A small, random Columbian restaurant in the middle of the plaza. The man working at the desk was very nice and pleasant to order with. Bear in mind, it is not a sit-down restaurant--take out only. I ordered the fileta de pescado and its was seasoned pretty well and not too oily or deep fried. It came with rice and beans. The beans are quite watery and the rice is a little bland. We also had the Bandeja paisa--steak, chicharron, and chorizo with maduros, rice and beans. Again, it was solid but everything could have been seasoned more adequately. With a little more flavor, the culinary experience could be heightened.

Disappointed I ordered chicken and beef empanadas and it was full of potato not meat at all.all of them were filled with just potato.

They need to stop being cheap not meat in the empanadas at all . This is not what we pay for . Almost $30 for them and came to find out they were filled with just potato all of them also check the SODAS they are EXPIRED.you can taste it they don't taste what they supposed to taste.

I love me some Colombian empanadas and that sauce it comes with is so delish. I've had. versions of the sauce that have more of a vinegar base but this one has a nice kick to it. The empanadas are fried to perfection and there chicharrones are delish with a splash of lemon. We also had their cafe con leche and it had the perfect touch of sugar. Not over done. One problem I do have is the cost. It's a bit pricey. Now for example their traditional dish is about $15 (it comes with so much food) but today when we ordered 1 empanada, 2 sodas, 2 sausages and 2 chicharones it was $30. I dont understand how some appetizers add up to more than a huge plate of food. It's like everything we ordered was almost $5 each. So in my opinion your better off ordering just 1 empanada or a plate of food...the choice is yours.

Very clean space, delicious food. I was pleasantly surprised at how yummy my calentado was, simple home cooked food. No frills. My husband devoured the chicharrón and chorizo. The chorizo looked locally made, not pre packaged. The pan de Bono was fluffy and fresh. They have frozen arepas to go, as well as Colombian snacks. The service was friendly and quick. We will definitely be back.

I would suggest calling ahead to order. I waited 10-15 minutes for 1 arepa. It was okay. Not something I would try again.

Delicious food! Is like a cafeteria style to take out not eat in! But the quality and quantity was better than expected!!!! Thumbs up!

We pulled up to loud karaoke (I thought I was in someone's personal party) and thought we might have been at the wrong spot lol. When you walk in its a bit confusing but if you keep walking past your confusion you'll walk up a short flight of steps that lead you to a pretty large seating area with 2 fairly large chandeliers and a bunch of large park benches. The vibe was definitely chill and relaxed. The disappointing part was the lack of beverages... you'll have a fairly basic selection Corona, Heineken, Bud etc. and the servers weren't as attentive as they should have been, I asked for a beer and the server basically forgot.. she was too busy talking to her coworkers at the bottom of the steps to even pay attention to us... Now the food!! While you sit on these wooden benches you get the aroma of wood burning BBQ/Grilling and watch as the bandeja paisas go past and OMG they are delicious!! The only down fall was the cold chicharrón de cerdo.. but other than that pretty yummy! As you look past the benches toward the back of the establishment they have a large play area for the kids including a bouncy house and pony rides. I would have loved to give a 5 star review but the service threw me off... And another big plus! They have live music 3 different performances within a few hrs of being there. Overall a pretty good experience and a very chilled home vibe! I definitely recommend and will be back!

There were a few people having a party which was well mannered & not too rowdy. Children running around in the open & lit up field in the back area, family and friends gathered around hanging out on the nice tables set up. Bar area was nice, bartender and waiter were very attentive! Although the craft beer selection was limited their choices were very good, they also have domestic & imported beers as any other bar would. The Sliders & Chicharrones were AMAZING! Churrsaco steak very tender and flavorful. The wait was not long, i would consider it an average wait time for the amount of people present, maybe 15/20 minutes tops? There is a pool table, corn hole & the Bimini ring game. The night we went there was a DJ but i did see a Jukebox right behind his set-up. The ambiance was great and Latin night did not disappoint. Overall it was a great experience both with service & amenities, some things here and there i would modify like the seating would be my first say as there are some people that need accommodations & maybe some more additions to the craft beers. There is always room for improvement at any establishment but If we want our local businesses to thrive we need to stop picking at such small things, i think this place is worth more than the 2 star rating.

The service is attentive, and the food is excellent -- both in flavor and presentation. It's a place we have genuinely enjoyed visiting. However, during our most recent visit, there were a few concerns that stood out. First, we noticed that the prices listed on the menu did not match the prices on the receipt. While the differences were only a few dollars, it's important for pricing to be transparent and consistent to avoid confusion. We also really enjoyed the live music -- it created a wonderful atmosphere. However, once the band went on break, videos from the same artist played for over an hour. In our opinion, the content seemed directed toward one specific culture. Given that this is South Florida, where multiculturalism is such a big part of the community, it would be great to see entertainment that reflects and embraces a broader audience. Finally, while the food remains very good, the portion sizes feel small for the current pricing. It seems that prices have increased noticeably, and the value does not feel quite as balanced as before.

We got a sampler platter that included some croquetas, plantain chips, tamal, fried pork chunks, and fried shrimp. Zero complaints about anything! So so good. My main was the Sopa de Res, which was a hearty soup. The serving size was gigantic. I actually took most of it back with me and it made two more meals. There were lots of root vegetables, slow cooked beef still on the bone, a side of rice and corn. My dad got a huge Cuban sandwich that he also ate on for days and my mom had empanadas, which I finished off for a third meal. We also went back for pie. That was ok - it was extremely rich and kind of pricy at $13 a slice. I also tried their Cortadito and took it to go. Great coffee as well. Highly, highly recommend eating here. The decor is fun and the wait staff super nice and patient with all our questions. They also have a separate ice cream shop across the parking lot.

My husband ordered a Cuban sandwich with French fries cooked to perfection in clean oil, and I had grilled chicken (pechuga à la Blanche) with beans, rice, and sweet plantain, along with cilantro sauce. The portion sizes are very generous and we each had leftovers for another whole meal. We will definitely be back! I also appreciated that the suggested tip amount started at 15%. We left more, but too many restaurants have the suggested tip amounts much too high. Do look at the menu item pricing, as some dishes were $75+. It may have been due to portion size as well as ingredients.
