The noodles were fettuccine noodles and were cooked just right. The only thing minor was I didn't get enough veggies to Mix in it seemed .. still tasted good. Just would liked to see more veggies personally. That day I went with the Sausage and Pepper Sub as well as some soup. It was very tasty but very messy. Today I opted for the Stuffed Meatball Sub and made sure I had a fork and knife. The meatballs were large and when I cut into them, I noticed they were actually stuffed with cheese. This combined with extra cheese on top, this sandwich has lots of ooey-gooey goodness. Both sandwiches were fairly large and only $8. The good...These ladies have always been smiley and friendly every time I've visited their other truck. Today was no exception. The food is reasonably priced. Service was quick. The food was tasty and filling. The bad...It's a brand new truck so they are still working out some kinks. I showed my sandwich to a few coworkers. One came back 15 minutes later empty handed because the truck had a run on meatballs. Obviously that's a good sign the item is popular, but it just means some more prep work is needed to cover all your customers. Once these initial hiccups are resolved, I have no doubt this truck will garner reviews similar to All Wrapped Up which I've been eating at once every 1-2 weeks for over a year now. They posted flyers in ALL the breakroons (in 3 different locations in Reno/Sparks.) Employees who were scheduled off drove in to work to participate. Those of us scheduled to work didn't bring anything to eat. Everyone was excited.... and the Pink Taco Truck was a NO CALL NO SHOW!!! Imagine the disappointment. They event was an epic failure! So many emoyees let down, including the management staff who planned it. My hope is that all the I's were dotted and the T's were crossed in that contract.

Now that name should ring a bell because this food truck is the little mobile version of El Paisano, one of Reno's favorite Mexican/Salvadorian restaurants. The truck just hit the streets, and it's making people happy at private parties and office plazas all over. We hired them to cater a block party and it knocked everyone's socks off! For us they served a solid menu of classics like tortas, tacos, and burritos, with either al pastor, asada, pollo, or lengua. We chose those meats, but they can do anything you want. The kitchen setup inside the truck is really nice, and I'm sure capable of a whole lot more too. Everything was absolutely delicious, clearly food made fresh with a lot of love. The al pastor was rich and spicy and the lengua was incredibly tender too. They rolled out a full salsa bar with four or five varieties along with radish, limes and whole grilled jalapeños. Pricing was totally reasonable and the service fast and friendly too. I'd highly recommend working with these guys anytime! Ask them about their incredible taco cart too!

Atmosphere - A food truck, like none I had seen before. Looks more like a modified box truck as the cab was a separate from the kitchen. There is not much to rate as it a truck. Food Dinner - A food truck with burrito and tacos, too many choices. I went my classic choice of a burrito. And to top it off they have carne asada. Done deal! $7 was a deal for the burrito, there was some rice and beans as filler but the flavors of the burrito were great. I had totally unwrapped the foil from the burrito, but by then the bottom was busting out so the foil had to go back on. Service - It was what you needed, fast and friendly. The little cups for the condiments were in the truck but it was an issue asking as they were right there in the pickup window. Future - Yes.

There's a lot of incoming and outgoing traffic in the area, but they do have a table you can use to wait for your order or have a quick bite. It can be a bit noisy with the traffic, but it's a street food truck, after all. There's plenty of shared parking with the sports bar. I ordered three veggie tacos which were filled with zucchini, carrots, cheese and come with red salsa. They forgot to include the lime, so be sure to ask for some if you like it on your tacos. The salsa is a great touch and it's not spicy, so if you're like me, it's perfect, but ask for the spicier version if you like it hot.

It took about 10-15 minutes to get our food, but everything was super hot and fresh when we got it and we'll worth the wait. The chicken wings were TO DIE FOR. Super crispy and crunchy coating, really juicy delicious chicken inside and a killer sweet chili garlic sauce. The KFC brought the same delicious flavors of the wings to a sandwich with a super creamy sriracha aioli and deliciously crunchy winter veggie slaw. Messy but absolutely perfect flavors. The shrimp po boy could have had a little more shrimp or a little less bread but the veggies were super fresh, the bread was soft, and the shrimp was cooked and seasoned perfectly. And THE CHIPS, so thin, crispy, salty, and delicious! They're like the ones you get at the fair, and totally addicting.
