The spicy green sauce is SPICY- heavy with cilantro and so dang good! I've heard you can ask for it to be mixed with the sour cream which might tone down the spice but I liked it as it is. I'm not one for super sweet drinks but I really enjoyed the flaxseed pineapple tea drink. It wasn't overly sweet (while it does still contain quite a bit of sugar if you're reading labels). Shrimp was plentiful and well cooked as was the chicken. I really loved the rice and beans. The spices were subtle and smoky. My husband had the Tre Leche cake, and it stole the show. Granted, my husband has a sweet tooth. We will be looking for this truck in our future travels.
