There was a worker at the desk to take in laundry and another one was cleaning the lint out of the dryers. It was amazing to see. So much lint. It was like watching Dr Pimple Popper (which I've never done BTW). The high capacity dryers practically dried everything in 10 minutes. It would have been an acceptable level of dryness from my home dryer, but I felt rich and splurged another .25 for another 10 minutes. So easy with the app!

Loading clothes into the dryer is like musical chairs you have to constantly remove clothes until you find a dryer that works. I've witnessed the owner on multiple occasions being rude to male customers. He's not personable and very strange. I am a repeat customer due to the reasonable prices for washers but tonight was the last straw I spent almost double in drying. I mentioned to the owner that some of the dryers were not working he yelled that he was busy and never addressed the issue. I will not return to this place.

The reason for the 2 stars are thus: the place is not clean. The floors always have trash. It's not a tidy place. This might be due to the staff who do their best to pretend not to ignore you. They're too busy doing the drop off service that they don't sweep up or help customers. The other bad thing is the DIABOLICAL LAUNDRY CARD. This is a card that you load up with money to use the machines. You have to permanently lose time off your life, TIME that you will never get back, trying to get the card to read on the machine readers. It is extremely oppressive and is designed to make you question the meaning of your life. This laundromat is the equivalent of the egg salad at a gas station.
