We came here on our way home. Right off the 15 freeway. Quick service !! The have tasty kinda salty chicken. We split the combo Caniac and add a bread. Not a bad price for two people. Parking lot seems small .

This Raising Canes location is a solid choice for anyone looking to fill their bellies and make restroom pit stop. Food was served fast, the chicken was hot, and the fries were perfectly crispy! They made a mistake with our sauces for one of our three meals, but that's actually impressive since most Cane's do worse than that. We went in and they correct the mistake and gave a few extra to make us happy. Women's restroom has multiple stalls and is a bit of a squeeze. Whereas the men's restroom is single occupancy with plenty of room.

Passing through on our way to Anaheim and stopped here for lunch. We all ordered the 3 Finger Combo. I subbed out my fries for an extra Texas toast. The food was great, just like other locations. Everyone the helped us, from taking our order, getting us our food, and refilling our drinks, was very friendly. We also loved the outdoor seating area!

We just stopped here passing through to Vegas and wow we had such a great visit here! The customer service was honestly the best I've ever had at a fast food spot. I was so impressed by how many times the staff checked on us and how genuinely friendly everyone was. Definitely stood out! Food was fresh and delicious as always but the staff here was absolutely fantastic. A bunch of high school sports team kids arrived at the same time as us and the line got so long but they got through it so fast and our food still arrived promptly. Great job!

One bathroom large enough to fit a bedroom and only access for one at a time because owner cheaper out?

Whatever you do, if you are a guy, don't plan on stopping in here to use the bathrooms while ordering your food. One toilet for men's room. Took 20 minutes to use the restroom and then order. Ridiculous design. Whoever the idiot is who decided this should be fired. One toilet in a high transit food stop. Just dumb. I will not be stopping here again with my family of 6.

was driving by and got hungry, so I ordered the Box Combo. Usually, the chicken is cooked and the fries are undercooked, but this Cane's changed the game everything was cooked perfectly! The chicken and fries were great, and the customer service was on point. Really happy with my order.

Never tried Cane's until now. At other locations, the lines are always ridiculous. It's obvious they do have a following, but is it worth the wait? A line was absent at the Barstow location so I took this opportunity to give them a try. Finally! First off, it wasn't bad nor was it ground breaking. Overrated, but not a disappointment. The batter reminded me of KFC's original recipe but lacking a few spices. It's less complex. However, I can see how it would satisfy a fried chicken craving. If someone handed this to me, I would be grateful. No doubt! Sauce is great but nothing special. Customer service is great. Their dining area looks better than the average fast food restaurant. Great chicken joint. It has its place in the fried chicken competition I guess.

Flavorful tenders. Taste very fresh and not frozen like so many others. Their bread is one of the best.

Raising cane's is probably the best chicken I've had so far in my life. I come here every chance and I even have made a 2 hour drive for it.

We found parking easily and walked on - as soon as we walked in we were greeted warmly - always a good sign! The inside was very clean - it took us a minute to remember the menu because we don't get there often. Ordering was easy and the person at the counter was super friendly! Food was made quickly and was very tasty, hot and fresh! When we were finished I went to thrown our trash and put the tray back and I noticed the gentleman who was making the food and told him everything was delicious! He was very friendly Would definitely stop here again

First, and probably the most important, they don't have Diet Pepsi, but Pepsi Zero. And Pepsi Zero is just awful. And yes, I tried it. I admit that I'm a fan of Coke products, but I'll survive on Diet Pepsi, never, but never Pepsi Zero. So that alone makes me not want to come here anymore. This trip, the girl taking our order seemed confused. Maybe she was new? But it didn't help that we had to explain we wanted a bowl of Chili, and even though it's not on the menu, they could sell it. I personally didn't want a burger this time, so I ordered a chicken sandwich, which is basically just chicken tenders on a bun. Not very impressed, but it wasn't as bad as Pepsi Zero. They do get credit for having a "senior" menu, which I ordered from. And I appreciate that they have tater tots. It seemed like a smaller portion, but it was actually perfect for me. I'll keep checking back, but if I see they still only serve Pepsi Zero, I might be walking over the McD's for my drink.

It's a little unfair, as I can go to "the" original Tommy's whenever I'm in the area, and there's something about the original that you just can't match. Similar to Five Guys (though I think these guys came before Five Guys), everything is a double burger. What's different is the chili! While people try to eat this burger with their hands, it's meant to be eaten with a fork. As I just don't eat that much anymore, I was able to get just a single burger. My dining partner got the cheeseburger with everything. The food was good, but messy. Loved the fries. Sadly, unless a place is so amazingly good that it overshadows the fact that I'm drinking Diet Pepsi instead of Coke, it will cost a star.

