Unfortunately, it was nothing like what we expected, and the food was extremely disappointing. Then I found out the owner is Bolivian not even Argentinian. The chimichurri was red and had a very different taste than what we expected. The green hot sauce was basically like eating raw jalapeño--extremely overpowering. The mashed potatoes were watery and very salty, and the broccoli was literally sitting in so much water that almost half of the bowl was full of it. The rice tasted like microwave rice, and the French fries were just ordinary fries. The biggest disappointment was the meat. It was extremely fatty, chewy, and had almost no flavor. The chicken was overcooked and tasted like leftovers that had been reheated. For an Argentinian restaurant, the quality and preparation of the meat should be one of the highlights, but unfortunately, it was the complete opposite. Honestly, we could barely eat our food and ended up leaving most of it. What made the experience even worse was that, despite barely being able to eat the food, we were still charged half of the meal. The total bill was over $85, and that included $5 for a small cup of what tasted like microwave rice. Just in case the food looks half-empty in the pictures, we did put some of the food onto our plates to try it. Unfortunately, we couldn't eat it, so that's why some of the containers look partially empty. As someone who was genuinely looking forward to trying Argentinian food, this experience was incredibly disappointing. In my opinion, this restaurant does not represent the quality or flavors that people expect from Argentinian cuisine. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant, and I would not return.

BEWARE with this place. I've been to this place many times and a few weeks ago I found a roach on the bathroom and told them about it very discretely, they reacted very badly and told me they always fumigate very regularly. Then last Monday I was there in the morning and there was a lady in one of the tables with a computer and she was wearing a white uniform and hairnet and kept going back and forth to the kitchen and back to her computer and other places, seems like it was an inspector, since it was in the morning there were no many people. Point is that I've overheard and they have major issues. I couldn't understand quite well what she was explaining to them in the kitchen but she was very serious about whatever she was saying. Worst and most suspicious part was that when they saw me overhearing they turned the volume of their TV and after a while a lady came to me and told me that had orders from the manager saying that I could only stay there for one hour. -- I usually go there have breakfast and then have a Salteña or lunch, I've done this for months so I was very shocked -- I only nodded and said okay. Needless to say I left and I have now decided that I am never going back. They have some good stuff but to be so shady with what other would consider a good customer it can only mean that there is something really bad happening that they didn't want me to hear. read more

I visited this place for a quick bite to eat. When I walked in I immediately noticed that there is a lot of unused space and feels a little awkward because there wasn't many people there. I ordered Salteñas for my wife and I, they were great! I just feel that the establishment is not operating at its full potential. My wife tried to order a specific Bolivian drink that was on the menu and they said they were not serving it at this time, which made her feel let down and had to settle for water. There was only one server and she did not check in on us until I had to request the check when she glanced at me. I am giving this place 3 stars because they are not a bad place to eat but don't expect something above average. In my own opinion I feel as if they need to redo the interior completely because they are wasting so much space. To sum everything up, good food (at least what we ordered) with good proportions. The sauce that was provided complimentary was also great. But under average service and I also need to mention a language barrier as the server only speaks Spanish. This place is not only delicious, it is a bargain for the amount of food that you get.
