Authentic Mexican food with amazing service. Our server, Orlando was so nice and attentive. The queso was super delicious. It had onions, peppers, chorizo and ooey gooey melted cheese in a little pot served with fresh flour tortillas. The chicken quesadillas was tasty and served with fries. The fajitas was super fresh and sizzling hot as it came out the kitchen. Fajitas had steak and shrimp and served with flour tortillas, guacamole, very rich and velvety sour cream, lettuce and tomatoes. Rice and beans were such a good compliment to the dishes. We finished the meal with churros and ice cream. The margaritas were very good and they're not stingy with the tequila. The ambiance is very colorful like an authentic Mexican restaurant. It's very clean and lots of fun decor to look at. They also have outside dining as an option. There's ample parking in their private parking lot. I can't wait to go back!

The drinks are good, happy hour is fun, good food and atmosphere. Only problem is sometimes the music in bar is too loud, but Orlando and Edgar treat us like family!

As you walk in, you're welcomed into a well decorated Mexican restaurant. The feel is authentic and exciting, but it stops there. This was by far some of the worst Mexican food that we've had. The veggie chimichanga wasn't stuffed with traditional veggies, such as the typical enchilada vegetables, but rather with carrots and broccoli. The table side guac is not actually made table side. Disappointing all around.

Phenomenal place! We did a gathering for a girls dinner and it was a blast. The ambiance is amazing; it's lively, but yet cozy; at times it did get a bit too loud making it hard to hear one another over the mariachi music and the surrounding people. The restaraunt was also extremely packed which made it a pretty loud place in overall. The service was on point. Our waiters checked on us constantly, and our food came out quickly. The food was delicious. I was not able to get pictures of everyone's meals - sorry . You will enjoy coming here. If your coming on a weekend make a reservation otherwise your wait at the door will be awhile. For my GF/DF people: I alerted them of my allergies. They assisted me in altering my meals. But they do offer vegetarian meals. They also offer corn tacos, just be sure to ask for them!!!

We came here for a date night. We got a spot right in front so I couldn't tell the whole parking situation. There is a sign that says no parking for restaurant past this point, so parking may be an issue at times. There's inside and outside seating. The staff was very friendly including the Mariachi Band that came to each of the tables. There was music playing when the band wasn't. The decor was authentic and cool. The food was very good. They give you chips with fresh salsa to start. It was good, but very filling. I almost had a problem finishing my meal, almost. We got the chicken tamales as appetizers. They were very good, especially the sauces. They were full pieces of chicken, I've only had shredded with tamales. I had the number one combo. All the combos come with rice and refried beans. I wasn't the biggest fan of the beef chimichanga but the sauce was very good. The chicken enchilada tasted a lot better. I think my favorite part was dessert. We got the churros with ice cream. A nice surprise was that the churros were stuffed with dulce de leche. The mix of the churros with the ice cream hot the spot. We will definitely be coming back for more churros.

My wife wanted to go out for Mexican for our anniversary and despite growing up in Brookfield has never been here. As any good Mexican restaurant is, they immediately brought out bowls of chips and salsa which were decent and needed to be refilled in short time. Meals were good, particularly the mains. The rice and beans were adequate but nothing spectacular. Glad to have finally made it here.

From the workers to the owner to the food everything is absolutely excellent. There is a nice and warm ambiance wherever you go and you feel comfortable in every space.

Nice Mexican restaurant with great outdoor seating area for a beautiful day. Chips & salsa were delicious. Menu was large with lots of great choices. We tried the nachos as an appetizer, which were unique as they loaded each individual chip. We shared a burrito, which was a great choice because it was huge. Large beers but need to come back for a margarita! Service was friendly and got food out quickly, though slowed down a bit closer to when we were done. Would be happy to stop by again.

Met with my sweet sister to discuss business at a favorite spot of hers near her daughters place. The salsa and chips were delicious. Enjoyed a few good appetizers and drinks. A nice, comfortable, and decorative place and the service was nice although communication could be a challenge - just hard to understand linguistically sometimes. Hard to spot heading north have to know where it is. Very nice and reasonable happy hour!

Music so loud your ears bleed (annoying) food took over an hour to be served. Never again.

Best nachos I've ever had! Served on individual chips vs a stack. Great ambiance and service.

We didn't know what to expect at this place just pictures from Google and Yelp. So we went early…read moresince they don't take reservations, boy oh boy even at 5 PM, The place was already packed. They don't have enough parking spots so you park on the lawn on the side of the driveway. I really don't like Mexican restaurants but the guacamole and the appetizers were on point and so were the dishes. I can say that this is the first Mexican restaurant that we really liked so that means we are definitely coming back again. The place can get loud so get ready for that experience. It's not your fine dining formal place, you're here to party Mexican style.

The surrounds were a clear 5 stars. The tiered outdoor seating and view of the gardens and…read morereservoir were undeniably lovely. However, tables were wobbly and sticky throughout (which one could easily ignore underneath a white tablecloth, such as those being used for a special event on the lawn). Such things don't bother us all that much, but we did note the dramatic contrast of such kingly natural surrounds against the humble interior decor. Overall decor: 4. Family friendliness earns an easy 5 stars. We saw plenty of little kids (there's a bit of space to run around on the lawn), medium sized kids, and a few teenagers, to our great pleasure. Inclusive spaces like this make me feel at home. We have been told in the past that at less busy times, we could probably dine with the pup at an outdoor table. (Given the uncertainty, we've never tried, heading instead to confirmed dog-friendly places.) Service: 3 stars. It took quite a while for anyone to greet us outdoors or indoors. After waiting for some time indoors, a languidly indifferent hostess sent us back outdoors to wait. That same languidly indifferent hostess also made a number of attempts to upsell us on various things (e.g. more cocktails, bottled water, more appetizers, desserts) in ways that felt pushy and unpleasant. That said, we saw so many runners scurrying around at top speed to serve food and drinks. They really worked their tails off and deserve recognition. The food was 2 stars, with heavy reliance on pre-made, frozen ingredients. What we tried of it was just utterly mediocre. Frozen vegetables were boiled, then briefly sauteed with oil and salt. When it's the middle of summer, there's just no excuse for this. Seafood had the fishy nose and tough texture of previously frozen seafood. Enchiladas were not offensively bad, just very processed Mexican American fare, made with sauces from a jar and of course pre-fab tortillas. The prices would be excellent if one considered only the quantity of the food, not the quality. The latter is roughly equivalent to what you'd find at a diner. Note that there are no prices listed on the drinks menu. That might dissuade some from ordering drinks (or as many drinks) as they otherwise might. The one we ordered was commendably strong, though made with bottom shelf liquor, and to our happy surprise not too sweet. It was only $12. I recognize the beauty and appeal of the surrounds. You'll certainly want to sit outside if weather permits. And I deeply appreciate the family friendly vibes. But... the food is a pretty big ding for us. There is truly excellent Mexican / Latin American food to be had nowadays, even in nearby Danbury. This is not it.
