I was here because I had an issue with my tire and I just had it serviced at a chain store. I…read morewaited about 6 hours just to have a tire patch and man I regret going there due to the weight. After I left and the next day, my tire was still having issues. I saw this place show up and gave them a try. They were already servicing three cars, but one of the workers came over to me and I explained to him the situation. He nodded his head and told me that I can pull up next. So I parked my car and in about 2-3 min, I was able to be seen. The worker checked my tires, pulled it out and ran the water test. Lucky (or Unlucky) for me, he didn't find anything wrong and informed me my tire was in good condition. He checked all the others and they were all good. He just said that if my tire has an issue again and it leaks, probably will need a new one. Even though they couldn't find a problem, at least I felt like I had good customer service compared to the other chain store. If I ever have a tire problem again, I'll be sure to come on by.

One tire was at 50 PSI and the other 60PSI when they're suppose to be at 35PSI!! I called to speak to manger here and he said oh no my guys checked all tires I said no they didn't. He kept arguing with me when I told him how did they check them if directly after I go get them checked at the oil change place and they informed me the dangerous PSI they were at. They told me you're lucky you didn't hit a pothole and wonder why your tire popped bc of how high the PSI was. This store has repaired flat tires for us at no charge -- including one tire we didn't even purchase from them. Their support goes far beyond just selling tires. One example was during a trip to Chico when we got a low tire pressure warning. We stopped at an America's Tire in Roseville, and the technician quickly checked the tire and determined it was only a faulty sensor. He explained they could replace it, but since we were on a tight schedule and they were busy with other customers, he simply gave us the current sale price and assured us our local Concord store would honor it when we returned home. Then on another trip to Los Angeles, we got another low tire warning while driving on Interstate 15. We searched for the nearest America's Tire and found one at the very next exit. They discovered a nail in the tire, repaired it quickly, and had us safely back on the road in no time. Experiences like these show that America's Tire has built an excellent customer support culture across all of their locations, and we feel lucky to have such a great store right here in Concord.
