    Bacon wrap, medulla dates

We were invited to our dear friend's special 70th birthday celebration at the Capa in a private room. This Michelin star steakhouse is located on the 17th floor of the Four Seasons hotel in Orlando. It was spectacular. We were 36 guests here for a family style dinner with cocktails, appetizers, entrees and dessert. The food was outstanding. Every dish was exquisitely prepared and presented. We started with the bacon wrapped dates. Then an heirloom tomato salad - so sweet and colorful. After we had the field of greens with arugula pickled pears, truffle, goat cheese and walnut Barbacoa. The entrees were porterhouse steak and chilean Seabass with polenta, charred, corn, and Sherry vinegar. they also offered. Yukon, gold, potatoes, with drawn butter and broccoli. We had a lemon cream birthday cake and churros with vanilla gelato. We also enjoyed decaf cappuccino. The dinner was exquisite and the service was exceptional. Everyone was organized and very helpful to get you exactly what you wanted. About 9 o'clock Disney set off their spectacular fireworks and we were able to watch them on the outside patio. They even had another display at 9:30 PM. What a way to celebrate 70! It's no wonder it's located on "DREAM" Tree Blvd.

Capa at the Four Seasons delivered a true 10/10 dining experience. From the moment we sat down, everything felt amazing from the service to the presentation and, of course, the food. Our server Josh was fantastic. Attentive without hovering, knowledgeable about the menu, and he took care of our party of 9 with ease. I started with the Verdes salad, which was incredibly fresh and beautifully balanced. The sweetness of the pear paired perfectly with the greens and truffled goat cheese. Literally one of the best salads I've had. For my entrée, I ordered the Bone-In Cowboy Ribeye, and wow... absolutely phenomenal. The steak was cooked perfectly with a gorgeous char and deep, rich flavor. Tender, juicy, and exactly what you hope for when ordering a prime ribeye. My friend ordered the Chilean Sea Bass, which was buttery, delicate, and cooked very well. We also enjoyed the duck, which was rich, flavorful, and incredibly well prepared. To top it off, valet was complimentary! This is a great date night spot or birthday dinner!

We had a fantastic experience at Capa for our anniversary. The Pan de Tomate con Jamone is a MUST. The rack of lamb was insane...I typically don't like a ton of fat on my meat but I was suckin those lamb chops dry!! It melts in your mouth. Our waiter was funny and attentive. The view is picturesque. The complimentary anniversary cheesecake was divine. Thank you for a memorable evening and a delicious dinner. We'll be back!

Another amazing anniversary dinner at Capa!! Thank you Jared, our awesome server, for making everything so special! Food was excellent as always. Had the oysters for an appetizer, which came from Florida, so I was super skeptical about them, but they ended up being delicious! They explained the source from a local farmer in new Smyrna Beach, who is very regulated and thorough in his process of harvesting the oysters. We also had the salad with pear, which was amazing! For entrées and the bone filet and desserts we did the chocolate cake and the cheesecake, the chocolate cake was the winner as always!! Overall amazing night and ended watching the fireworks off the balcony!

Lovely view at the Four Seasons. There is validated parking. It's a tapas/steakhouse with food made for sharing. Loved the pan con tomate with jamon de bellota, the 32 oz prime porterhouse (the heirloom tomato salad is a good accompaniment to the steak) and the setas. The coolant de chocolate was amazing and a much better choice than the churros (although to be fair they did taste like the churros I had in Madrid). Quite a fancy place.

Amazing night at Capa! The food was amazing as always and excellent service to go with it. You can see why they have earned the Michelin star for the last 4 years in a row. Wagyu flight paired with a tomato salad and delicious Californian Pinot Noir. Will go back again and again.

Amazing ambiance within the four seasons. Had a reservation but plenty of open tables. Absolutely beautiful sunset you can watch on the balcony. Food was excellent, we ordered a ton of plates and shared, didn't get any entrees though (in hindsight wish we ordered a little more protein). Service was exceptional, as were the desserts. Would absolutely come back!

