Had another amazing experience at Capa with my daughter on a Dad/daughter date. We had an extremely fun server named Sam matching my daughter's name and we had great banter all evening. Appetizer: Ostras (oysters) - the Mignonette was great with the oysters. We split the Chilean Seabass Zarzuela. It was amazing. The spicy broth it comes with was perfect for the plate! Last was the Datiles (dates wrapped with bacon) - haha I thought we were gonna have desert until Sam brought this to the table. So good!! Highly recommend! The ambiance of the restaurant and outdoor balcony is amazing.. They brought our drinks to the balcony after we ordered them from the table. Came here with coworkers for our work social and it was a nice experience overall. Located at the four seasons, you can expect amazing service. The hotel and restaurant are absolutely stunning. Super high up, you get beautiful views!! And amazing views of the Disney fireworks. The bartenders were amazing. I'm pregnant and they made me a special cocktail which felt like an actual cocktail. Def made it to order and just to make me feel special drinking in a cocktail glass. Food is why we are getting 3 stars. Food was not great. Steak was overdone. We recently added another Michelin Stared restaurant to our collection - date night at Capa located at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World® Resort We were celebrating the sale of our first home & wanted to really have a night to relax & enjoy and truly celebrate (especially as we got four offers, all over asking in under 12 hours! YAY) Capa is a Spanish-influenced tapas & steak restaurant on the 17th floor-most table have sweeping views of Orlando including the theme parks. If you book at the right time you'll be able to see both the Epcot & Magic Kingdom fireworks from the balcony (we booed at 7:30 in the summer time so we also got golden hour & sunset - highly recommend!) They received their star in 2022. Here's the lineup:------------------------------------ BUENA VISTA (9/10): My husband liked this smokey spicy marg so much he ordered a second one (very rare for him) HOUSE NEGRONI (7:10): While I typically like to try a cocktail off the menue to start, none of the drinks were speaking to me so I went with my go-to Negroni. Well balanced. Good size. Not too sweet. But nothing exceptional PRIME NEW YORK STRIP (8/10): I rarely have order envy but this steak was truly excellent IBÉRICO PLUMA (6/10): I think I would have enjoyed this more had I asked for it to be prepared medium well rather than my go to medium. It would be just a touch easier to eat (the carving was difficult & distracting) not a ton of flavor until you dipped it in the almond or and paste. When you o this the entire flavor shifts 2022 Costa Brown Pino Noir (8/10): we were both surprised by how much we loved this. I'll be hunting a few bottles down fur out home bar. Notes of berry (red & blue) & herbs but not overly sweet. Very smooth. 2019 Siesta Malbec (4/10): this one was also surprising but not in a good way. Malbecs are usually our go-to safe wine choice for us. It may have just been the pairing but this was quite acidic for both of us which is surprising as the main note is plum. I'd give it another chance if it was the only drink we were having that evening. TARTA DE QUESO (7/10): loved this. I wished it was larger. The vanilla didn't come through much but I didn't mind at all. The Chocolate is a semi-sweet so be aware of you prefer a sweeter chocolate CHURROS DE MADRID (5/10): I personally prefer a churro that has a filling. These were also quite thick & bready so the sauce was needed. The daises were a creamy Carmel dolce du leche-like sauce & a semi-sweet chocolate. The seemi-sweet chocolate was too rich. It created an almost dry sensation (like a dry wine) so I would recommend asking for a second Carmel sauce instead (especially if you aren't a fan or dark chocolate) Final NotesWhat really stood out for us was the exceptional service from our server. This was easily the most stunning and romantic restaurant I've ever been to. The views were so beautiful! From the time we arrived to the resort the service was Top Tier & lived up to the Disney standard of friendliness. Kudos to valet, the bellmen, and our server Nelda! Nelda was so sweet and helped us with our wine pairings and with the menu. We're both intelligent but whew, we're grateful for her lol. He wanted the rack of lamb but they were all out, Nelda was sure we were able to get one of the last filet's for the night. I had the NY Strip & we had the potatoes and roasted broccoli for sides. So glad I chose this spot for dinner right before Cirque du Soleil...definitely the perfect first meal after arriving in Orlando. Capa at the Four Seasons delivered a true 10/10 dining experience. From the moment we sat down, everything felt amazing from the service to the presentation and, of course, the food. Our server Josh was fantastic. Attentive without hovering, knowledgeable about the menu, and he took care of our party of 9 with ease. I started with the Verdes salad, which was incredibly