado and Arizona border city) where we stopped for 20 minutes for a meal so I could use the restroom in a stand-alone convenience store. The price of the round trip ride was affordable and competitive with the price of renting a small car for the long weekend. It took much longer riding the bus than driving the same route myself. Not the most reliable or on-time way to travel but will get you there is you have lots of time and do not mind missed connections, long waits in dingy surroundings. read more

this place is re decorated it looks like an airport now, and theres so many cops/security that even a zombie horde cant expect to survive here let alone get in the silverline to downtown la to grab a couple of beers and whats up with that bathroom huh"? if theres an emp attack and the electricity shuts down, how do you expect to get out of that bathroom? no thanks i'd rather hold it in and /or just do a caveman style in the hidden corner that is rather dangerous dont you think? to be stuck in a building like their hyper electronic bathrooms (yea you will be safe from zombies but how long will you have oxygen for, theres gotta be some kind of excape hatch there but i havent really paid attention there s plenty of parking but you have to walk like a 100 miles to get there (i think one time somebody tried to steal my rims while i parked there for 10-15 minutes because when i drove out the parking lot, my wheels became lose) btw, you can get a ticket for crossing on the road that's not a "designated crosswalk" and they will charge you like a milllion dollars for breaking that rule you'd think they would enforce laws somewhere else where crime is really happening but NOOO! theyd rather incriminate good citizens like you and me who just want to get to downtown without driving thru traffic because gas prices are expensive and we dont wannt to get stuck in 3 hour traffic listening to the same music over and over again and HELL NO i wont listen mainstream radio music so id rather take the bus listening to my mp3 music because at least i get to play my own music and be drunk at the same time versus driving on the freeway on traffic worried about the cops chasing me because i forgot to signal at the last turn because i was texting on the phone good times read more

This company has let itself go. Judging by your employees the customers don't mean squat to you. You need employees that know how to work and deal with customers, ESPECIALLY when you have a bus (almost) full of senior citizens! You can't tell a barely mobile senior to "HURRY UP", and it's definitely not their fault that you're running an hour behind schedule. Also, if you're going to bark orders on what passengers should be doing, where to go, and where to line up the directions should be given clearly. Just because you're there everyday doesn't mean everyone automatically know where they'll be going. Yes, I understand my ticket said I'm going to L.A., but that bus station doesn't just take people to L.A. nor does your bus company. While we're at it, how about having some courtesy when a passenger asks a question. When I ask where the bus is going, I'm asking to make sure I'm in the right place, I don't need the answer dripping with sass thank you very much! From El Monte to L.A. to Vegas and back, every employee encountered was severely lacking in courtesy and respect. I will not make the mistake of spending any more money on this company. read more

A convenient gateway into Los Angeles for USC games and whatnot.. It was recently renovated so it's nice, clean and more modern.. The parking is free as well, so that's a huge plus.. Hooray for public transportation! read more

Taking the bus can be an overwhelming experience when you're new to it or been driving for a while. You have to consider some factors before deciding which bus to take and that can be a headache. Depending on where you need to go,you may have to take multiple buses or even walk some ways to your actual destination. But once you know where to go and how to get there it's not a bad way to get from A to B. I suggest metro.net as a starting point. Because of gas prices are outta control, I had to bus it to LA the other day. It had been years since I took the bus,let alone went to EMS. They are remodeling the place and it will be done soon. There is a temporary area where you catch the buses during the remodel. The new bus bay they are building looks nice,not like the dingy creepy outdated station before. But I was really out of the loop when it came to which bus goes where. There have been many changes and like a million different lines(purple,red,green,turquoise,silver,LOL..j/k)added. Metro trip finder online,told me everything I needed to know including cost for round trip. I got to EMS after 8am and the first lot was full. As if leaving my cell and the directions at home wasn't bad enough,I was worried I might have to end up driving. The 10W was packed and I was too far from the emptier 110S. The website said they had 100 spots of free parking for customers. I got back on to Santa Anita and was stoked to see they had another lot for customers next to employee parking. A grumpy motorcycle officer stationed at the entrance, confirmed customer parking was free and thankfully they had plenty of spots left(albeit at the end of the lot,but I'll take it). The trek back to the bus area felt like I was walking to LA, ha ha I made it before my bus got to the bay. The staff that was watching the buses come in and out were so helpful. The man even told me to just get in front because I'd been waiting and no one was letting me merge into the long line that was loading into the bus. I wasn't aware all those people were in line to board the bus because there were people just standing all around the stop, so he helped me so I wouldn't get the evil eye. We made it to LA fast because the silver line takes the freeway. The ride back hit a few snags because I couldn't find where to board the silver line back to EMS. The booklet was confusing so i asked a driver that was going into dtwn where I need to get off to catch the silver line. He forgot to say that he'd reached my stop and kept apologizing but the bus can't make a U-turn LOL, so I had to walk from Temple/Hill to the stop in front of city hall. Hey I needed the exercise so it wasn't so bad but those hilly streets in dtwn are no bueno. Anyway, after 2 silver line buses blew by the stop without really looking to see if someone needed the bus,I finally caught one. It was fast even during rush hour,bus has its own lane haha. When practical,I will definitely do the park and ride thing again. Save $,no sitting in traffic,save gas. Yet the ironic thing is even though I didn't drive to LA, I still ended up near E once I got home. read more

Worst places ever to ship through don't ever ship anything through them they f each item you sell and they are so careless

I honestly was very upset with the customer service that I received from greyhound bus lines. I bought a ticket online for someone else and accidentally misspelled the passenger's name. They said that there was NO way to fix it and the only option I would have is to purchase a new ticket. They mentioned that the bus driver would check their ID and would not let them on the bus no matter what. I literally tried seeking all other options and there wasn't anything they would let me do but repurchase. The only option they gave me was to pay a whole new $70 again if there was even any seats left for the same departure time and return time. I believe that they should've easily helped me fix this problem without having to do a whole new purchase, but not with greyhound bus lines. They obviously don't care to make the customer happy based on my experience. I wish I would have checked the reviews before making a purchase with them because everything is true! This was very inconvenient for me and I won't buy a ticket with them ever again! read more

Greyhound Bus was an hour late. Bus was suppose to pick us up in El Monte, take my fiancé and I to LA station were we would transfer to a Bus to Bakersfield. Not only was the bus an hour late, they never came to give us an update. Half an hour into waiting, I went to ask what the hold up was, and they said the bus was running late, that they would have to put us on the 4:15 pm bus instead of the original 3:45 pm bus in Los Angeles, we would get to Bakersfield 50 minutes late. Bus finally gets to El Monte, and we get to LA at 4:05, and they tell us we have to change our ticket, and wouldn't be able to get on the 4:15 pm bus. And now we are stuck on downtown LA waiting for a ticket. Greyhound is the WORST bus line to travel with. read more

I am very disappointed with this bus station. Prior to the new bus station, they had more handicap parking spaces available for the handicap that still have work because of the retirement age increase! Now they have fewer spaces making me have to park on the streets and walk in to the bus station. This is ridiculous!!! They should at least replace the handicap parking spaces they previously had before the construction of the new station. It is bad enough we have to work until 70 years before we can retire, they can at least accommodate us. I have complained with no results! read more