Prime. Had the pleasure of dining with another couple for an amazing experience. We started with some appetizers. The oysters were so tasty, amazing flavor. For my entree I ordered the lamb chops. I was told they'd be leaving the menu, so the FOMO def got to me. Thankfully I don't regret it one bit. Perfectly cooked med rare and perfectly seasoned. The service team kept the drinks flowing. From the looks of the tab, we had an amazing night. $200+ per person! Worth every penny.

Sent again and I got surprised again! What a nice place, service at the bar super friendly and nice.. the recommendations couldn't be better.., every bite was fantastic. And the sunset... !!!! Wow the sunset from the bar balcony...

Not trying to be harsh here just trying to be honest Positives: we came for our mini-moon and great service, a lot of the staff talking to us and knew us by name and gave us some great freebies - filet, my husband loved - mashed potatoes, free gift and absolutely delicious - seabass, light and flavorful with lots of other seafood - dates, savory and sweet, love the crunch of the almonds - chocolate lava cake, perfect with banana ice cream The not so good - mainly food related, but like this is a one Michelin star restaurant so I'm expecting a lot - Tuna tartar, super bland, not enough salt or acid, egg was weird combo but the potato sticks were amazing texturally - croquettes, forgettable, wish the jamon was inside and not on top which made it harder to eat, I've had better - lechuga asada, just something missing to connect this dish together, didn't taste the grilled flavor on the lettuce, horseradish a little too strong - churros, I expected a lot here and really fell flat in terms of flavor (needs salt maybe?) and crunch lacking on the outside I wouldn't normally be so harsh on food but it's pretty expensive to dine here so you gotta have some expectations on food. I would recommend if you have an occasion and you want some great service but not if you're looking to have an outstanding culinary experience. I personally wouldn't come back

Between my husband, myself, and toddler we spent $1k at Capa. It was a substandard experience for a Michelin. The highlight of dining here was the pastry menu at the end. The $200+ dry aged tomahawk was not worth it. Tasted like char and was very dry. We ordered three rounds of oyster, drinks, but felt as though we had to beg our waiter to attend to our table. The waiter disassociated and catered to another (older) couple with starkly different enthusiasm. With us, seems his mannerisms were blunt and not attentive.. maybe because we're young. But until we started order a ton of entree's did he lighten up. This experience felt very weird. Won't be coming back.

The food really delicious, I ordered their Miyazaki Wagyu Flight and it was incredible. I definitely recommended if you ever got the chance. The service was wonderful and friendly too. The atmosphere was lively at the bar seen and Family at the dining areas. They do validated parking. Disney fireworks can be seen from here.

What a great experience we had here! The location is absolutely beautiful, and although I love the interior restaurant, you cannot beat the view from the patio. We were given an amazing table right along the edge of the patio and had the best view of the sunset and then, of course, the fireworks. The two of us opted to share multiple dishes, which I definitely felt like was the way to go. Started with oysters, of course. For tapas, we tried: croquetas, pan con tomate, cerdo (pork belly), patatas bravas, and coliflor. It is so hard to choose a favorite; they were all so good! I will say the cauliflower was the least worth it, and I feel like I could have eaten 10 more plates of the pork belly and croquetas. Then, we shared a lobster dish. This was so tasty, but I would have been happy with just the tapas, as well! I was pretty full. Lastly, for dessert, we tried both the churros and coulant de dulce de leche. They were both SO incredible and the perfect end to our meal. Our server was so incredible. I wish I could remember his name for sure -- Alex, maybe? Super friendly and helpful, and helped make my birthday dinner so special! The rest of the staff was very friendly, as well. I have also sat here at the bar a few times, which is a much more low-key experience, but just as worth it.