fresh and beautifully balanced. The sweetness of the pear paired perfectly with the greens and truffled goat cheese. Literally one of the best salads I've had. For my entrée, I ordered the Bone-In Cowboy Ribeye, and wow... absolutely phenomenal. The steak was cooked perfectly with a gorgeous char and deep, rich flavor. Tender, juicy, and exactly what you hope for when ordering a prime ribeye. My friend ordered the Chilean Sea Bass, which was buttery, delicate, and cooked very well. We also enjoyed the duck, which was rich, flavorful, and incredibly well prepared. Had the oysters for an appetizer, which came from Florida, so I was super skeptical about them, but they ended up being delicious! This is a sad review to write... - Bacon wrapped dates (not sure how they can ruin these, but they did.). I think they minced the date before they wrapped it in bacon. - Cauliflower swimming in a weird yogurt creme sauce - Tomato Salad - Looked like it was going to be amazing, but tomato medley was flavorless - Bone-In Cowboy Ribeye was unseasoned - Sangria Rojo - Overly Sweet - Whipped Potatoes - It was like a gooey soup - Toast with tomato came out cold and bread felt stale. Beware if the hostess seats you next to the kitchen. As the sun goes down, the tables by the kitchen are under very bright lights and you miss the ambiance that the rest of the restaurant enjoys. We were invited to our dear friend's special 70th birthday celebration at the Capa in a private room. This Michelin star steakhouse is located on the 17th floor of the Four Seasons hotel in Orlando. It was spectacular. We were 36 guests here for a family style dinner with cocktails, appetizers, entrees and dessert. The food was outstanding. Every dish was exquisitely prepared and presented. We started with the bacon wrapped dates. Then an heirloom tomato salad - so sweet and colorful. After we had the field of greens with arugula pickled pears, truffle, goat cheese and walnut Barbacoa. The entrees were porterhouse steak and chilean Seabass with polenta, charred, corn, and Sherry vinegar. they also offered. Yukon, gold, potatoes, with drawn butter and broccoli. We had a lemon cream birthday cake and churros with vanilla gelato. We also enjoyed decaf cappuccino. The dinner was exquisite and the service was exceptional. Everyone was organized and very helpful to get you exactly what you wanted. About 9 o'clock Disney set off their spectacular fireworks and we were able to watch them on the outside patio. Loved the pan con tomate with jamon de bellota, the 32 oz prime porterhouse (the heirloom tomato salad is a good accompaniment to the steak) and the setas. What a great experience we had here! The location is absolutely beautiful, and although I love the interior restaurant, you cannot beat the view from the patio. We were given an amazing table right along the edge of the patio and had the best view of the sunset and then, of course, the fireworks. The two of us opted to share multiple dishes, which I definitely felt like was the way to go. Started with oysters, of course. For tapas, we tried: croquetas, pan con tomate, cerdo (pork belly), patatas bravas, and coliflor. It is so hard to choose a favorite; they were all so good! I will say the cauliflower was the least worth it, and I feel like I could have eaten 10 more plates of the pork belly and croquetas. Then, we shared a lobster dish. This was so tasty, but I would have been happy with just the tapas, as well! I was pretty full. Lastly, for dessert, we tried both the churros and coulant de dulce de leche. They were both SO incredible and the perfect end to our meal. Our server was so incredible. I wish I could remember his name for sure -- Alex, maybe? Between my husband, myself, and toddler we spent $1k at Capa. It was a substandard experience for a Michelin. The highlight of dining here was the pastry menu at the end. The $200+ dry aged tomahawk was not worth it. Tasted like char and was very dry. We ordered three rounds of oyster, drinks, but felt as though we had to beg our waiter to attend to our table. The waiter disassociated and catered to another (older) couple with starkly different enthusiasm. With us, seems his mannerisms were blunt and not attentive.. maybe because we're young. We had not been to Capa in a while, but this visit was just as enjoyable as the previous ones. The decor is stunning, and we were seated right away. Our server, Jared, was fantastic and took the time to go over the menu with us. Since we had already eaten a few hours prior, we decided to sample just a few items from the menu while enjoying some drinks. Jared made some excellent recommendations. We started with the duatiles, and their sweet and savory flavor was divine. Next, we tried the cerdo, and the pork belly was cooked to perfection. The pistachio sauce complemented the pork beautifully. As for the A5 Wagyu, it was incredible, definitely order it rare and savor the taste, as it continues to cook on the hot salt block. The papas bravas were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, paired with an incredible aioli sauce. We