I usually make an appointment a week in advance and when the day of my appointment comes they already have my tires ready to go. I'm always in and out within one hour. And the same service that Schwab did. When they tried to rotate my tires. The studs were much too tight. And they informed me that they could not rotate my tires, because they would break the studs. I asked them to order the parts, that were needed. I brought my vehicle back to them after getting the parts that were needed. And sure enough. Two studs were broken, by trying to rotate my tires. They replaced the parts and rotated my tire, free of charge. We will not return to Les Schwab, again. And we now have another facility that we trust. SorryLes Schwab. But I feel that you may have people that work there, probably need more training. And it has cost you this time.

The tech patiently explained that since my car has features like lane departure assistance and other functions involving my car's cameras and sensors, all of these needed to be recalibrate with the wheel alignment. Although I couldn't get the alignment done, it was a pleasure working with this shop and I did gain useful knowledge and information.

When Deals on Wheels got multiple, confident recommendations, I was intrigued. I hadn't considered them, while I was gathering all the parts. I called up Juan, and told him what I needed done. He had me in there, about a week later. It turns out this is where the new car dealers bring their cars to get them raised or lowered. There's every reason to have complete trust here. This was basically a total suspension replacement. I brought them new shocks, struts, springs, shock towers, all 4 front control arms, and most of the Steeda suspension catalog... sway bars, stop the hop kit-ultimate handling, Gtrac k-brace, camber plates, bump steer kit, and jacking rails. This is delicate, detailed work, and it all has to be torqued just right. I asked them to take their time and make it perfect. They did an amazing job, and of course the car's handling is completely transformed. Finally, let's talk about value. I assume dealers bring their cars here, so they don't have to pay $200 an hour to their own people. This kind of upgrade is a ton of work..24 to 30 hours easy. My car occupied one of their bays, for four days while they did this work, and I insisted my guy get paid straight time, for every minute he was touching my car. The price was so fair for all of that work, it made me feel a little teary-eyed. These guys are the whole package. Super reasonable prices, and super brilliant fingers. Yesterday, I unexpectedly learned that I needed to purchase new tires and get a wheel alignment. It completely caught me off guard, and I was stressed and overwhelmed, spending the night and early morning calling and comparing more than 10 shops in the area. I tried calling Affordable Tire Center after hours and didn't leave a voicemail, but as soon as they opened, Sal returned my missed call. That simple gesture already meant a lot. He provided me with a quote that was the best price out of all the other shops I contacted -- including Costco. He let me know the tires weren't currently in stock but assured me he would get them as quickly as possible. Sal had the tires delivered in less than five hours and was able to get me in right away. The entire service -- replacing two tires and completing a wheel alignment -- took under an hour. I was having a really difficult day and felt overwhelmed by the unexpected expense, but Sal's kindness, professionalism, and flexibility truly made all the difference.
