We asked to speak with a manager three separate times and were completely ignored. Not once did a manager come to our table to address the issue or even apologize. Full disclosure, I visited this location during a friend's political campaign launch. Drinks and food were provided for my group. I had a great time at this location! The ambience is casual and fun. The service was prompt and our waitresses/host were helpful and kind. There was a mix of traditional Mexican music playing and modern Latino hits like reggaeton and Spanish pop. I ordered a mojito and it was delicious. It wasn't too sweet nor was it a heavy pour. I was able to enjoy it. I tried my friend's Paloma and it was just as good. For dinner, we ordered chicken flautas and potato taquitos. They were delicious! Perfectly crispy and topped with fresh lettuces, tomatoes, onions, sour cream and cheese. Haven't been to this establishment in a long time. But this past Memorial Day weekend decided to attend for the Mexican league championship game. Everything was alright right until it was time to pay the tab. I noticed that the lady bartender had given herself a tip on my debit card. Another suspicious thing is that they also asked for my PIN number for my debit card which is unusual since majority of establishments run your card as credit without requiring your PIN number since it's personal. I will be reporting this establishment to the business bureau for scamming practices. I had fond memories of this place but they have turned into scammers. read more

We got there at 7:30 because my cousins knew Thursday is Karaoke night, so you need to enter by 8:30pm to get a table.. they really don't do reservations... & you may be left outside waiting for over an hour because most customers will not leave until late or closing time. One thing that made me mad--- I gave over $200 in cash to pay for most of the bill of our party of 7, and they forgot to subtract the amount from the bill after I left :/ I took a video and send it to my cousin to let him know-- because I asked the waiter for a receipt with my payment, and he told me that he had it under control... they were very busy, so I understand that he could have forgotten.. he did not really hassle my cousin and the rest of the party.. I just wonder if he did it intentional-- thinking A) I didn't share the information to my party of me paying 2/3rds of the bill B) he thought my cousin and the rest of the party got too Drunk to remember how much was paid by me or that i left without contributing C) that we didn't have pictures or proof of us paying part of the bill. Let me just say we were a diverse group ages She explained all food and drink questions we had with patience she than had a table if like 15 walk in. Than she had 3-4 more tables and not once did she seemed overwhelmed she handled the situation just right! She did a great job and made our first time experience great! She had all our checks correct and accommodated with separate checks! Love this place. We are locals and it's our go to. HOWEVER, let's talk about the dreaded bathrooms! (Insert barf emoji). They are the worst restrooms in town. The owner should be embarrassed. I can deal with the bathrooms being outdated. But I can't deal with how disgustingly dirty they are. And they never flush properly. Just last night, to flush, you had to put you freaking hand in the tank to flush. As you can imagine, that was not going to happen. So everyone was just peeing on top of each others pee (insert barf emoji again). So you had to wait for the other stall which is not much better. I still give this place 5 stars because we love the ambiance, the food and the drinks. Polo is an excellent waiter. Always so tentative and makes sure everyone is taken care of. But if I could rate the bathroom 0 stars, I would. The owner needs to do better in taking care of customers that are loyal to his business. What an absolute joke this place is!! Terrible terrible customer service. A girlfriend and I decided to go out last night looking for a fun night out. We choose this place because they have music and dancing later in the evenings. We walk in and the place is pretty empty it's 8 pm and has 2 large tables of people and ALL OTHER TABLES ARE EMPTY! We seat ourselves and are quickly approached by a server who asks how many in our party, we say 2 and are told we can not sit there because they are reserved for larger parties. We must sit at the gaming bar or smaller table in the back corner. We understand and say ok, and go to the bar. We order food and drinks to get the night started. When the food comes there is no where to put it. The bar has gaming machines and the food plates do not fit. We ordered a drink each and 3 different food dishes. Trying to enjoy this food is now uncomfortable and a mess. We ask the bartender, who is waiting on us if we can please sit at a smaller table while we finish our food to eat comfortably. She now tells us we can not sit at that table either. It's a 4 person table we only have 2. ALL WHILE THE PLACE IS STILL EMPTY. Large empty restaurant, tons of empty tables, and the 2 paying customers are being treated like garbage. All the wait staff has an attitude and no help. Every response we get from everyone there is, sorry it's just the company policy we don't make up the rules. We could have easily eaten our food at a table And retuned to the Bar all while still having An empty restaurant. We were furious and very disappointed. Never have I ever have I been treated so poorly. All while keeping my cool because I was enraged. So we packed up our mediocre food and went home to enjoy the rest of our night. This is one of my favorite bars on this side of town. If you are close by go in! The outside looks ugly. I won't down play that but on the inside it is clean and well decorated. Look for the underwear and bras, lol. It makes all my friends laugh when they finally spot it. There are tables to sit at with life size posters of famous Latin American Icons to take pictures with.