enjoyed several glasses of wine, and Jared recommended an amazing mixed drink that both of us loved, made with tequila. He also suggested a Hondarrabi white wine that was very soft and refreshing. At 10 PM, you can step outside for a breathtaking view and enjoy fireworks. Make sure your drink is full before heading out. Jared was exceptional and ensured we had everything we needed. He provided humor and light conversation and was very friendly. We hope to have him as our server again on our next visit. All the staff were amazing and helpful. Legit Michelin Star restaurant winner 2022, 2023, 2024! Easily one of the best restaurants you will ever go to in your life. This place is neck and neck with Bull & Bear for best restaurant in Florida. I recommend coming at sunset and then eating through the Disney Magic Kingdom fireworks which you can see from your table (if seated by a window). The restaurant is located inside the Four Seasons Hotel. Everything about this place is exquisite and upscale. Up first was the $20 remolacha (beet salad). My mom loves beet salads and she says this is one of the best ones she's ever had anywhere in her life. Up next was the $15 coliflor (cauliflower). This was also very good, not an all-timer though. Up next were the $12 Bravas (potatoes), really really good. And lastly, as a side/app we had the $14 Broccolini - All-Time GOAT, must order. For main entrees, I had the $42 Mushroom Paella, I really liked it. it felt like I was back in Barcelona. I want to try a steak next time. My mom had the $42 Pescado Bacalao (black cod) and she loved it. For dessert we had the $15 churros!!!! All-Time GOAT. You must order these. The meal my family and I enjoy are usually the caviar, pork belly, and more for appetizers. For my main meal I usually get the iberico which is delicious. We were staying at a nearby resort and took an Uber here. This is at the Four Seasons hotel. We had ended up being able to get a last minute reservation but being added to the waitlist on open table. They had tried to give us a call but after missing it, it was almost impossible to call back until the actually opened. I had called the hotel who had rerouted me 3 times before someone said that they would have to call me back after getting in touch with the restaurant. When they did call back, they seemed to have multiple times available so if you want a lady minute reservation, it might be easier to call them than it is to try and get one through open table. We were slightly dressed up but it seemed pretty casual. I saw a lot of people who were dressed down and didn't seem to have an issue with eating at the establishment. We showed up about 30 minutes early to our reservation and we're told that they would check us in and that we would hear back closer to our reservation time but could wait outside until so. We got a chance to see the Magic Kingdom fireworks. Went back inside around our reservation time and had the option to sit outside. For my cocktail, I ordered a glass of the Sangria Roja. Thr first couple of sips were a little tart but it ended up being quite good. We started off with the Pulpo which was pretty good. Nice and tender and well cooked. We also ordered the cerdo which was delicious and definitely recommend. The pork belly was nice and crispy. For our main, my husband and I split the NY strip and we also ordered a side of Broccolini and they brought out a side of Mashed Potatoes. The Mashed Potatoes and the broccolini were delicious. The NY Strip had pretty good flavor but a little too chewy for me. I did ask for a glass of Routestock Cabernet Sauvignon, which was a really great and delicious red. For dessert, my husband and I ordered the Delicia Exotica and it was pretty good but we got some churros on the side and those were amazing. The little board had a cute "Welcome to Capa" written out. A shocking 4 stars for the food at that Michelin starred restaurant - but 5 for the location and ambiance. The four seasons hotel is gorgeous. We arrived with extra time to walk through the hotel and enjoy the interior decor and landscaping out the back. My friend and I were celebrating my birthday. We shared the cerdo and patatas bravas as starters/tapas. Both were excellent, though I wished there was just a bit more flavor to the patatas bravas and more quantity to the cerdo. I enjoyed the mojito moderno. It was creamy. It was creamy and a bit unusual for a mojito but I enjoyed it equally. My friend had the sangria rojo which was also yummy thought not particularly notable. We both prefer sweet drinks and they delivered in that regard. Of note - we were able to leave the table between our first and second course to enjoy the sunset on the balcony. Our waitress was quick to offer to watch for our return and have our entrees started when we returned. The sunset was absolutely gorgeous so we were happy to be able to take the time to enjoy it. For entrees, I had a medium filet. I don't think I've ever met a filet I didn't love. I ordered it medium and it was just a bit on the cooked side of medium. The garnish was delicious. My