Cheaper than Samsclub and Costco. Smoked them 4 hrs @ 250°, then wrapped them an hr @ 325°, then rested them before on open flam to mop with my sawsiest sawse. (Sauce somes in jars, sawse is made by pitmasters). These are competition level ribs, at a price other grocers struggle to compete with. Enough of me going on about them.
