I tried this restaurant a few times before posting a review, let me just say that the food is delicious. I love that it's made fresh and always hot when eating it. Very authentic and salsas are so good. I've tried the carne asada burrito, carne asada mulitas, al pastor tacos, carne asada tacos, and the shrimps taco(it's a spicy taco) so good yum! I highly recommend this place. Prices are average compare to other similar restaurants. Service from cashiers is average, not the friendliest but they get the order right. Ordered two bean and cheese burritos and nachos - There was a couple things off that knocked down some stars. First, our bean and cheese burrito burritos were cold and the cheese was not entirely melted on the inside. Secondly our nachos we had ordered extra beans and these nachos were the saddest nachos I've ever had. There was hardly any meat, beans, cheese or cream and this is considering that we again ordered extra beans. I'd hate to see if we got regular beans, what it would look like. And then the pricing was very expensive. $50 for these three items. The food itself was good after re-warming our burritos and adding more condiments that we had at home on the nachos but for the price, we shouldn't have needed to do all this. read more

I waited for my food and when they called my number I went to go get it and when I grabbed my food from the counter and turned around there was a huge puddle of water and I slipped and they cashier Alissa and the cook both seen me fall and neither of them even said sorry or had a sense of urgency to see if I was okay & when I told her there was water she ignored me and left it there and processed to ignore me . I would appreciate if there was something done about this because she gave me and my sister attitude and I've eaten here since you guys opened me and my pops came here traditionally so I won't accept this disrespect from the staff . We ordered delivery from El Taco and found our new FAVE taco spot! We've been telling everyone about this place. The Tacos are PACKED with meat. A few things... 1) I've been here a handful of times. This is my first time writing a review for them 2) First visit, I got the gabornador taco. Amazing! 3)Was bummed to learn the breakfast burrito here is only available during breakfast hours and you can't modify the burritos here or at least they wouldn't allow me to. 4)Look at my loaded fries. Notice any problems? Well for me, whether nachos or loaded fries, I like my toppings to go around. There wasn't really enough toppings to go around with all these fries. In top of that, these fries were crispy/crunchy and plain-not the type you'd just enjoy by themselves without the topping. There's a lot of seating available and there's usually someone ready to take your order immediately-this trip was no different. This place is in a huge plaza with parking everywhere. Not my fav Mexican spot but one I check out when I'm in the plaza with time to kill but I don't go outta my way for it. I stopped at a nearby charging station and decide to look for breakfast while I was in the neighborhood. This place was local, open and close by so I gave it a shot. So glad I did. I opten for the build tour own breakfast burrito and got it with birria. Damn! So good. Never had breakfast birria before. The portions are VERY generous and the line guy takes his time to cook everything right. It's definitely going to be breakfast AND lunch because there's no way I'm eating the whole thing at once! The place is clean. The service is friendly. The AC is cold. The music is a bit loud for 8am but that's neither here nor there. And of course, the food is great. read more

I have only tried two items from here and they were really good. The inside is super clean. Staff is friendly. Food comes out pretty quick. I tried the following. 1. Egg and bacon breakfast burrito and I added refried beans to the inside. Cost was around $10. 4/5 stars 2. Taco flight. Comes with 4 tacos. Handmade tortillas that have a great flavor. I tried two Asada and two Al pastor. The pastor was my favorite. I even came back the next day for the taco flight and only got the pastor. The flavor of the pastor is great. Cost is 12-14 dollars and I would say it's worth the handmade tortilla and amount of meat added to the taco. 4/5 stars All I all I would say a decent place to get food. Birria Ramen - 4 stars Fish taco - 4 stars Taquitos - 2 stars The ramen was good but it does get pretty salty after a while so if you're coming with another person, I'd say just share. Fish tacos were portioned pretty well, fish was done right, tastes clean and simple but nice. Taquitos were advertised to have some meat but it was mostly just beans inside. The fish taco was really good and the queso birria taco was meh in my opinion, they use too much clove in the recipe so the back end taste all you get was clove taste. Not horrible but not the best although I will definitely go back to try more items and see what those taste like. The people I went with like their burrito and shredded beef taco. Hello! We have passed so many time through and tonight was the night we finally tried this place and omg! This place is a hidden gem in Elsinore! We got tacos, burritos, asada fries and mulitas and all were delicious! This place opened a couple years ago and since then I've ordered from them. My favorite by far is the poblano taco & burrito. El taco enchilado is also amazing. Given it is made on the spot it does take a little while for your order to be ready. However, you can always order for pick up. Food is good and the selection is great. We are newer to the area and this is one of our go to taco spots. Service is always excellent, we never have to wait long to put our order in. The food is made fresh right in the front of the shop. Some of our favorite tacos are the gobenador, the poblano, Al pastor/marinated pork, and the fish taco. Love that they are full tacos and we have been happy with every meal. I always order a side of chips and beans and grab salsa and peppers from the self serve bar. Salsa is always fresh and I like all 3 options. And to bring the meal altogether add a beer and good Mexican coke! We have eaten inside the restaurant and taken it to go, always satisfied. read more