companion ordered the New York strip and it was exceptional for a strip. At this point we paused again to go out on the balcony and watch the fireworks over magic kingdom, one of the reasons this location has become so popular. It would be a phenomenal touch if they brought in the firework music. It was nice to see without Disney crowds, but was lacking the magic. They are quite far and the balcony rail does fill up quickly if you aren't out a few minutes before they begin. We finished the evening with the churros, which they kindly wrote happy birthday on to assist us in our celebration. Both the pastries and the sauces were extremely thick and rich. I would try a different dessert in the future. We enjoyed getting to see the kitchen from our seat. The decor is modern and sets the vibe. This was our first time at Capa. Absolutely amazing food! Took my son and his fiancé with my new grandson here while we were on our Disney vacation. The entire 17th floor is the restaurant. A bit loud and energetic atmosphere, but not enough to bother a 4 month old baby. The view from the balcony is stunning! My son got the filet and Yukon puree, his fiancé got the lamb rack. I got the filet and the esparragos. We sampled the patatas bravas, gambas and cerdo. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly! Cocktails were stunning. Our waiter was very attentive and helpful, we never ran out of drinks. The staff pays attention to every detail. Just make sure you save room for desert, the cheesecake with hazelnut ganache melts in your mouth! read more

Unclear how Michelin awarded one star. The chicken was a bit salty. Steak was cooked uneven, as you can see some are red and some are cooked. The mashed potatoes were spot on tho! I mean lots of butter is key to any dish! Also, the $35 for a glass of wine was a bit much but was the best wine I've ever had (Dolce, Far Niente) In sum, it's a nice upscale restaurant but not sure whether it should be a one star read more

My husband and I dined at Capa on the first night of our honeymoon. We were completely blown away by our experience! From start to finish, everything was impeccable - the service, the atmosphere and especially the food. We truly felt so welcomed and so well taken care of. Capa is a Michelin-starred restaurant perched on the 17th floor of the Four Seasons, and the location alone makes it worth experiencing at least once. The highlight of the setting is the ability to catch Disney fireworks from both Epcot and Magic Kingdom -- a really special touch. That said, outside of the fireworks, the view is surprisingly dark and there isn't much else to take in. The décor and overall ambiance are, honestly, "meh" at best. It doesn't feel as elevated or memorable as you might expect for a Michelin-starred space. Also, this is not a tasting menu experience -- it's much more of a traditional tapas-style menu, which is great if that's what you're looking for, but worth knowing going in. Service can feel rushed at times, and that's where things sit in the "fine" range... except for one major standout: my server. He was absolutely incredible. He knew the menu in a way I've rarely encountered, answering every question effortlessly, tailoring recommendations perfectly to my tastes, and supporting anything I needed. He was confident, engaging, and deeply knowledgeable about how each dish was prepared. Truly a bright spot in the experience. But the real star here is the food. Everything we tried was outstanding -- the octopus, shishito peppers, pork, tomato salad, patatas bravas... all absolutely incredible. The flavors, execution, and quality easily live up to the Michelin recognition. Service and ambiance was top notch at this fantastic reastaurant on the top floor of the four seasons. Food was ok. I wasn't blown out of my seat for this one star micheline restaurant, which is what I was expecting. Octopus was good, croquets were confusing to the menu and just ok, pork belly was fantastic a must try along with the fried cauliflower. Strip steak was just ok, I asked for A1 sauce because I needed more flavor but settled for there house sauce which was nice. Also, presentation for steak was off. I would have been wowed with a smear other than the same color of steak. I probably wouldnt recommend for the food but for service and views (fireworks at night over Disney) on the restaurant balcony is cool. read more

Located on the 17th floor of the four seasons hotel, it has a beautiful view of Epcots fireworks if you reserve at the right time and choose outdoor seating. Our reservation was at 7:45, which offered enough time to finish our main course and have dessert while watching the fireworks. It is valet parking only, but the restaurant will validate the parking for you. The food was wonderful. Started off with the potatoes from the small plate section and loved the flavors. Their lavender haze is a good choice if you don't want something alcoholic. Really enjoyed the pork and paella entrees. The eggplant wasn't my favorite, but if you like savory and sweetish foods, this would be a good option for veggies.
