Serving Italian food, bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar came out first. The pizzas looked amazing but I opted for the local sea bass which came on top of a puree of cream of asparagus. The fresh fish was flaky and was topped with seasoned breadcrumbs, the asparagus puree was flavorful and a beautiful shade of green. I split a bottle of chilled Argentinean Malbec which was light like a pinot noir and surprisingly paired well with the sea bass. Our English speaking server was exceptional, attentive but not overly cloying. The entree with the bottle of wine and tip came to $67. Would totally return here!

Now I believe the name refers to the shape being similar to the soles sandal's but the dish that arrives stacked with fresh crispy lettuce on top of a delicious mix of steak drunks and shrimp sitting on a 2mm thick handmade blue miaz tortilla. Two cream drizzles and the open fire kitchen flavours permeated the entire dish. We also ordered a felafel and a chilli rellano. Both were very good. The Margaritas and ceviche are fresh and delicious! Privacy and respect to Inn guests who want peace and calm is what brings us here. It's best to stay on the right side of the building facing the ocean. Canoeing out on to the reef is relaxing as the reef breaks the waves in our protected bay. A major cenote entryway across the street brings divers and water lovers here. Some interesting geologic features challenge divers from around the world.
