It's been a long time since I used a laundromat but in this situation I have no choice; my dryer is inoperable. There aren't many laundromats around and I happened to be in the area. My dryer may need to be replaced but I won't be back: - A lot of the machines are out of order. - There is a $3.50 fee to use the ATM. - You insert cash to purchase a laundry card and a $5 deposit is immediately taken off the laundry card. - The vending machine is empty, - There is no change machine; the ATM spits out $10 bills but the pop machine only takes $1 bills. - Some guy (customer) is watching me load up the dryer and still watching. - No attendant on duty. - Floor needs to be swept. read more

Machines require laundry card. Card Dispenser took cash did not dispense card. Ring was answered by attendant who was able to give card & $$. 1 machine worked, 1 took $$ but didn't work & card dispenser unable to read card to add $$. 3 rings& 1 phone call no answer Attendant called back & offered zelle refund except machine which took $$ without wash. Not worth the frustration. Lots of machines but many not working Skokie laundromat much more reliable with attendants in site read more

We found this laundromat by accident because it was on the other side of the Liquid Fusion we frequent. We walked by the windows and noticed how spacious it was with plenty of machines inside. We figured people did not know about this place. Unfortunately, I was way way way wrong! If you're reading this, RUN! It's not spacious, it's just empty. And it's empty because nothing in there works. 4 machines on a good day and you'd be lucky to have one! We walked right into this accident willingly and no insurance will cover for my poor decision. We have one bag in the 1 of 4 working washers. We're just waiting for it to be done; so, we can take it and finish the rest of our laundry elsewhere. This place needs help. read more

Super clean great facility and the workers were diligently working on other people's laundry and cleaning during the whole time I was here... Prices are great and a ton of machines !! Overall no complaints!! read more

Every Single Machine Is OUT OF ORDER. Owner abandoned this place. Not sure how it's still in business?!?

I had to do some oversized items so I unfortunately went to this broken down dump of a alleged laundromat. I would say 90% of the equipment is not operational. One of the dryers never heated up. The place is filthy and disgusting. I will never go back. Its hard to believe any business owner would let their place deteriorate like this. read more

WOW! Amazed with Spin City Laundromat and new owner, Ricky. As a first-time customer, I was literally blown away with how easy it was to get two Ruggable rugs cleaned. I have a 6' x 9' shaggy white rug and a shaggy white runner. Ricky informed me it was no problem to wash these rugs. He came to my home to pick up the rugs. Ricky was super friendly, easy-going, made me feel comfortable, was upfront about using additional stain removers, and I trusted in him to take care of my rugs. I did not rush their process. There was a big cat urine stain on my larger rug and I informed Ricky that if he could get that stain removed, he's got my business. Well...some days later, the rugs were delivered. They smell delicious, so fresh. And, the stain completely removed. I was over-the-moon delighted with Ricky's personal touch and the laundromat's customer service and delivery service. Disappointed. I lived near this laundromat 10 years ago when it first opened. It was so nice. Went there recently to wash some large blankets. 1. Dirty. 2. The dryers dont heat up dried for 1.5 hours came home with wet laundry. Attendent said some work some dont. 3. All the normal size machines were out of order. I opened two and they had dirt in them. Like sand. From now on I will stick with the dated, but reliable and clean facitlity close to my home. read more

All the small machines are always out of order, forcing you to use the more expensive, larger machines for even the smallest loads. Laundry card based system. The machine to add value to your card is cash only and there's no atm anywhere nearby. read more

There is a new person working here--maybe the owner? The two woman managing the place who I have come to know and appreciate so much are no longer here apparently. This new manager--he is mean, nasty and not helpful. I will never come here again. read more

They have false advertising about the times they are open and claim to close earlier than what is shown online.

Came here specifically because they said they offered wifi. They don't. They have wifi, I can see their network, but they won't give me the password. The attendant said they don't have wifi anymore. Very unhappy. read more

I would give it no stars at all but I have to put at least one in order to post the review but let me tell you that This place is the worse! I came here to do laundry today and then came to put my clothes to dry at 8pm the lady that was in charge saw me and saw that I stepped out for a bit I came back at 8:30ish and everything was close my clothes was inside there she had left and closed everything where it says that it closes at at 9pm she saw that my clothes was in the drying and saw me putting my clothes in the drying and still didn't care and closed I have my work uniform in there and all my clothes that I need for tonight. So annoyed that a person would do that! So rude and she only did it because I'm sure she wanted to leave to go home! I don't understand how they have people like this working there I want my clothes back and I'm never Coming back here again! read more
