Unfortunately went here for a tire, came back because tire was faulty and the guy offered a discount if I wanted a different one... not a replacement due to the faulty tire but a discount if I got another one. I'm not sure if the guy was the owner ( Indian guy ) but usually when I have received faulty or damaged goods. It is the responsibility to replace something. I came in because my tire pressure light had been coming on for the past 3 weeks, even after adding air multiple times. My fiancé's barber recommended this shop, so I decided to check it out. I called ahead, and they let me know I could stop by anytime except between 1-2pm (their lunch break). When I arrived, the manager was super friendly and approachable. I explained the issue, and he immediately took a look at my tires and suggested a full inspection. It turned out I had a nail in my left tire, which they patched up quickly--for a very affordable price! The whole process only took about 15 minutes. The manager also told me that if the light comes back on or if I have any issues, I should come back right away. I really appreciated their honesty, efficiency, and excellent customer service. This is an old review but I had to come back and leave this review to confirm that I got ripped off here. I normally get any tire repair in Oakland where I pay $20. I was in the area and came here needing to patch a slow leak. I was told $70! I asked why it was that much when I can go to Oakland and the guy insisted because "it's a Tesla tire" BS trying to convince me that it's more expensive. I got a different tire repaired at RT Tire in Pacheco and they charged me $25, and yes they explained the Tesla foam lining to me. Overall, I felt like I got scammed and I will not be back. read more

Sid, the man running the shop was very responsive, accommodating, and wanted to help even though he couldn't do the work in-house. what a great find when you have a flat tire! Sid at concord tires was genuinely concerned about the condition of my tires, and that was totally without any attempt or offer to sell me any. he wasn't looking for anything , he simply pointed out how old and fragile my tires were and recommended that I not consider any long-distance trips without changing them first. I left my car with the spare on and the flat tire in the trunk and came back to the tire repaired and mounted on my car and the spare put back in its original place. The shop is so conveniently located on the corner of Willow Pass and Parkside, close to the concord library. Sid was friendly and the work was well done at a great price. We go tires for our hatchback here not too long ago and my husband said he had a pleasant experience. Our SUV badly needed tires so I brought it here based off the reviews and my husband's personal experience. I thought the technician was joking when he said "it shouldn't be more than 30 minutes" and said I could wait in the lobby. I decided to walk home since we don't live very far. Five minutes after getting home I receive a text that the SUV was ready. I couldn't believe it. 15 minutes from start to finish. The staff is very friendly and the prices are reasonable. I've taken 2 vehicles to this place. The first was an "92 Toyota pickup to have the front end aligned. He declined to even try. Some B.S. about it being to old blah blah blah. Today I sent the wife over to do a simple tire repair on a tire that had a fresh screw in it. The head barely had any road rash, so I knew it was new. I had to fill the tire with air this morning. When she got there he looked at and declined again. Some B.S. about the tire being too old.... Hello it's a 2016 Subaru on its 2nd set of tires only 60,000 miles on it. Told her he didn't think it would be a problem dumbass the tire was flat this morning. I sent her down to O'Reillys to but a plug kit... boom fixed in 10 minutes.
