It was a pile of tomato paste (yes, it looked to just be tomato paste) mixed with some shrimp, and rice. This was taken home, well the shrimp were, the tomato paste was discarded. I ordered the Mississippi Pot Roast Dinner, which came with Steak Fries. The pot roast was tasty and well-cooked. The steak fries were tasty and not over-salted. If they had a clue how to make Jambalya, they'd have earned more than two stars.
