I always see this food truck in the distance traveling on Federal Rd in Danbury and wondered what the food could be like? On my day off this week I finally gave it a try. I thought it was cool this food truck has those buzzers like a restaurant so you're able to order food then wait in your car. I ordered a steak quesadilla. When I went to pay I saw on paper they had empanadas. I treated myself and stayed with both. The quesadilla came out hot. It had peppers, onions and some type of leafy green. I really dont like leafy greens so that turned me off a bit. Luckily it was light and could not be heavily tasted. The beef in the quesadilla was good quality and tasted good. The star was the beef empanada though. It was BIG and so delicious. The outside was nicely browned and crispy. The beef inside moist and flavorful. I almost went back today to get more. The next time I go I hope they have beef as well as cheese empanadas. I found the prices of what I ordered was reasonable. read more

Some of the best tacos around. Our favorites are steak, chicken and the insanely delicious Al pastor (the marinade they use and the accompanying pineapple is top notch). The rice and tortillas are so fresh and tasty. I also love their vegetarian burritos (definitely add guacamole). You get very small containers of salsa so we always ask for a ton. read more

Very friendly, bilingual service at this food truck. $4 per taco but oh man is it worth it! Chomp 'em down at a picnic table right there in the big box store parking lot and soak up the beauty of Western Danbury. Thank the Lord for places like this. Great people too. I almost hate leaving a review because then people will go and they'll be no pupusas left for me! Just kidding. But seriously this place is great. I love pupusas and they serve up a mean pupusa. It's a must try if you're in the area. It's a perfect location- just slide into the Home Depot parking lot, plenty of parking, and some outdoor seating. They serve tons of other things too but I honestly won't eat anything but the pupusas if I go here because I love them so much. The bean and cheese- yum, and the loroco is excellent. I do two bean and cheese, and one loroco. Ask for extra curtido and you're good to go. read more

Super good pupusas, some of the best we've had. We had two cheese and one bean and cheese, the bean and cheese was awesome. Loved the refried beans, the masa was delicious as well, they were absolutely worth the wait. The truck was definitely overwhelmed with orders they were parked at Charter Oak Brewery during live music outside on a beautiful day, so of course super busy, but the people running the truck were so nice and going as quickly as possible. I've eaten most of the meats they offer but my favorite is chicken. The tacos are always hot, flavorful, the meat is juicy and in good portions, the toppings are never excessive. The side of hot sauce is always a great touch. Sometimes it's spicier than others but always delicious. I recommend this place all day. In the shadow of home Depot is this absolute gem of a taco truck! We have tried the shrimp tacos and the chicken tacos. They were so good we came back the next day for chorizo tacos, a veggie burrito, and even a hot dog... All also excellent! And they also have breakfast! Will have to come back in the morning! I'm Guatemalan and my husband is Mexican (on the inside..on the outside he's the whitest Montana man in CT). When his food came out he said, "oh man, this is the real deal cuz they double their tortillas for their tacos!" And those tacos were LOADED! Seasoning was amazing, salsa was *muah!*. I've gone to their new location (Home Depot parking lot) and I've also gone to private events that they were catering. They literally never disappoint. Getting actual good tacos in CT used to feel impossible, but now I know where to go! read more

I am always excited when I see this truck parked outside of Charter Oak in Danbury because I know I will get some awesome food to go with my beer! So far I've done tacos, pupusas and the rice 'n bean dishes featuring several different proteins and all have been excellent. The green hotsauce is a must. I always spend the extra buck on guac also. read more

The food does not exist. They allow customers to order food when the store is not even open. I would not go here if you paid me to eat the food. It's surrounded by wood dust and other dirt and grime at the local Home Depot and they allow people to buy food when the stores not open and then do not refund the money. This is the worst experience I have had with a business in Danbury, CT and I would not recommend my worst enemy to order food from this disgusting filthy, unorganized food truck read more
