As fellow Boricuas (Puerto Ricans) we've driven by this location so many times and had to stop. It's right off that highway area there and easy in but not the best to get out. It's a little spot and gives you the feel of Puerto Rico for sure, all the decor, the tables, the vibes and the art it was perfect. The food is fresh so takes some time, but is so worth it. They mostly have sandwiches so don't think you're getting rice and beans it's not that. The sandwiches come out HUGE and they're so tasty! They do have a nice variety of options which I did indeed like and you are greeted warmly. I would for sure come back and eat here again when in the area. read more

I saw El Sandwichon while on vacation off the highway and being from Puerto Rico I wanted to try it. Myself and my daughter stopped by on a Sunday afternoon, the place has parking and enough seating. I thought the place was nicely decorated with some key Puerto Rican items. The gentleman that took our order was friendly. I have to say I did think they also had food which was really what I was looking for you know arroz, gandules etc but the sign should have been a give away. We ordered ham and cheese sandwiches as we normally do when we go back to the island and I also got an alcappuruia and Parcha juice. The sandwiches are freshly made so you have to wait a bit. The parcha juice was really good. The alcappurria is not like back home, the sandwich was ok. I don't know if I would return on my next trip. read more

Amazing... I haven't had a good carrucho (conch) sandwich since I visited La Playa de Ponce about a year ago.. Deliciously made on soft bread lots of flavor lots of conch on the sandwich.. Ate at this food truck on 6/15/19. I was told they were family members of the "El Meson" that was located in "el bypass" in Ponce, Puerto Rico. I came to Orlando from New York excited to eat here. I was a bit disappointed, I got the conch (carrucho) sandwich. The size was great, however it lacked flavor. It tasted like nothing. The person who took our order was good and friendly. We ordered a " cono de pulpo" ,(octopus cup) which was $10. The person told us it the cup was a 16oz cup. Well to our surprise and disappointment when we got the food it was in a container that seemed to have not more than 2oz of octopus and 14 oz of lettuce. We order a tripleta sandwich and it was ok. They have a price on their website and charge you another one. They said they had natural juices typical from Puerto Rico but was also disappointed since it seemed regular fruit juice from a can that tasted horrible with added ice to make them cold.
