The man behind the counter said he worked there when it used to be Juan Pollo. His friend had bought the business, and they added something to the ingredients making their rotisserie chickens taste even better than the original. Well, the man wasn't lying. The chicken is freshly made, moist, juicy, tender, and very flavorful. Perfectly seasoned and roasted with a nice brown on the skins. It definitely has better flavors than the boring Costco's chicken. On Tuesdays they offer a deal of 2 whole chickens for $25, a $3 savings. We also got free flour tortillas and salsa. Corn tortillas are available as well. We ordered a small side of potato salad, beans, and 2 extra salsas. Extra salsa in a small container is $1.50 each. A bit pricey as you can get a tub of salsa cheaper at some grocery stores. Our total was less than $40. It fed 3 grown men with still plenty of leftovers.
