Chico, the manager that answered the phone, asked where I was and where I wanted the car towed. I told him and he gave me a price of $175. I said fine, ok. He dispatched the call to a driver. Driver calls me screaming at the top of his lungs, "how many miles to the place where you want to be towed?" I said sir I don't know I'm stranded in the middle of the road. I gave you the address. He says "well look it up in your phone because I think the price should be much higher." Then he starts telling me how he makes commissions on tows and he wants to make sure it's enough money etc.... I hung up on him mid sentence and called another tow company. A few minutes later this rude driver calls me back and says he's on the way. While I'm on the phone with him the other driver from the other tow company showed up and politely got me towed from the street. I would never recommend this company. Very disrespectful and rude with me and it was not called for.

There is an enterprise on site in the mornings and I was able to get special A1 pricing ($25-$30) for the day, which I found extremely convenient since I had nobody to help me or pick me up. They did offer to drop me off at my house (@ no cost) but getting a rental was so convenient that I ended up taking that route. Picked up my car and not only was it squeaky clean but the repairs were perfect. Highly recommended.

Went to A1, and Dante was upfront with me about the process and why the quote would be priced as such. He gave different options, such as new versus used parts and the expected turnaround time.
