Ordered a hamburger and fries very hardy meal for the price, better than McDonald's any day

Stopped in for lunch and was seriously impressed! I ordered the cheeseburger and fries, and it totally hit the spot. The burger was juicy, cheesy, and full of flavor, and the fries were crispy and fresh, which is exactly what you want from a solid lunch. Shoutout to Holly, who was super nice and made the whole experience even better. Service was quick, but never rushed. You could tell they cared about getting things right. The ambiance was cozy too. You can't go wrong with warm lighting, comfy seating, and just a chill, welcoming vibe. It's the kind of place you want to hang out in a little longer, even after you've finished eating. The last time I was there I took a date with me and as soon as we ordered... the waiter who was an older man told me to pay right now... in a very rude manner.... I told him that we just now ordered and haven't even gotten our food yet ... nor even our drinks.... He once again ordered me to pay right now because his shift was over and he wanted me to pay and tip him so he could go home.... I told him that I would pay after we were done eating so he stood there a few feet from our table glaring at us while we were eating.... Then he immediately started harassing us again to pay the bill... at which I stood up and got in his face and told him to get the @@&$@ away from us ... he went in the kitchen and we sat there about a half hour more then I paid the bill and didn't give him a tip and I told him I didn't tip because he was such an ass... this was about a year and a half ago and I have never been back read more

White washed Mexican food unfortunately, busy,but great service Clean and plenty of parking. Very small for seating, maybe 10 tables. People love it by how busy they are, but not real Mexican food, so will not be back. read more

I just ordered a Carne asada burrito through the drive-thru. The burrito was alright but pretty bland. I got a side of spicy salsa on the side hoping it would help it out but it was as spicy as ketchup. Im sure the breakfast is okay just don't order mexican food here. Maybe try their burgers? Lady that took my order was rude and couldn't hear me talking to her in the drive thru... I drive a hybrid and Im screaming out my window? Lol She seemed rushed and bothered by me and looked pretty out there when I saw her. Idk weird place for sure. Probably wont be back for a while. read more

I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!! The lady with blonde hair is so rude her attitude is horrible. I'd also be aware of them over charging my meal was supposed to be $13 but took 23 super shady and horrible service. If you hate your job so much and can't give decent service at the least then just quit. read more

We had the Breakfast Enchiladas this morning. They were delicious. Served with beans and breakfast potatoes and great salsa. Good service too! The place was full so apparently the locals recognize a good thing too. Bathrooms were sparkling clean. We recommend!! read more

The breakfast burrito was huge and delicious but the tortilla had a slightly bad flavor. We had a potato, egg, cheese and bacon burrito and it was big enough to share. The salsa was great! read more

The waitress is a bitch and rude especially if u order food during the dinner rush as she is the only one their she doesn't have time to take out orders on the phone or at the window she needs someone to help this has happen many times that we have order over the phone so we had quite getting food there so we thought we would try again but the same thing again happen where she was so rude everyone heard her in the restaurant and was wondering what was going on never am sorry only heard I don't have time for this and basic said the customer me was wrong. I will not be back there again and the owner needs to take care of her rudeness or he is going to lose a lot of busy because u can bet I won't recommend this place. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE! never felt so disrespected walking into a restaurant. This is to the waitress with green/purple braids who yelled frantically at my family. We were super excited to eat here and haven't been to el rancho since my grandma died this was her favorite place. The place was busy so I politely asked for a table of 3. The waitress with the tiny pony tail sat us at a shared table. I wanted to have a private conversation with my parents so I politely asked if we could wait for any booths or separate table. It didn't matter the wait time we just wanted to sit for a nice breakfast. THE WAITRESS WITH GREEN BRIADS then stuck her head out over the counter and yelled at me and my family that they do not have a wait list and Jose is cleaning the table. After being disrespected and yelled at in front of the whole restaurant we will never be eating there again if she's working there. This is a quaint family restaurant The lunch special was an enchilada and tamale with rice and beans. The beans were spectacular, the chicken enchilada was stocked full of chicken, the beef tamale could have used more beef, but the flavor was good. The prices were inexpensive. Decent food, good service, clean facility. American dinner style menu as well as Mexican food. Pancakes, bacon, and eggs or huevos rancheros. Burgers or burritos... something for everyone. Recommend the home style grilled potatoes over the hash browns. Albondigas soup is always tasty. French fries are amazing! Burgers are hit-n-miss Paddy melt is always good. Breakfast burritos always decent. Ice tea fresh. Easy parking and clean restrooms. Worth the stop if traveling through and worth the few minutes out of the way if you're traveling the 93 or the I-40. Far better than most places in Kingman. Do yourself a favor and detour the few minute out of your way if you're on the I-40 or 93. Gas is cheaper in Golden valley as well. Secret little Gem in Golden Valley. A must for Great food. Has a American and Mexican menu. Eaten here 3 times now and everything is delicious. The Meat quesadilla is a Must! It's so big, I only ate the ends. Server is always very friendly. Usually get my food to go due to my work schedule but sat in today. A lot of regulars she welcomes by name. Love it! read more

Wife and I were pleasantly surprised, brunch on Saturday morning. Wife had huevos rancheros and I had Philly cheesesteak sandwich--either of which we could have split. Great food and wonderful staff! We eat and take out and both are always great! Chicken chimichanga is great.

The food was ok. Ordinarily I would give three stars. But our server, Holly, apparently had some issues with my adult son. Insulting customers to other customers and then throwing insults at people as they leave is not good business. If there was a problem with serving us, she simply could have said something and we would have left. There was no reason to belittle or insult. I am just glad my minor children were not there to hear the remarks said about their brother. I am going to be trying to call and talk to the owner first thing in the morning. read more

I am amazed that this restaurant gets a 4+ star rating! Apparently if you enjoy over Americanized spanish food this is the place for you! The only thing on the menu that is even close is their chili rellano, which I do recommend! Otherwise I recommend you got to Bullhead City or Kingman and have a decent South American meal! read more
