I do appreciate art. The space is small, but i was expecting more exhibits. Since the visit was timed, it was nice not having to rush while taking fun selfies and welfies. The caviar tin can ball pit felt a little dirty which was expected. Note: it is a little challenging (and comical) getting out of that ball pit! Staff member was really friendly. The exhibit ends at Del Amo mall soon and is moving to another location.

I did want to acknowledge the employees. I wish I could recall their names . Both ladies , were friendly , energetic and constantly smiling. They volunteered to help us with taking pictures.

It was fun to have a glass of wine ( provided by the gallery) and talk to other people interested in art. Art is very subjective. Hopefully, I will have $$$ to buy something from my favorite artist/painter. They offer classes to let our your inner artists. They sell painting from local artists. Since I was driving to LA to check out art galleries, I decided to stay local. The space is not big as you can see from my pictures. Parking; There is free street parking. FYI, I came during the weekend. Overall, it is nice to support local artists. But, art is very subjective.

(heads up AK) ironically, there are a handful of old school, classic shops on this little block, like AK. actually, this is where i found the vacuum store that had my band available. who has a vacuum store anymore? this place! multiple types of food trucks: Soul food, country food, fried foods, curries, cupcakes, cookies, sliders etc etc. very good selection and competitive prices. numerous tables set up in between the trucks and on the street itself. get there early, cause they fill up fast. plenty of families with kids running around all over the place. we felt right at home! a lot different than AK with all its' hipsters and bar hoppers. oh yeah, no bar around here either. very cool spot that we will be checking out again!

One day I will get to the captain area mark my words, captain area is the top tier of festival goers you can stand in the most perfect spots with comfortable couches. It's amazing. So excited to see Alanis Morissette. She really left it all out there. Amazing to see such a huge crowd of people singing her songs. Isn't it ironic that they weren't all girls singing? I mean, everybody was screaming her songs . It was an amazing day five star event.

Most of the booth including the beer garden and wine garden's proceeds go to the Manhattan Beach school's soccer, football, tennis, baseball, lacrosse...teams. Last year I volunteered at the wine garden and we had a very nice selection of wines and all the proceeds went to the Manhattan Beach Education Foundation. Parking is impossible so I recommend riding a bike or taking a free shuttle from the Northrop Grumman parking lot located on Aviation Blvd just North of Manhattan Beach Blvd. www.mbfair.org/
