Was here again recently. Added a star as a result of the owner response explaining that the dryer gunk is not gunk at all but a welding repair to the inside of the dryer drum. I touched it and it is hard and metal-like, not gummy or organic, so...going with the owner's response. That said, there are a lot of repairs inside the dryer drums. That day the facility was untidy, but will come back and see if the girls are back on duty. read more

They have a ton of machines (including some big enough for my queen size comforter), are priced fairly, and they keep the place clean. I don't come often, but they have had consistent service over the past several years. read more

Finally, a laundromat with a clean bathroom! The facility is also clean and next to some restaurants which is a great convenience. They also have an ice cream freezer that is a nice treat to have along w the usual snacks & drink vending machines. It says that they give free coffee but there was none made or available (was here 9/12/15). Oh well, not a big deal. I will definitely come here to wash my comforters. $2.50 for double load machines; $3.25 for triple loads; $4.50 for mega load= very reasonable prices! read more

The attendant here is telling me it's my job to make sure there's no detergent, bleach or fabric softener in the machine before I use it. That's not my job to make sure the washer is clean. The only visible signage says to make sure the machine is empty before using. This says to me, make sure the previous user's items have all been removed. The attendant said it's not his job or his problem. That's poor customer service. read more

This is my fist and last time.! Great place good pricing but management wouldn't stop following me around... it's 11 in the afternoon. Yes I am black. I tried to get quarters he told me I couldn't get $40 and told me $30 will be fine. After taking my money out of my hand and forcing me to get $30 worth of quarters. I watch a Latino male get $50 of change of quarters. NO ARGUMENT what's so ever. read more

I needed a bigger washing machine to handle some work items that's needed to be washed. Very helpful staff and the place is very clean. The staff asked me multiple times if I need help and was going around cleaning. Nice place if you need laundry done. They have a good quantity of regular, medium and large washing machines and dryers. It seemed busy and there were machines open. They have free WiFi, clean bathrooms, and the place was nice and cool (went on a hot summer day). read more

I come here very often and it's always very clean. Very nice workers and environment. If there's ever a problem I know the workers are always pleased to help. Which may I add it's rare that I ever come across a problem. I've been to many laundromats and this one is by far the best one I have been to. Today I was going to use one of the washing machines, I inserted the full 17 coins but it wouldn't start. I told an employee and she called someone and they said they couldn't do anything and that they weren't gonna give us a refund. I didn't get the refund YET. Employee told us to leave a note to the owner so we did. read more

Great facility. Despite some out-of-order machines, there's plenty to go around. I've been here about 3 times and there's always someone tending to the machines so they're very clean! I've stopped by an hour before closing and the employees were very nice. read more

Did laundry there on a Sunday for the first time! There were plenty of people, yet still enough washers and dryers to accommodate everyone. Customers were very friendly in assisting me with which washers and dryers I should use. There's ate different sizes for different load sizes and the prices very by machine/load size. The machines work fast, 20 min for wash 30 min for dryer. Very cheap! They have vending machines, a few employees on staff at all times (a few cleaning every half hour and someone behind the counter). There's also change machines, that actually work! Will definitely be back; especially since it's a 25 seconds car ride from my new condo ;) read more

Bad customer service. We were using the super load priced at $ 4.25. We followed the instructions and we loaded up to $4 and the machine didn't read it. So we approached the customer service, he didn't care to listen to what we were saying and just said it is software and it will never do a mistake. We asked the gentlemen to check the video cam that was pointing to the machine, he even didn't care to check. read more

My husband and I have been coming here on a weekly basis for about a year. The management works very hard to keep the place clean and this review is in no way a reflection of them. We always use the super load washers and despite #4 sometimes deciding to keep washing when it should pause we have had no issues until today. Today at about 2:30pm as my husband and I were loading washers 5&6 I noticed that washer #5 only deducted a quarter instead of the $3.75 I had already put. Super loads are $4.25 each. I looked around noticed the camera and thought that's wonderful, they will be clearly able to validate my concern. I spoke to the management and he said he completely believed us but he shared that the owner does not credit or give people back their money when this happens. I asked to speak to her and was told he was not allowed to provide customers her number (I completely understand). He even offered us money from his own pocket, which we refused. So as we have no way of contacting the owner, I will write this review. Seems silly that over $3.75 a business would rather lose good customers than be fair to them. It will be our last weekend here. read more

Some machines doesn't work and they don't give your money back. Also service very bad.

DON'T DO YOUR LAUNDRY HERE!!! The hours of operation say they close at 10:00 pm and last wash is at 9:00 pm - they kicked me out at 10:15 - with my clothes still wet. The manager threatened to call the police on me. I had to take my clothes out of the dryers and leave. read more