Dine in: May 15, 2026…read more It's my first time trying the Original Tommy's burger restaurant. We came here specifically for the 80 cent chili cheeseburgers deal for their 80th anniversary. There was so many people waiting in line to order and also waiting for there foods. The hype of the chili cheeseburgers isn't even that awesome. It was a waste of my 2 hours+ for the foods that taste similar to sloppy joe from the cafeteria. It felt so suffocating waiting for our foods since there's so many people already waiting before us. The lighting was bright and it's pretty spacious but felt pretty off with everyone still waiting 2-3 hours+ for their orders. Its very chaotic while several customer's were going nuts because of the wait. While they were complaining to staff members when their foods coming out. We almost got our foods sooner but several women's when off on the staff for waiting x amount of hours and still didn't get the orders yet. We ended up having to wait until 10:33pm to get all our orders. We requested to get french fries first which was around 10:13pm since we're hungry. But mind you we been here waiting since 8:04pm for the whole order. We finally took our first chili cheeseburgers bite at 10:38pm. We left the restaurant by 10:59pm/11pm. The fries we requested at around 10:13pm was hot and fresh. By the time our whole order was ready to be called for us to pick up at the front counter. The batch of fries inside the box was already cold & old which tasted soggy and nasty. I don't understand how it wasn't even fresh at all since we were like the last few 10 customers left out of a few hundred after the 5pm - 7pm rush hour slot was over. We landed in the 8pm slot with only about 10 customers left or so. The customers was greedy as well who ordered multiple foods on different receipts. There was some who had stacks of receipts just for the chili cheeseburgers alone. We came here for the chili cheeseburgers(8), fries(4), Large drinks(2), and an ice cream cone but they only had cups(1). Most people only came here for the chili cheeseburgers only. The cash register lady told us we can purchase a multiple of 10 burgers per receipts. We only got 8 chili cheeseburgers since everyone was hypeing how great it was. It was just a big fat disappointment. You can literally get it elsewhere with better service and fresher taste. The chili cheeseburgers alone had so little bits of ground meat in it. I literally thought it would be on the chunky side but nope. The beef patty was small like the size of a hamburger patty at McDonald's. The buns is the only thing that was big which made the burgers looked big. They only put so little chili on each burgers as well. So the ingredients to me personally seems a bit on the cheaper side not worth the time and effort. I really don't understand how people hype how good their burgers are. The burgers and fries did not taste as fresh as I thought it would be. Everyone who's exaggerated about the chili cheeseburgers need to rethink it again. There are better burgers that taste more delicious and a bigger portion. My overall experience was definitely not that wonderful. I personally would not recommend this restaurant in general. The staff wasn't all that nice and friendly. I really don't understand the disorganized staff members and the food order arrangement was not coming out in an orderly manner. There was no intercom to call out your number. Everyone waited too long for their orders. They should have capped the multiple transactions for each customer to only one per visit. Then again everyone was so greedy. I just wondered if they were all going to eat it in one sitting. We couldn't even finish all our foods which we took the rest home for later in the week. I know we were greedy too but at least we did not have multiple receipts. The food was not completely fresh eventhough we waited for hours for the completed food order. You literally thought since they were busy shouldn't the foods be hot and fresh too. I personally think they gave us other people leftovers who ordered something differently and requested a redo for their burgers. I'm 100% sure they repackaged it with a new wrapper and gave it to us so we can consume it. I hope it's not true. I see it all the time when it usually happens behind the seen because the workers too lazy to cook more. I actually got one chili cheeseburgers with missing half a patty. I really don't know what happened to it but it was missing. So I'm assuming it probably dropped or so and they were too lazy to make more. After we got back home I had a tummy ache. I ended up having a massive diarrhea. It's a good thing I made it home before it ended up on myself. I'm thinking the chili kicked in. I will not come back here again at all. But you never know I might change my mind in the future. You can give them a try. Be your own judge. Eat at your own RISK. As of now it's a no go for me!!

It's solid road trip fuel that's a cut above fried and fatty fast food, which is always a plus. I love sandwiches of all kinds, and Jersey Mike's never seems to disappoint. This location is not quite as good as some of the others though. On my last few visits I've had a few disappointments, which ranged from the bread tasting a little stale to noticeably smaller portions (as well as one time getting a ridiciulously massive portion), to my order being slightly wrong (they forgot to leave off the mayonnaise or gave me white bread instead of wheat). This location is definitely inconsistent. Several times this location has been out of ice and the soda fountain hasn't been working, or they haven't had any diet soda options available. We've been given refunds on the sodas we ordered a couple of different times because of this. I like to order ahead through the app to save time, which is so valuable on the exhausting drive from Nevada to California. I order about 15 minutes before arrival, and my food has almost always been waiting for me. The dining room is small and has seen better days, but I've never felt unsafe eating in there. Barstow is kinda sketchy especially at night, but it's well lit and isn't filled with unsavory characters like some of the other quick service restaurants in the area always seem to be. My go-tos here are the chicken cheesesteak when I want a hot sub to the veggie or turkey and cheese when I'm craving a cold sandwich. Depending on who makes your order, you'll either get an overstuffed sub that's loaded with meat and veggies or you'll get a sandwich that leaves you hungry. There is no in-between. I do think this location skimps on the veggies and toppings, which is a letdown. I love lots of lettuce, tomatoes, and especially the sweet peppers on the chicken cheesesteak. I call Jersey Mike's my stop for elevated road trip food. It's not gourmet, but it certainly is reliable, hearty, and convenient for fueling up. While it's messy to eat in the car, it's a good spot to take a break before hitting the really crazy traffic going into Los Angeles.