Nice and cozy for a relaxed dinner. Not gonna lie, everything here is quite pricey! But beautiful indoor/outdoor tropical beach vibe here with plenty of seating. Our server was Omar and he was wonderful. Very hospitable and nice. He was also helpful in recommendations for food and drinks. Everything we ordered: * Surf Rider $20 * Grilled Jerk Chicken Wings $28 * Maui-Style Ribs $26 * Crab Cake $28 * Fried Fish Sandwich $32 MKT * Pandan Tres Leches $12 Got Surf Rider with Mezcal substitute, no additional cost. Omar confirmed price was same for this sub. Grilled Jerk Chicken Wings had great flavor but wish it was crispier. Maui-Style Ribs were so damn good and I don't even love ribs, I think it was the Asian style ribs and flavor that I actually enjoyed. Fell off the bone meat too. Crab Cakes were just ok and for $28 it was not worth it for that one crab cake. Fried Fish Sandwich was my favorite as it had good texture with slaw, pickled and herbs combo along with the generous portion of red snapper fish! I was excited about the Pandan Tres Leches because I love pandan flavors but this didn't hit the spot for me. Pandan flavor was good but didn't love it as Tres Leches, maybe try a Pandan Creme Brûlée or Cheesecake? Just an idea. Lovely dinner all in all. You cannot beat the front row seat to the lagoon and sunset. But honestly, it's really expensive for the appetizers. The market price of $32 for the Fried Fish Sandwich was fair and that was my favorite so it was worth it. Appetizers costing a whopping $26-$28 each was too much. We had a lovely experience though and happy we got to check it out. Food if great quality but overpriced for the appetizers. That's all. Everything else was wonderful.

A cheaper bottle of bourbon but definitely good flavor. The 10 was my favorite. For food, I got an order of the S & S sweet potato fries, which comes with a light caramel drizzle. These fries are cooked perfectly and so delicious. My husband got the garlic Parm wings, and while the crunch was perfect on them.(he ordered them crunchy) -he was not a fan of their garlic Parmesan sauce. It just felt like the garlic, overpowered any of the Parmesan. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and the two bartenders that were working the bar, were excellent and very attentive.

We waited around at our table between cocktails and were left without water a few times. At one point the manager brought us water but flat while we were drinking sparkling. He did come over and apologize which was appreciated. The team consisted of a main bartender, two narrators the hostess and manager. The manager during our 2 hours spent majority of the time with one table likely friends or VIPs which probably could have been better served assisting with waters and popcorn. The table next to us also mentioned they'd prefer a bottle of water at the table. Great suggestion! You are given a small token before you leave and valet is taken care when dining in. The valet also struggled to find our car which was alarming and then when they did locate it, we found the valet hang tag on the floor hence why they could not locate the keys. The valet person laughed it off like it wasn't a big deal. Personally, I feel like it was drawn out for time and overpriced but what do you expect for a bar inside of a high end hotel. My friends and I all tried different drinks and they were all really good. The service was fast and efficient. I would definitely check this place out again and recommend. According to other comments, they do change up the drinks so I would love to try something else.

My husband had the Peruvian shrimp with yellow rice, salad, and black beans. We were both raving about the taste while eating. They have a range of dishes from across Latin America, and lots of gluten free options. They aren't safe for celiacs though. They use a shared fryer. If you are super sensitive or have celiac, just beware of that. The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. Conveniently located in the theme parks area near Orlando. You should not miss this restaurant. Try something new if you've never tasted Latin American cuisine, or try it if you've grown up with it. You won't go wrong and you'll likely be back.

Sofrito was amazing…read more We wanted something fast, but not fast food with a large seated area outside. This checked off all of our boxes. You order at a kiosk fast food style, but all of the food is then prepared freshly and authentically. They have a huge menu with all kinds of delicious Latin eats like sandwiches and platters. We absolutely loved our Cuban sammies which came on thick and sweet bread. My kids kept it simple with tenders and fries and also enjoyed! They have a big drink selection and you can find everything from juices to fresh cocktails. The biggest hit was their large indoor screened patio - perfect for my kids to run around. If you want to avoid fast food but also don't feel like taking your kids to a proper sit down restaurant than this is a really great option.
